Women are the pursued party. Men want women more than women want men. Most women always have options. If a woman can't find a relationship, it's usually because she doesn't like their options. It is, in fact, voluntary.

How many of you guys that fear a harsh/mean rejection have actually received one? It's really not the blow you think it is, or at least, it wasn't to me.

Very few women are lonely because they have no options. They just don't like the options they do have.

I think of myself as pretty romantic and all that, but reading another couple's cutesy conversation like this makes me want to hurl. Maybe it just seems fake.

I feel very stupid for asking because something is definitely going over my head here, but why the sleeping by the bedroom door part?

I've only been blocked once in my entire time here, and it was actually pretty recently. How many hook ups have occurred in PPD history? I've heard it's happened a few times from what I hear, which surprised me. How many former PPD users are in jail or in a psych ward? This is the psych ward.

I don't really have a height preference, but the most striking woman I've ever seen in real life was tall. She had to be 6'2'' or so since she was noticeably taller than me. Her eyes were her most attractive feature, but she had a model body. Now I notice tall women hoping I run into that girl again, and I do seem to find them attractive more often than not.

I hope not, but that is probably the way it's going. Saying "I love you" should definitely be mutually enthusiastic.

You're 16, kid. You've got a loooong way to go before you need to worry about aging. Especially for the right guy.

I'm glad to hear it all worked out for you! I'd heard so many horror stories I was really curious to see how someone I'm familiar-ish with (I've been on PPD a while under different names) would fare. I bet they've cleaned up their act some given how desperate a lot of places like that are for workers.

Thanks! That's what I thought too, but it didn't turn out to be the case. It could be partially because it didn't occur to be to get somewhere warm for Christmas unlike a week or two ago. Even just going to Miami was like $850 on fucking Spirit on Xmas day. That's a $200-$300 flight for me normally on a real airline, even on relatively short notice. Plus hotels were heinous.

I tried this year, but it's expensive as hell. I'm taking the same trip in mid-January now for 1/3 the price I would've spent to do it over Christmas.

Not really RP, but I'm not surprised. He was giving way too much emotional effort to a woman he barely knew and clearly wasn't that into him in the first place. This caused her to lose any respect she had for him. He should've just quietly realized she wasn't into it and called it a night.

Women, including those not on Tiktok, openly say what they find physically attractive in men. And that's verified by the men they pursue on OLD. Tall, handsome, yada yada yada. Fortunately for men, eliciting an emotional/mental reaction can still attract women as long he meets a fairly forgiving looks threshold.

Don't care about stretch marks or cellulite really. Body hair has to be taken care of. I don't like saggy boobs, but I prefer small boobs anyways because they're usually perky, even as a woman ages. I have no preference for what a girl's vagina looks like. I like looking at them all pretty much. Not sure what you mean by chubby but not overweight. Sounds like an oxymoron.

I actually disagree. Being too high in intelligence usually leads to issues socially that prevent the person you describe from ever reaching a position of power. The most powerful people in the world are usually a combination of above average intelligence and questionable ethics/morals. They also are highly charismatic. People with that combination of traits are the most dangerous.

I'm glad I could do that for you. The only of these that I'd classify as "insignificant" is the left hand turn story.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/22 01:50 AM
1

From guys your age or older guys? I know women talk about receiving sexual attention from older men at a very young age (and it's abhorrent), and that's not the kind of ick I'm talking about. It's very obvious to me why you'd feel "the ick" in that scenario. The "ick" I'm talking about is when a woman loses all attraction toward a guy for a reason so insignificant that sometimes she's not even sure exactly why.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/22 12:23 AM
1

Approximate age you'd say you first experienced it?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/22 12:13 AM
1

One simple, seemingly insignificant thing completely turning you off a guy is how I define it. You might not even conscious know why. You just simply lose all attraction to him in an instant.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/22 12:11 AM
2

It's not a women problem, but it's not gonna happen, either. Men bond over going through hard times together. I think past a certain age when life gets easier for many people, there's much less opportunity to form new strong bonds like that. For example, I don't know any guys who met their closest friends after college age. It's almost always they grew up together and shared those struggles at the same time. That or they spent time at war together, and that's usually when they're young too.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/22 11:59 PM
1

Question for the older women here: Did you experience what is described as "the ick" when you were younger?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/22 11:48 PM
3

I will never understand women
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/22 11:02 PM
1

