Becoming attractive after weight loss?I've been walking on a walking pad for several miles multiple times a week for a couple years. I remember when I first started, doing five or six miles was a huge achievement. Now I can regularly do ten miles spread throughout a day and it barely fazes me. I'm not even back to perfect shape myself, but it's amazing how quickly the human body can change when you are persistent. | /r/seduction | 14/07/26 10:40 PM

Need some help with flirting and talkingSounds like they maybe just aren’t attracted enough. How often do you do muscle training? | /r/seduction | 29/06/26 02:53 PM
How to maintain frame while gettimg shit tested?Whenever they pull that kind of shit, I immediately block them on everything and never talk to them again. It's 2026. We as men no longer put up with that crap. | /r/seduction | 22/06/26 04:08 PM
Met a girl on a plane. Instant intense chemistry and i got ghosted.Women will do this in situations where they are stuck for a long period of time. Sounds like she was just trying to get through the flight without you turning on her for rejecting you. | /r/seduction | 22/06/26 04:03 PM
She slept with another guy quickly, but is taking things slower with me. How should I interpret that? She's not very attracted to you, sorry to say. | /r/seduction | 18/06/26 02:36 PM
I fucking give up!!!!Get a $150 walking pad and walk 30 mins every day at 3 mph. Or do longer walks 4 times a week. If you walk 10-20 miles a week and eat relatively healthily, you will lose weight. I’m down 55 or so pounds doing exactly that, though it took a few years. Hardly ever have broken a sweat in the process, outside of maybe the first week or so. Also get a pair of adjustable dumbbells and eventually try to mix that in. Look up the 7 basic exercises to build your arms. You don’t have to workout like crazy … | /r/seduction | 11/06/26 02:14 AM
So what is the most effective way to go about dating in 2026 for the average man?Invent time travel to go back to 2015 OkCupid. | /r/seduction | 01/06/26 12:32 AM
Let’s Bring Back Pick UpIt doesn't really work though when the women freeze up and can't maintain a conversation anymore, but then they "lose interest" because there's no "chemistry." I honestly don't even know how or what to talk to modern women about anymore. Their "interests + hobbies" aren't even actual interests. Watching TikTok/scrolling IG, planning vacations and going to brunch and restaurants are not hobbies, but it seems to be all women are into. | /r/seduction | 25/02/26 11:54 PM
Slowly gaining confidence backYou don't. Women don't date down at all anymore. | /r/seduction | 25/02/26 10:30 PM
Field report SaturdayHonest question... how do you find this many women you actually want to talk to in a single location? Or do you just hit on any girl who's reasonably attractive? I don't know, it just takes a lot more beyond looks for me to want to talk to a woman. | /r/seduction | 25/11/25 05:11 PM
How do I start conversations when profiles have so little info?I don’t want to assume your gender. This line is honestly fine for a girl. If a guy is attracted to them, he will likely respond to this. The standard is different for guys. | /r/seduction | 12/08/25 12:02 AM
How do I start conversations when profiles have so little info? This is pretty basic, will never get a response, at least not online. | /r/seduction | 11/08/25 11:40 PM
Are guys giving up on dating? You're right, my life experience and what I've seen is irrelevant. Enjoyed our discussion here regardless. | /r/seduction | 08/08/25 11:57 PM
Are guys giving up on dating?I live in a top 5 US city, population-wise. When walking down main commercial drags of bars/restaurants, I've noticed a huge change since the pandemic. Very rarely do you see groups of guys or couples, it's generally just big groups of women. Also restaurants all over the city are going out of business. It does feel like a social change is happening. | /r/seduction | 08/08/25 11:48 PM
Are guys giving up on dating?I'm 42 and haven't seriously tried dating in a couple years. Refuse to use apps anymore. At the moment, I'm just focusing on improving myself, lost 50+ pounds in 2.5 years. If I met women in the wild I was actually interested in, I'd certainly try talking to them, even just for practice, but it's so rare for me to find a woman both attractive and fun to talk to. Most seem to only care about constant travel and/or going to restaurants. I love where I live and don't constantly feel a need to escap… | /r/seduction | 08/08/25 11:07 PM
