Thankfully most people disagree with the manosphere in these regards - most people value children and giving them the best possible chance at a happy successful life.

Nope because that puts it all on women and most people don’t want kids to pay the price of having stupid parents. Better to make both parents pay.

Most diets outside of the USA aren’t processed, my kid eats everything I eat and has since birth, we don’t eat processed foods so red food dyes aren’t an issue. If women are buying things for themselves it doesn’t mean it’s from the money from child support. The money is added to a pool of finances and if it makes you feel better you can just think about all the day care or school fees that are paid and pretend child care is paying for that. In reality though, the person raising the kid spends a…

Restricting food purchases by age is ridiculous babies eat normal foods in many households not pre packaged baby foods and you are missing the point that the things you seem to want to deny women they will still buy with their own money they earned which is what is happening anyway, child support supplements for necessities. Also creating programs to monitor and restrict the spending the audit as you said previously would cost millions in infrastructure and job creation. Who’s going to pay for t…

Unfortunately reproduction will never be equal as our bodies have different roles. Both genders have reproductive advantages and disadvantages based on our reproductive function. In the case of unintended pregnancy if it progresses to live birth the child then has rights and unfortunately for unwilling parents those rights are just as important and will supersede some of the parents rights. This includes duty of care rights and financial provisioning. Abortion is a seperate issue as it’s an issu…

Should I take a part time labour job. Great pay. 3x week some shift work though. Male dominated but apparently they love hiring women and I have an in through a friends bf. Pros- the pay ~1800 week for 3x days Cons- leaving an easy role working close to home flexible hours. Wonder if they put the women on easier jobs since they are so keen to hire us

Use a condom that you bring, pull out even with your condom on, and be willing to purchase plan b immediately if one breaks. But yes, sounds like she would keep it and if you are uncomfortable with this despite taking precautions you should break up

I have been told my numerous men that it’s the pay preventing them from considering teaching. I also imagine the status of it being seen as more feminine to some would contribute as well. I’m sure false allegations play a role in there but thankfully it’s not extremely commonplace for a teacher (male or female) to be accused of inappropriate behaviour (sexual or other wise).
/r/MensRights15/01/24 01:13 AM

I’m in Australia and a teacher, yes better paid than in other places but that’s only true on the beginning years as you become a senior teacher with years of experience the pay doesn’t match other professions in pay growth In a high school teachers, the students love male teachers we definitely need more as positive influences on boys especially as they seem to disengage around year 7
/r/MensRights15/01/24 12:29 AM
21

For points 2,3, and 6 supporting male teachers to take up the profession would be great! I think a big barrier this is facing is the pay is too low for large numbers of men to consider it. Supporting higher pay for teachers can help change that.

Not necessarily. People can think they are “above” someone else for all sorts of stupid and usually untrue reasons like looks, money, intelligence, career, religion even things like having kids or not. I used the example from the show you because it was the only show I’ve seen that’s included a pee kink from someone outside a relationship
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/23 09:55 PM

For most they are rejected by women their own age usually because they are immature and that’s why they decide to look for younger women. These guys often don’t even have female friends of the same I don’t think you need to come here and justify your relationship at the end of the day you will know what your intentions are and we don’t know you or your girlfriend so we can’t give specific advice or judgments it will only be generalisations.

Maybe but the question again is if he’s 37 why is he hanging out with 20 year olds? How are they meeting? Why doesn’t he have any women closer to His own age? These are important questions.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/23 11:03 PM
1

I can’t say yes or no seeing as I don’t know the couples. But even “early twenties” has a huge variation 21 is very different than 24 In an earlier comment I say really up until someone is like 27 but it’s probably even 26 those 6 years you go through huge amounts of maturation and growth as a person. So 21 vs 24 is very different. 3 years in this life phase you do more growth than you will likely do in the future.

They are harder to get because they generally are more superficial at that age so unless someone is very handsome or maybe “flashing wealth” or in gross power dynamic situation such as ex student and ex teacher it’s less likely to happen. The problem is when it DOES happen it’s likely predatory and another problem is that despite this it’s discussed openly about as a fantasy for many older men sexualising these barley legal adults. Barley legal. It’s even a porn category. Freshly “not” a child, …
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/23 10:51 PM
2

Yeah no one is saying it can’t work some of the time but the problem is that most of the time the man is looking for a more easily controlled person or someone who won’t challenge him and this is what can lead to Predatory or abusive behaviour. I only know of 1 couple who’s age gap was like 11 years and they got together when she was young but this was my elementary school friends parents…and I’m 30 now. these people were from a different time and generation.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/23 10:47 PM
3

It really depends on the ages less than the gap. 19 and 37 would have nothing in common, but a 30 and 49 year old would
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/23 10:38 PM
5

The 37 year old and 19 year old do not have things in common. Not having a relationship experience is not having things in common. These people are in completely different stages of life it is unfair and usually pretty gross for the 37 year old to Seriously date a 19 year old.