What happened?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/22 10:43 PM
1

Physically attractive to me, honest, similar/good sense of humor, laid back, adventurous, can support herself, high-ish libido, and takes good care of herself. These are all roughly at the same level of importance, but I suppose on some of them, if she excels in one area over another I'd change my mind. There might be some stuff I'm not thinking of, but that's all I could come up with right now.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/22 10:42 PM
1

Romantically or just in general? There are women I think are high value that I know I wouldn't be compatible with.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/22 10:29 PM
2

Oh right, I forgot. Tbh, the way you described it, the sex life sounds pretty terrible, so I think I'm a no. I could probably be okay with more or less vanilla sex, but a lack of enthusiasm would really bother me.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/22 08:35 PM
3

Do I love her?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/22 08:19 PM
1

I'm not sure that attitude even usually comes from insecurity. For me it didn't. I think it comes from overconfidence. Your 5'8'' ex hadn't been hit hard enough yet to regulate his sense of overconfidence. I firmly believe every guy needs someone badder than them to come along and check their ego.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/22 04:48 AM
2

You'd be wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/22 03:40 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/22 03:08 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/22 02:57 AM
1

Nah.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/22 02:55 AM
1

If it's guy on guy, I'm all for it. Start shit, get hit. If it's a woman, no matter how shitty she's being, that's a bit much unless she has a deadly weapon. Women have weaker bone structure and all kinds of other physical disadvantages meaning it's almost never reasonable for a guy to hit them full force. That's not to say that video where that video where some Russian guy slaps some Russian broad into another dimension doesn't make me laugh just a lil' bit.

I'd say after about 20 minutes of straight up fucking, I've had enough without taking at least a short break. I've stayed in bed for hours where we were at least vaguely sexual the whole time, though. That's fun.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/22 10:52 PM

How can I not take it seriously? The men on here are just saying the shit most men don’t want to! Women here can be just as nasty. Should I be taking them seriously?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/22 10:48 PM

Just being tall seems to good enough in most cases. When I see a 5+ slim woman out with a guy, he's usually at least 6ft+. Usually these guy have relatively average faces. Guys below 6ft are usually out with a girl who's at least slightly overweight that had to settle.

/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/22 02:59 AM

I think these sexual interests would keep you off most men's radar.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/22 02:36 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/22 10:35 PM

The amount the needle moves wouldn't be that significant, no. It'd more like she goes from being unremarkable to just finding them attractive. I doubt I'd ever go from finding a girl straight up unattractive to fine as fuck.

If that rises to "really irritating" in your life, I envy you. Sometimes people forget shit, and I find it very hard to believe you've never forgotten something in your life. It happens, and it's not remotely a big deal to have to buy a toothbrush or something when you get somewhere. I've been on plenty of trips. I make a list of stuff I need to bring. I don't see how that's a reason to want to get married per se. There's no reason you can't feel the exact same way without getting married. The appeal of marriage to me is wanting to formally become a family. Whether we have kids or not. Also because most women won't stick around as a "forever girlfriend." If that's what I have to do to keep "the one," that's not a bridge too far.

She liked anal, getting tied up, choked, slapped, etc. Her problem in bed was being selfish/lazy. The number itself is definitely arbitrary. That doesn't really matter, though. I think there are some, maybe even an ever increasing number of women whose ego will not allow them to happily accept a man who doesn't carry the status of being over 6ft tall. It has little to do with how attractive they find the man, it has more to do with the status getting a man who's over 6ft tall. In addition, there are women who probably want a man who is taller than most other men simply because it carries wit…

I'm single right now, but I never thought about it too much in the past. If the past is any indication, our pasts are gonna come up fairly quickly. If I get any indication she misses or still pines for an ex, it's a wrap. I'm not gonna try to live up to some rose-tinted glasses memory. If I don't hear anything like that and I'm treated how I expect to be treated, I'm happy to assume I'm the best.

Depends on what it's being replaced with. For example, if I said my eyes are my most attractive feature, do they get replaced with the ugliest eyes in the world? If I'm a 6, I'd probably go down to a 4.

Part of it is just being on the same page. If I'm ahead of how she feels, we clearly aren't and I think that probably indicates a greater compatibility issue. I look back on a couple relationships I had where I was ahead of her at pretty much every step, and ultimately I think my enthusiasm for them was never matched by them towards me.

