I think AMS is better than the rational male because ams goes into game and the rational male mostly talks about why women act a certain way. Reading AMS gives you a framework on how to date women and how to spin plates whereas TRM just explains the concept of what spinning plates is and why you should try it.

I think there’s some truth to the sex problems created from constant porn use. When I lost my virginity I spent 2 hours having sex and I never was able to finish.
