The sad reality is I can label the disorder. But shes a person. People do crappy things. But a commitment of marriage was just in thr pantheon of rules for me but not thee. Its also a partnership first and a contract second. Were I to have applied the same rubric og judgment she would have been shown the door far earlier. People arent buffets. We dont get to pick and choose. But when they reach a point where division criticisms and a whole hearted effort to assert power and dominance its time at…

Oh and look into high conflict people. One part temperament thanks.to genetics, not anger mind you to the most part and the rest learnt behaviour and reinforcement. It has to be countered and needs a lot of mindfulness and considered thought. But some are just plain happy in that. A friend told me that such behaviour developmentally and for efficiency reasons aka evolution is efficient. The damage it does alongside it passed over. Oddly a lot of contemporary how do I get to the top basically say…

Lols. The same. Her business and words are all cataloged. For when she does something rash. Its kinda like clockwork. Just be you. Get a court app. All the reframing and as hominum stuff just builds the case agaisnt her. Can't be disputed or reframed. Her narrative falls apart. I hope it doesnt come to that. But I put that person the shrunken version behind me. Oddly she'd probabaly respect this version. But would try and cow it too. Failure to prepare is preparation to fail. Ill never draw the …

Its just hollow spite echoing in the void she left. You dont have to explain or justify yourself to her. Ask a buddy to help. There's no shame in it. Get a mary kano type cleaner, not one who will just reshuffle the piles of doom.. Make a list. And make a schedule. Podcast and audio books help. If wfh do it through the day.. You've got this. And reality Will catch up with her. What shes doing is the tired old script. Men think its permissible but its a low level form of.parental.alienation. Grey…

Its the perfect echo chamber for partners who've extracted their capital and want to move on and want to frame themselves. It follows the script. RSD my favourite. Basically debunked, but tossed around like science. Anwyays small minded people find echo chambers for their thoughts. See also accountability.

I mean they do exist. Just a rare commodity. Attack attack attack. Its narcissism dressed up. I had to suffer through innumerable bpd episodes. Upon the death of a friend, a good one, was told to toughen up and man up. Move on. Etc. Meanwhile her fertility issues were the quagmire we had to dwell in. Its own maw of anything. And she got accustomed to it. And I loved her. But it didnt matter. Her new self the reinvented persona and new friends a construct. Forever questioning who I spoke to about…

They re write history. It then becomes their reality. Your attempts to correct it is gaslighting. Public shaming and all the other crap. They lurk and have to be dishonest to shelter the image to others and to themselves. Hey ho. Free now! Hurray ( bluey style)

They neither think of nor care for consequence. Will do it anyway. Its like a bratty child. Low integrity and low self worth. All you have to ask is what did she really do in return. Or apply Or Else to the end of all the many many requests. Adhd medication helped see past her bs. Used to describe living with her as like having an arsonist as a flat mate. Aweful.

Almost as if you'd been isolated. Mine use to constantly ask who else id talked to. The privacy and so on, not for my matters or personal affairs. Dicussed widely to the extent others made assumption to comment. Reprehensible really. And highly controlling. Turning on and off the tap when something was wanted. Not love. Control.

Yep, and when you sit down and listen for hours. Its just a forum for grievances. Its not done with the intent to change. Its like a third person perspective view, looking outwards but not actually in the moment. Goals agendas and happiness as a metric. Not comfort, satisfaction or bringing joy. Its almost like they get drunk on the power. Consistently I find the partner who is discarded becomes unpersoned. And rest assured they plan this. Hope that repeating the same and the threatre will solve…

Probabaly a fair assessment. However my gut read is the counter balance is less. But happy to own my prejudice and account for bias of anatomy. Welcome to the meeting pot. However it was eye opening how often the advice seems to be that of conflict or blame. A self fulfilling prophecy

A veritable witches coven. A pox on you and also you go girl. It imploded a life and family and damages all that was made, that's your rights one life etc etc. Its basically just moral reinforcement for the most atrocious baseline of behaviours. Get into it and a lot of it borders on semi criminal solicitation. How do I maximize harm because insert x. No or very little counter. The angry with the angry. And no foresight or thought to effect or cause. Its a judge jury and executioner. Similar wit…

But what she presneted or put forth. Yes. And pur kid. Subject to the parental alienation stopping maybe still yes. But it is aweful when laid out. And apparently just needs to be gotten past. Ran an ai over her terms and words. Its like a textbook of abusive control mechanisms. Maybe I had fo go through this. But the odds of being caught in the same aweful trap makes remaining single attractive

So take my hand, we'll disappearTo a pub that's not too far from hereThough I don't know you and you don't know meI just had to talk to you, you seeThe song continues with lyrics about taking a risk, finding people boring, and asking someone not to leave, as detailed in the source. The lyrics end with a final invitation to "take my hand".

Got a best man speech a little ways ahead. Its not about you, it never was or is. Be bigger than yourself or your feelings. It doesn't mean they're wrong. It just means there's a time and place and space for that. Upon a time. I made sure to ask the grooms if they were certain, not to sow doubt but to reinforce. To encourage and give certainty. Oddly for all the harm ahe has done, I resent but dont hate my stbxw and never did. Anger for sure. Never hate. It is comprehensible and an onion. Even t…

She does. But not at cost to me. Sadly she chose the most awful of all options. I understand it, thus dont hate it. But it doesn't really matter now.

They're not mutually exclusive. I guess some people just don't see it. Or assume oh thats just them. Remember that confronting anything can be recast as abuse or whatever else. The rules dont apply both ways and exceptions are made, when you stop being an exception or indeed the same standard can't be offered, and I dont meant unilaterally but some kind of mutual level, then the purpose is lost. Since this is now an asymmetric transaction. I dont buy his thesis, but you may wish to read no more …

This too. A condontional partner and conditional friend but expected every accomodation. Premium treatment for discount behaviour. Also someone who can apologize without it seeming like its the same labor as childbirth. Reprehensible behaviour should never be whitewashed. Essentially marriage used as a tool. Later intimacy. Later sex. Sadly she seems to think this is admirable. How she was raised. So perpetuating intergenerational violence and abuse. Her whole bloody family used to forever comme…