I'm not saying it can't work out that way. I'm just saying, being a guy who has more in common with the 5'6'' guy than the 6'4'' guy in this story, I don't have the luxury of giving women the benefit of the doubt with stuff like this. Any woman I'm with could just as easily be just like the woman in this story: Unsatisfied, unhappy, and using me because she's lonely or whatever. Our circumstances determine what rules we have to play by to avoid ending up in situations like this one.

/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/22 10:41 PM

I didn't see him mention "game" at all? Women don't want to be tricked into thinking a guy isn't in their dating pool. That's why women kvetch about hatfishing so much they created a term for it. They thought they liked a guy until they saw him with his hat off and it made them want to vomit.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/22 09:55 PM

You said women are picky until they're running out of time and then they settle. That is literally AFBB. The picky woman is chasing commitment from an alpha, but if one doesn't commit to her she becomes less picky and settles for betabux. The "bux" isn't just money in case you're not aware. The "bux" is anything the beta provides that she wants that the alphas wouldn't give her.

I feel like that's a failure's mentality. Whatever you want to do, you should want to be great at it. Until you feel like you can no longer learn from your previous mistakes, and you've done the absolute best you can do, you should feel driven to do better next time. It becomes a chore after you feel you've done the best you're capable of doing and you're just repeating that process.

It's beneficial for both, but it's pretty significantly more beneficial for women than it is for men. Face and height matter far more for men when it comes to attracting women than their bf% does. Many men will have more attractive faces with a lower bf%, though. It doesn't automatically make either gender a 7. Fat people and normal BMI people are rated on separate scales in my opinion. The fats date the fats and the people with a normal BMI date people with a normal BMI. Generally speaking.

I've had the opportunity to cheat with women that I wanted to fuck before I got into a relationship and still didn't. I'd actually argue being in a relationship gave me more options than I was aware I had when I was single. The reason for this is because I think it makes women more likely to initiate and be the pursuer. Celebrities are a bad bar to judge the rest of the human population with. They live a life that is so detached from the real world that they're barely even real people anymore.

The only criticism that seems fair to me is of the one who's overbearing. No one should let their partner walk all over them. It's a recipe for disaster. Being a guy, what you're saying about anything in the middle not mattering much to female family members makes sense. Idk if they've ever viewed me as "something great," but I don't think I could have ever realistically been considered something awful, either. I'm probably something in the middle. I always felt more automatically accepted by th…

That's depressing, but I appreciate you acknowledging that. You won't believe this, because I'm a man and I know you have a strong bias against men, but I have never looked at it that way. Every woman I was in love with was treated as well as I'm capable of treating another person. They all had the same value to me. I didn't treat them (or people in general) like cars where treat my garage queen better than a beater.

There is nothing I love more about being single than not having to go to a woman's family holiday events where I have to try to make them like me and seem worthy of her to them. Might be the most exhausting thing there is.

That's too dishonest for me. I'm not looking to deceive anyone. Going forward, the first time a conversation about having children comes up, I'll straight up tell her that's how it's gonna be. If she's not cool with that? No hard feelings, the door's over there. For the record, I don't expect this to be acceptable to any woman, really. 7'' in girth is something like 99.9999999th percentile in size. If that's a legit measurement she prefers someone that big, that's on her. I wouldn't even be offended. Just because he’s not my ideal size? Just because women prefer 7” doesn’t mean we don’t like 6” This is how I know it's bait.

And I think a lot of these men who want to be with women don't know how to connect with women so they think of them in bizarre economic terms when relationships don't work like that. Like you have a good date and it's one sex please I did xyz so I get sex in return. It's all about connection how well did you connect with your date? And in a relationship how well do you connect with your partner? I have never in my life had trouble connecting with women friendship-wise. Fuck if I really even know…

No one? You can literally scroll down in this very thread and see women who are saying they want this. More women than not expect men to approach first, ask them out first, plan the dates, and pay for them. More women than not also expect a man to out-earn them. When you strangle someone you're actually trying to cut off blood flow. They'll pass out much faster from a lack of blood to their brain than a lack of oxygen into their lungs. Like others have said, during sex you're not trying to do either one of these things, you're just trying to role play.

It's all about what she gets to tell her friends when they ask what he does. If they hear "doctor" her friends get all excited for her and cheer her on. If they hear "bank auditor" her friends probably go "what's that?" Then she has to explain and her friends are visibly bored to tears. Also status isn't limited to occupation. Is he the leader of his friend group? Is he tall and naturally/effortlessly dominant over other men? And so on.

