2 days later, sorry. You can, it's called Body Recomp. Jeff Nippard, Greg Doucette (our favorite doctor) and Jeff Cavaliere (Athlean X) have some videos on the subject. Recomp can occur on intermediate lifters aswell, don't buy on the old mentality, Bulking/Cutting is not the only way to go