The Opener That Gets Me More Dates Than Any OtherI’m not a model at all. Went basically completely bald at 22. Very average, if not below, but like to think I’m funny and kinda smart with a unique career path. Worked well in my 30s, not so much now that I’m 41, lol. | /r/seduction | 23/05/25 06:08 PM
The Opener That Gets Me More Dates Than Any OtherI kinda figured as much, which is why I haven't touched any online dating apps since becoming single 2-3 years ago. Not having much luck in real life these days though either, so was considering diving back in. God help me. | /r/seduction | 23/05/25 04:15 AM
The Opener That Gets Me More Dates Than Any OtherMy story was from 10 years ago, I’m sure things have changed in some respects. Mainly, people don’t use OkCupid anymore. I don’t totally disagree with you. | /r/seduction | 23/05/25 03:11 AM
The Opener That Gets Me More Dates Than Any OtherWell, this woman in particular later told me (after we had been dating for a while) that she saw my online profile 6 months before I messaged her which caused her to have a dream about me. It seemed like she felt kinda silly/embarrassed when she told me that, so I think it was true. While my profile didn't make her fall in love with me, it obviously made a big impression. Granted, this was a decade ago on OkCupid where you had a lot more room to express your personality in your profile. She also… | /r/seduction | 23/05/25 01:51 AM
The Opener That Gets Me More Dates Than Any OtherIf a girl likes you, it kinda doesn’t matter what you say. The hottest girl I ever dated, my first online dating message was “Hey, do you like tacos?” She responded “I like anything I can put sour cream on,” and it went from there. Sealed the deal on the 2nd date. | /r/seduction | 23/05/25 12:40 AM
Feel lonely when no girls texting or contacting41m here and struggling to maintain friend circles as I age. Post age 35 or so, men kinda stop being good friends, especially if they are in a relationship. Most of my friends take days to respond to texts, hesitate to commit to anything, and even when I do see them, they generally show up late/leave early, especially if they are in a relationship. Also regularly have male friends cancel plans we made because "my wife didn't tell me she made other plans for us tonight." I've even resorted to buy… | /r/seduction | 17/05/25 10:48 PM
Hearing my roommate have sex really upsets meDude... I feel you. When I was in my late 20s, I had a super long drought... basically since high school. I lived in a giant 2 floor condo with 5 bedrooms & 4 co-workers all trying to get their start in the same industry. My bedroom was in the middle of all of them. One night, I heard 3 of them having sex, each side of my bedroom and the bedroom under in the basement level. That was honestly one of the lowest points of my life. I'm embarrassed to admit I started crying, I felt so low. Thankfully… | /r/seduction | 25/04/25 05:51 AM
She Said She’d Let Me Know, But Never Did—Should I Just Move On?Continuing to talk to a woman after she rejects you is stranger. That's what most men do. | /r/seduction | 15/03/25 08:34 PM
She Said She’d Let Me Know, But Never Did—Should I Just Move On?When a girl flakes on me like this, I typically block all communication and never look back. | /r/seduction | 15/03/25 06:15 PM
I used to think dating was a numbers game, now I think it's just a matter of luck or attractiveness. You're acting like meeting women at a bar is some crazy and unusual thing. There's your answer at why you suck at this, in a nutshell. It's literally the most common way to meet single women in the world and you have barely tried it. Go do that consistently and then come back in 6 months. Otherwise, you are frankly wasting your time. You can order a soda. You don't have to drink. | /r/seduction | 14/03/25 09:13 PM
I used to think dating was a numbers game, now I think it's just a matter of luck or attractiveness. You went to a bar at night for the FIRST TIME EVER a month ago. So you haven't been at this for years like you say, it's been a month, dude. | /r/seduction | 14/03/25 08:49 PM
