suchfeelings r alright, i used to be like u. i just waited a lot, then made some plans for life, then my life changed to better after bout 7 years of waiting in that depressive shit condition. just try to carry on a little more then make plans for life - what u want, what u want to achieve/ have/ do/ skills ud like to have/ education if want - then organise urself to move towards these plans/goals - make many small action steps for each goal - motivation will come, dont worry

i spent ur age learning psychology, have read over 300 big books ig, totally worth it. Also its cool to understand unverbal gestures communication and manipulation behavior. other from that i suggest u read markus aurelius meditations. also david allen 'getting things done' is efficient organizer. that must be enough ig, read all that if u want

just spend time in solitude every day, then u will feel content one day, matter of routine habit and acceptance that overall we are all alone. yea ofc we often contact with others but technically we are alone subjects, kinda independent u know. hope this helps

i also have such friend, but only with previous debts (before his relationships). He lives with his gf and she cutted all his ways of cummunication and activities, like full control, he cant even leave her house without her allowance. Obviously i couldnt contact him for a long time and it just sucks. He is blue-pilled af and brainwashed with his biological affection feelings and ig that wont ever change.