No quite often women of that age will become very attached, and stay even in the face of abuse “because I love him” They don’t have the experience of recognising red flags. Some men will even isolate these women from their friends and families to have greater control, or end up Impregnating them “on accident” or convincing them that sex without condoms doesn’t feel good or means that they don’t love them etc. Not saying all age gap relationships are like this of course but MANY are. It’s general…

Lowering your standards doesn’t mean seek out a relationship with a power dynamic and age gap relationships of 7+ years when the younger person is 18-20 have a huge difference in finances, wisdom and maturity

It’s fine up Until a certain point unless there are religious reasons behind it. This is a generalisation and it won’t apply to every virgin over say the age of 27 who isn’t religious but for most of them it would be assumed there is either a personality trait that really turns people off or more likely extremely bad social skills
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/23 06:38 AM
3

It’s about being chill, trying to have a conversation a few times to at least see if you guys talk easily and then maybe you could say something lease like hey I just moved here and I don’t know too many people or places here and I’m trying to make some friends, would you wanna grab a coffee sometime? It’s non committal And you can gage her interest in an environment that’s not work/ cold approach
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/23 06:22 AM
6

It’s not seen as bad if you can take a no with a smile and leave it at that and back off, the only Places most people may dislike being approached is at work if they have to be nice but don’t really like you (but they may don’t mind if they do like you) or at the gym if you have 0 rapport. Stop worrying so much about offending people, if you approach in a cool way and also take rejection really well and don’t make things weird then it’s usually fine.

Not at the mosh pit, the bar you talk to people around you And if the parties you go to don’t have people mingling they sound unlike proper parties. The point is to talk to people

All of this. And the appreciation one is huge. From day 1 If he made me or bought me dinner “thank you for dinner” or if I clean the house or do his laundry “thank you for cleaning/laundry” Telling your partner you appreciate the things they do is huge to not be taken for granted especially when you both tired from work and babies

Almost correct, because I agree mindset is very good at looking at what you have and being able to see it as what you need but where I think the key step in between this to continuously work to improve what you have, just because your needs are met doesn’t mean that you can’t start working towards slightly better stuff or more luxuries. I had what I “needed” even when I was 18, a nice room I rented in a house but if I had given up there I might still be in a house share with a random person who …

It only Limits it if you let it though that’s the point. It’s like how might not get what you think you want but growth is learning to be appreciative of what you have and to realise that what we need isn’t always what we thought we wanted.

Yeah proper rejections, grew up In a small school had real crushes on two of my best guy friends (at different times) and they didn’t want to see me like that though as we got a bit older they made it clear if I wanted to explore sexually together we could but that’s all it would be as I wasn’t their type and they would just be practicing for girls they did like- best way to crush my self esteem and the friendships. I feel like based on what I’ve seen anyone who claims they are black pill I feel like they’ve given up despite it not not instructing people to directly. I didn’t get my first real Success until I had already been through like 10 proper rejections and as a teenager and young woman it’s obviously pretty painful being rejected and not being peoples types. Now while I did get success after that the thing is I didn’t lose hope, I didn’t stop trying, I put myself out there even more and I also went through lots of shit like moving away from friends sophomore year to a different country and having to say goodbye to a parent because of it (thankfully te…

In relationships without kids but most people would like kids. Men who can provide usually means better family finances in the early years if any time worked is reduced on the woman’s part Also life is expensive, i don’t think it’s fair for women to expect men to provide 100% of their living expenses but the more both partners earns it’s no secret they will generally have a more comfortable life.

The word dominate would be in the definition of penetrative sex or in any definition of sex but it’s not.

He’s my husband first off Second, I encourage you to look up the definition of penetrative sex it does not include the words domination. This is your own definition
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/23 03:24 AM
1

I don’t see sex acts as submitting or dominating The only time I would think something counts as dominating in my mind if you enter that mental Space and are like tied down or something that’s dominating. Receiving penetration doesn’t mean that person it’s being dominated that’s a porn thing perhaps, sex wouldn’t be beautiful if it was always just dominated every time you are penetrated.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/23 02:51 AM

Yes an issue with seeing it as unmasculine since liking penis is generally a feminine thing. I don’t think sexual acts are either feminine but who is performing them on you does. I have quite a few gay friends and even the “tops” are pretty feminine and that’s why I wouldn’t want a partner who’s even bi. So not to do with anal, just the fact that they want it from a man vs an item.