Depends on how you do it. If you start listing off all the shit you have and all the money you have, yeah, that will usually come off douchey. Bragging about wealth is all about subtlty. The latter absolutely does get attention.

I think it's very easy for women to assume they're borderline asexual because of how few men most women say they find physically attractive. If I was only attracted to a small fraction of women, I could easily see myself coming to that same conclusion. Women instinctively want to pair up with a man who will produce the best offspring and are able to protect them long enough to do so. That's why women value immutable traits like height so much. A man being exceptionally tall (6ft+, 14.5% of all a…

You're sort of right. Women do ultimately value being in a relationship more that they do casual sex. That much I do believe is true for the majority of women. The typical ~16-year old has a HS relationship that either ends because the two are going away to different colleges, or they LDR it until the end of the first semester of college because they realize long-term LDRs don't work 99.9% of the time. I think you do know what "right" is because you acknowledged you're unhappy and feel unfulfilled in your relationship and that you should get out of it. Or at least you seemed to. "Right" in a relationship is what makes you happy and fulfilled. That's not to say it'll be perfect and there won't be things about your partner that drive you up a fucking wall. Nobody's perfect. It's up to you to decide whether the things you don't like about your partner are dealbreakers for you. A lack of affection…

I wasn't meaning to say all people are like that. I just think a lot of people would fall into the trappings of their new experience.

I think turning into Chad or Stacy overnight would go to a lot of people's heads Maybe most. It's basically equivalent to becoming an overnight celebrity. That changes people, and I doubt the relationships would survive for most people. Obviously, being demisexual, you might be the exception to the rule. I'm not entirely sure I grasp how demisexuality works. I'm very familiar with the hub's amateur offerings. Most of those women are above average looking.

Are average women really satisfied with an average man (no)? Do you think that if she turned turned into a Stacy overnight she would likely stay with him? Please list what you think an average girl and an average man looks likr? Do you have sample pictures?

Are you a man larping as a woman as well? You're either a troll just like she is, or you're every bit as miserable and bitter as you seem in virtually every comment I've ever seen you make. Either way, I don't care to argue with you about this. It's pointless.

On an unattractive to attractive scale, according the women, the apex of the bell curve for women is closer to attractive than it is unattractive while for men it is the opposite. This is not based on the OKCupid study, it's based on women almost universally agreeing about this when they they see far more attractive women than they see attractive men. If you see the …

Approaching a woman and then not asking her out makes little sense to me unless she was giving me the impression that she was not interested. Approaching itself is more than half the battle.

The pus thing seems fair. I don't think I've ever had a pimple pop on it's own and I'd be walking around pus on my face. I'd usually get impatient and pop it before that ever happens. Is the blue lipstick negotiable? Boots sound intriguing, though.

I'm glad you didn't think I was advocating for abusers. I re-read my original reply and cringed because I felt someone definitely could take it that way. Not what I meant at all. I'm willing to acknowledge it's not for every woman, but even based on your own sample, they're the majority. Are the majority of men exciting? Probably not.

Is a guy who manages his bad skin effectively less attractive to you than a man who doesn't have bad skin? I promise I'll take your word for it either way, this isn't a gotcha question. I don't think what you're asking for is toxic at all. I'd call you toxic if you expected everyone to be on the cutting edge of the latest fashion trends. Those people, I have no time for.

I saw you in the Average Adam thread. Basically him as OP described him. Goes to work, comes home, no ambition beyond collecting his $60k year salary, doesn't have any exciting/interesting hobbies, etc. As a boyfriend he's a golden retriever: Always there for you and never talks back or challenges you mentally. Women don't want a doormat for a partner. I am in no way advocating for domestic abuse or saying men should become a domestic abuser to get women. That is unequivocally abhorrent and I wo…

A few spots is enough for you to reject a guy? I always assumed women were talking about pizza-faced dudes when they talked about skincare, and I assume those women were young. In any case, through puberty I only had one real breakout, and after I was 18 or so I only had a pimple here or there before I got into a skincare routine. Since then I've only had one incident where I broke out that I can't explain. Style did nothing for me one or what the other. I went from very anti-stylish to fairly s…

