Outlawing proof of harm to children only keeps their suffering in the dark. Punishing the abusers doing the acts is what protects them. It could very well become illegal for us to show videos of mezizah b'peh for example. To protect the privacy of children. Then they could keep sweeping the crime under the rug. I have read Starting Strength. This is not quasi science. Spinal load is a simple concept. A squat for example puts the spine under compressive load. Gravity tries to bring vertebrae closer. Discs get squashed. The opposite is traction, decompression. Chins and Dips for example. Gravity pulls vertebrae apart. Discs not squashed, can absorb moisture. I always throw in some chins after heavy squats or deads, important to decompress the back when dine compressing it.
