Im ok. I’m not your “bro”. It’s “you’re”, BTW. A suggestion that might help you is to always avoid the contraction of “you are”. If you can write it as “you are ...”; then do that. E.g. “You are a long way from becoming a teacher.” Work on improving yourself. You are a long way from becoming a teacher.

I don’t know about magic bullet, but if you wanna know the answer to why it’s scheduled, you can ask the DEA. Don’t expect the answer to make any reasonable sense. It looks like all the pro hormones are banned now. So running pro hormones to lower my testosterone seems to be out the window. What do I expect from having healthy testosterone levels? The ability to recover well from exercise. Mental and visual acuity. Fewer estrogy side effects such as nipple sensitivity. Feeling of well-being , drive, and vitality, and less passivity and wussiness. Better bone and joint health. Higher dopamine and lower cortisol , Particularly as it relates to physical stress.

The endocrinologist I saw on referral would not prescribe testosterone if testosterone was within normal range (>= 250). He did not care at all about SHBG or bioavailable testosterone. What do you suggest? (DISCLAIMER: I don’t suggest following medical advice, I’m open to hearing ideas.) Estrogen is a delicate balance to manage. It’s really bad to have estrogen too low.