Most of these things move the needle very little for women. I've literally never heard a woman say clear skin makes a guy stand out in a crowd. There's good reason for that, if you don't have clear skin post-puberty as a man you probably have an exceptionally rare hormone imbalance. It's very average for a guy in his 20s or older to have clear skin. Haircut only makes a minimal difference. I've received compliments on every stupid haircut I've ever had. Before I went bald, I changed my hairstyle…

You're putting women on a pedestal. They absolutely do compare the man they settle for against the men they've fucked. They'd have to be stupid not to, and women aren't stupid. Even if casual sex with those men was subpar, they wish the men they found lusted for on looks alone chose to love them. All things being equal, if those men loved them, the sex would be better for them. They'd have to be stupid to not know that, and women are not stupid. The man most women have to settle for is just "goo…

Women still deny the majority of women seek casual sex before they settle with some lesser than. Women act like the guy they have to settle for is equal or better than those guys. It's just not the case. Thanks for acknowledging that.

Edit: That's kind of a lie. I want it to be an option in an LTR, but I'm not that into it in reality. I just want everything she has to offer even if it's something I don't really want. I could only see what the truth is through experience. In my first "real" relationship, I put up with all kinds of shit I shouldn't have, assuming it was normal. In every relationship I've had since I've added to the list of what I shouldn't put up with, but I still couldn't see those things in the relationships while I was in them. Call it "love goggles" or whatever you want, I didn't see it.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/22 03:58 AM

Yes and no. People show you what they want to show you to some extent. Being able to vet other people largely comes from experience with others, and if you don't have that experience, you're fucked. You can't read this shit in a book. And even if you have personal experience, it's still far from foolproof. I largely ignored the Kanye aspect here. I don't give a fuck about him beyond liking his music.

It sounds like it's born out of entitlement to me. They literally just want to have their cake and eat it too. Women are all competing for attention the same men (not a shot, just acknowledging reality here). As a slim woman you have a significant advantage over them in getting attention from those men, and they're punching the fucking air over it. They want that same attention, but they don't want to put in the work in to get it. They then choose to beat you down to try to bring you down to the…

I'd need some visual examples of what you're talking about. The average woman in America is overweight, unfortunately, and I think the majority of men still prefer women with a BMI somewhere in the normal range, bumping your so-called average woman to above average by default. This just sounds like the same old "PPD men are all Stacy-chasers" refrain to me. A lot seem to think there is this pocket of women who are largely ignored, which I'm pretty certain is not the case.

Even the women who have a ton of baggage eventually get bored and start chasing the highs and lows again, usually at the beta guy's expense. What OP is speculating is the choice these men are presented with is date a fat woman or don't date at all. The reason for this is because women are only willing to date up to a significant degree or they won't date at all. No doubt women's egos have been inflated significantly over the last decade or so due to social media, dating apps, etc.

By healthy, I meant normal. A normal childhood experience. You would be setting up your child to have a childhood that is very not normal, and it would very likely lead to them being very poorly socially-adjusted. People have to be able to relate to their peers to form bonds with each other. The costs of this just are not worth protecting them from that 10% chance something truly horrible will happen to them, and I suspect it's way less than 10%.

Did she try to tell him what was bothering her about the relationship and what made her feel like she wanted out? Or did she pretend everything was all good right until the end? /r/PurplePillDebate15/11/22 04:16 AM

Not common. I'm a fairly good looking guy I think. The most significant example I can think of is, a waitress was very flirty towards me and gave me free drinks (expensive whiskeys) for the night at dinner once. It was a large group, and I guess she didn't think the girl sitting next me was my gf (she was). No one else at the table got anything comped. Gf at the time noticed immediately and was absolute livid.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/22 04:13 AM

I think people that tell you to try to pretend you're something that you're not personality-wise is a recipe for disaster as far as relationships go. Good luck maintaining an act 24/7 for someone you'll eventually end up spending the majority of your free time with. This is not to say you should just be yourself. If "yourself" objectively sucks you need to work on changing those things. It has to be real, though, it can't be an act.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/22 04:07 AM
1

Yeah I just expect this and pay it no mind. It's happened to me before, it'll probably happen again. I don't need to have her replacement in mind at all times, I just need to be attractive enough to be able to find someone when it's over. What hurts most is being cheated on repeatedly throughout a relationship and finding out years in that it was all a lie.

Okay, I could see you being right about that. I'm speaking as someone who's not on OLD or all that interested in going on dates with a complete strangers after exchanging a few texts. I've only done it a few times and it just seemed like something that had a really low probability of it going anywhere.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/22 08:23 PM

The majority of women have never had casual sex or fucked a guy on the first date? I very much doubt that. I am not saying every woman has rode the "cock carousel" and racked up a huge n-count. That is a minority of women most-likely. It basically is a three date rule. Like I said, there's a little bit of wiggle room.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/22 08:05 PM

How am I shooting myself in the foot? I decided on a standard to hold women I date to. Simple as that.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/22 08:00 PM

However, the speed at which you get taken to bed is not a good measure of their attraction to you. Sure it is. Her ONSs and guys she fucked on the first date were hot enough to her to bypass whatever bullshit "rules" she has, so if I'm not, she clearly doesn't see me that way. I'll allow a little wiggle room there, but not much. Has every woman definitely fucked a guy the day she met him? Nope. Most have at some point, though. Here's the linke to the study I referenced: http://home.uchicago.edu/~hortacsu/onlinedating.pdf See, we agree. Women see the average woman as vastly superior to the average man. That's where the resentment comes from. You may be able to reality for what it is, but most women can't. Women see their equal as beneath them. They don't see a pairing of two average indiviuals as a team 1x2, they see it as a team of 1x<2.

I'm actually pretty open-minded on a lot of things. There are very few hills I'm willing to die on. Some might say that even makes me weak-minded. The reason I'm so entrenched on this particular hill is because women talk out of both sides of their mouth about it, and not a single woman has ever presented an argument that made me even slightly reconsider my views on the subject.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/22 02:33 AM

Fair enough. It just seems like we argue in circles about this (and maybe everything else). I understand why men post about it, they're disappointed (at the very least) in their lot in life and they're venting about that. I don't understand why women who've been here forever don't get bored of an argument they feel is based on flat out nonsense.

Oh, I don't deny women date men close to their level. I'd have to never leave my house to make that argument. My argument, I guess, is that women's satisfaction with these relationships is limited or non-existent. The difference between women and men is women get to experience men above their level while most men do not. It's like being able to fly first class a few times, but for the rest of your life you can only afford to fly economy. You'll always wish you were in first.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/22 01:50 AM

That's not an excuse. Plenty of people have dealt with trauma in their lives and still managed to not be dicks to other people, especially those who are also unhappy. I feel bad for her, that's awful, but she doesn't know what the people she's shitting on have been through, either.

OP said decent looking guys, not hot guys. I can't lie, they might have a point. It depends on how you'd define what an average girl is.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/11/22 02:54 AM

I should've included it's not a reason to not have female friends. You just have to treat them differently. I don't think many men or women would argue against that.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/11/22 01:12 AM

If you don't realize you can't make fun of a female friend as harshly as you would a male friend, that's just on you.

We're talking about what gets the opposite gender lining up to date a person, not how it works out after a date or five. I can't really comment on a TV show I haven't seen. It appears Zanab is the one who broke up with the guy based on her last IG post, though. I would think Nancy qualifies as overweight. Not drastically so, but probably.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/11/22 12:09 AM

I've actually been told that the degree to which I care about my appearance is unattractive by some women I've talked to. They find it feminine. I'm not even sure it's the majority that prefer a guy that takes great care of himself.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/22 11:34 PM
1

It's not my place to tell other men how to live their lives. My point is, if I was being generous, it puts most men into the "maybe" category for women. It would not make a man automatically seen as attractive to most or even some women. Being attractive to most women is category only a small percentage of men are genetically gifted enough to fall into based on what women value (face + height). Men and women value different things.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/22 11:32 PM
2

You said the majority of men have visited hookers and are into minors. You're delusional.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/22 11:23 PM
1

So we agree. It's a start for men, it doesn't make him automatically attractive. Most women would be able to start and end there and do well for themselves. And yes, none of those things are hard to achieve. I say that with experience (besides makeup).
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/22 11:22 PM

Do you think that's all it takes for a man to be attractive?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/22 10:57 PM

I think the idea is you meet someone and get to know them well enough where you know she won't reject you by the time it comes down to asking her out. That or you build a large social circle through these groups and are able to try to date friends of friends who you rarely see. It's a lot of work if you only really care about finding someone to date rather than being a social butterfly, which I sympathize with.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/22 06:47 PM

So you'd say those women aren't really attracted to those men then? That is the logical conclusion based on what you're saying.

Then why do women in this very thread continue to prattle on about nuance when it comes to what women find attractive? How they see women with all types of guys and so on and so forth? These lines are repeated by women ad nauseam to imply they're not shallow. You can't have it both ways.

I'm sure indiscriminate swiping has an effect, but I think you're overrating how much. There are a lot of factors that determine where a man's profile gets placed in the pile. Given how few women are on the various apps compared to men, the swipe rate a man receives in return from women probably much more heavily influences where he gets placed in the pile. I never said they wanted to fuck me. I just said women are able to reach a consensus on what attractive features are in a man. You'd never d…

All women have a very small # of men they find genuinely attractive, it’s largely subjective with some overlap in preferences, but that’s why there’s a wide variety of men who are partnered up. I really don't think this is true. Most women pretty much agree on what physical traits are attractive. Women being vastly outnumbered on dating apps wouldn't actually be that much of a problem if male attractiveness to women was as different from woman to woman. Matches would be more evenly distributed i…

/r/PurplePillDebate10/11/22 03:34 PM

They're usually not total randoms. From what I've seen, it was mostly friends of friends, co-workers occasionally, guys they vaguely knew in HS or college that they haven't talked to in forever, people like that like that. Usually the guy wasn't perverted, the messages were mostly guys sheepishly trying to gauge how receptive she might be without revealing his own intentions (as if she doesn't know).
/r/PurplePillDebate10/11/22 09:28 AM

Incels aren't usually the ones going around saying they find men to be more attractive on average than they do women. The ones that are are either gay, or they're trolling. I actually agree with women. There are far more attractive women walking around than there are attractive men. You know why I think that? Because I'm attracted to women! I think this stuff is just what most women have to tell themselves when they realize the aren't enough guys they find physically attractive to go around.

I feel kinda bad for women. It must be depressing that most of them that they have to convince themselves they find the guy they end up with attractive given the fact that they find most of us ugly or at best unattractive. Wow, you are interesting. For the record I wasn't trying to pass judgement on you about whether you went on dates for free meals. I don't really care to argue about that at this time. Some people don't date in good faith. It is what it is. Are you and your FWB exclusive? Do you wish it was more than just a FWB situation? I originally got the impression you were married to this guy. It's very rare that a FWB relationship lasts this long without one or the other at least catching feelings.

No. What's your point here?

You're a ho, huh? What's your n-count? I do think many women are alpha widowed. It's basically logical. It's like the first time I flew business class. Can I fly economy after? Yeah. Do I want to? No.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/11/22 04:27 AM

The plot thickens. Did these guys ask you out in the first place or did you often make the first move?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/11/22 04:15 AM

I would imagine she's still single unless she gave up settled. I can't imagine a person like that ever being satisfied. Then again, I'd probably would've said the same about you. 1-4 dates with 40+ guys consecutively and not one of them was good enough for you to have an interest in seeing more? I'd judge you as extremely picky too.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/11/22 04:06 AM
1

They all seem to say that about the guy they're with whether he was the first guy they've been with or the 20th. How much they actually believe it is up for debate. I personally like to think they do, but I know they're probably just fronting just so they can brag about themselves in a roundabout way.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/11/22 03:54 AM

Ah, too bad. Now that you reminded me of it I'm curious how that all ended.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/11/22 03:47 AM

Were you the one who dated that many men on purpose and posted about it on here while you were doing it? Didn't you have a set number you were looking to hit before you'd consider getting in a relationship?

I did not experience any noticeable change in how people treat me since losing weight and becoming relatively fit. More women are attracted to me, but that's it. I still run into the same amount of nice people and the same amount of assholes if I had to guess.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/11/22 02:58 AM

So having more opportunities to cheat justifies in some way in your mind? What kind of logic is that?

The Republicans have repeatedly made college more expensive Are republicans why the government guarantees student loans? I honestly don't know, but that doesn't seem like something they would do.

They're looksmatched. It's funny how fat people all basically look the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/22 10:05 PM

If they are flirting with you, play a bit coy, like 'Oooooh, you're going to get me into trouble' and walk away from her. Pretend like you're reluctant to give her your number/go home with her, but that she wore you down in the end with her hotness. This is really good advice. Always make a girl feel like she's special.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/22 09:52 PM

That's a red flag too. Who wants to be with someone who has no standards at all?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/22 09:01 PM

I've been in relationships. Do you think if I made a Tinder tomorrow I'd be able to get casual sex with women just as attractive as the ones I've been in relationships with based purely on my looks? Not likely. I have friends who actively want casual sex, and to get it they have to fuck down substantially compared to girls they've been in relationships with. Maybe you can afford this standard because you're very hot and the guys you'd have casual sex with are the same guys who'd LTR you. It's no…
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/22 08:58 PM

I never said anything about the quality of the sex. In fact I'm not surprised when women argue most casual sex encounters are not great for most women. I'm sure many guys take the attitude that if they're never going to see her again, why bother doing anything besides getting theirs? I'm not projecting anything. We agree most women value relationships more than they do casual sex, right? That means for casual sex to be worth it, the guy has to be pretty exceptional looking. To be exceptional loo…
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/22 08:48 PM

It is much much harder to be physically attractive enough to women that they'll ignore every other quality about you they don't like just to fuck you. I guarantee the guy you have a relationship with is not nearly as exceptional as the guy you have casual sex with.

Would you be interested in dating another? I quit smoking a few years ago (I would be happy to start up again for the right woman!) and I'm probably not quite a genius, but I am antisocial, and I'm working very hard on becoming an alcoholic.

Lol, I know for a fact my senior year math (Algebra 2 maybe?) teacher passed me just so I could graduate. She literally said to the whole class one day that she wasn't "going to prevent anyone from graduating no matter what." I'm a guy whose football career ended at 14. You can imagine what it's like for guys with actual athletic potential, lol. For the record, I'm not actually a total moron. I had a near 4 GPA in college without trying all that hard if you value that sort of thing.

RP men have been far more harsh on me than women here have. The PPD women who've seen what I look like have been extremely flattering. RP men here would say I'm a LVM that I should basically just kill myself.

Bama was just an example. I don't actually know anyone who went there. The one person I know who made it to the NFL went to Florida, and his classes were a joke by his own admission, but that was also over 10 years ago. There are also tons of guys in the NFL with low IQs (indicated by Wonderlic scores under 20). Again, you could be right. I might be basing my opinion on old info since as of this year the NFL doesn't even administer the Wonderlic anymore.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/22 02:30 AM

It absolutely is a lie. Study after study proves women seek to date up. If you're in the top 10% of looks everything else gets thrown out the window, though.

Lol Ben & Jerry's is 2 for $8 every other week in the summer here. It's right there when I walk in the door to my grocery store. It's very very hard to ignore.

In the US at least, there are special classes for athletes at colleges with top-level athletic programs. They can literally sleep through their classes and get As. There are a few exceptions. Pro athletes who come out of Stanford, for example, are supposed to have received a legit education that they had to work for. At Bama and shit? It's a joke.

If you're looking for a tight stomach it's like 90% diet. You could maybe do a shit load of cardio and maintain a tight body with relatively poor eating habits, but we're talking about a huge time suck there. I run 5 miles 4 days a week. It helps, but not as much as maintaining a good diet. What's your biggest weakness food-wise?

The lifestyle is the most appealing thing for me about that career. Three 12-hour days a week and four days off (assuming you don't pick up OT which is currently extremely lucrative). There's nothing less appealing to me than the 40-hour 5-day work week.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/22 01:11 AM

That's a straight up red flag for me. It means they're always looking for the next thing and they always have it lined up before you make a break for it. They're untrustworthy and not having relationships in good faith.

Nursing seems like a great choice for a radfem. You could kill lots of men that way with either substandard care or actively sabotaging their health. #KillAllMen is your kind's mantra after all, isn't?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/22 12:55 AM

I think that's a little harsh. To get over someone I need to cut contact. I don't even hate the couple there are that did me really dirty. Re-connecting just never made much sense. I wouldn't want to send the wrong message by doing so anyways.

For what reasons would you say you figure your friends are low libido? I think I've only ever been with high libido women. I can't imagine being with a woman who turns me more than rarely. I know guys who have to go through this whole production just to get laid by their gfs or wives on a Saturday night, and I just can't imagine being satisfied with that.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/22 06:10 AM

I wonder if that's a good thing long-term wise. Someday when you're married with kids you still won't too exhausted enough to bang. Keeps a relationship healthy. I, on the other hand, become basically asexual when exhausted or stressed.