I’m saying a man being gangbanged by men is different to being gagbanged by women with strap ons purely because of the gender, and I would be uncomfortable with my husband being gay or having engaged in gay sex. I would not uncomfortable with him saying he has had anal sex or wanting to have anal sex so provided it was performed by women (or me) Sex is not degrading if it’s consensual. You don’t have to agree with every sex act but it’s not degrading. Even in my above example male vs female gang…

/r/PurplePillDebate22/06/23 12:13 PM

Ok well if that’s what you meant it didn’t quite come across that way- because you said thinner friends think they are better than the bigger friends and wouldn’t switch places with them, which is what had prompted my comment

Then you define emotional labor different to many other people because dealing with other people emotions is not the only thing that accounts for emotional labor. A lot of women don’t rely on men for romance it could be the women you are dating and looking for confirmation bias because literally every woman I know goes above and beyond for her partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/23 11:27 PM

Emotional labor is all the other stuff including unpaid labor for most people because a lot of the planning to get the unpaid labor done falls into emotional labor Sure there are women who don’t pull their weight no one would argue that if they have a brain, but I also think largely in a relationship that’s long term so 1+ year it’s women who do most of the maintenance in a lot of cases, but I can agree in the beginning a lot of men are planning more than the women they are with

3.5% in general is not a lot. Even 7 hours is not a lot in the context of a relationship that has kids. That’s a difference of under a 1.5 hour difference 5 days a week, and that difference is usually because someone has to pick kids up by a certain time. So no it’s not a big difference and once you pick up kids there is work to be done feeding them and helping them with homework. It’s the passion project that becomes interesting Women will view men wanting them for their bodies as shallow and men will find women wanting their partner to have a role that…

Yeah depression is hard and it would be preferable to not have to remind myself that when people I love are going through it that it’s not because of me or something I’ve done and it’s just a brain chemistry thing. It would be nice to mot have to feel like I have to have a brave face on if they are going through it. It can be mentally draining for me and I’m not even the one who deals with depression l. But just because it’s preferable doesn’t mean that it’s a deal breaker especially if you alre…

It absolutely changes who you are. Most career Walmart cashiers (career because obviously younger people work Shitty jobs while they study) don’t have the ambition or drive or maybe work ethic to get through studying at university. It’s a huge part of you and who you are. The person who went to school for 4-7 years is a different person than before they went tho school, they grew and developed new habits and abilities. I think a better way to think of it might be “How do you as a person spend your time?” Someone who spends their time doing something they love or making and meeting goals is a very different person to someone who does something just for a paycheck if they don’t spend any of their time doing what they love. Your job is where you spend most your time, so how do you spend your time and why?

True and I agree with this too, and what you do says a lot about you because not everyone can do every role or have the ability to study or work as hard to get to different places. Do we think the stoner cashier has the same work ethic or drive or capability as a doctor? No we don’t, they have different personalities. Yes this. And that’s why I gave the example of men who are in lower roles but have passion projects instead that require their mental or physical energy. Depends, you might not be explaining your role in a way that they can see your passion / motivation for doing what you do, or they might be educated and expect someone from a similar circle. Most people will date within their own social class or environment. And this is fine and I don’t blame anyone for that and I was the same too. Actually no, there is a push to get women into trades especially where I am, and roles like nurses or teachers are severely underpaid for the amount of work they have to do and it being an essential role. Every role needs to be valued appropriately and while teachers or nurses shouldn’t be making as much as doctors or lawyers in places like the USA (not where I am btw) teachers making 40k a year is unacceptable. Unfortunately all the schooling before college is meant to teach you those skills. I feel bad for some homeschooled kids if they don’t get put in enough activities to learn those skills but for most people 12 years of schooling is supposed to teach you those skills. It’s not easy sure but the stupid phrase of touch grass is unfortunately the only way to do it but if you say it to anyone they don’t appreciate it. The easiest and most immediate way you can become more interesting and a better personality is to become interested in people and actually listen to them speak (eye contact and truly listening not waiting for your turn to speak, asking follow up questions) so many people aren’t interested in the people they talk to and it shows.

I wasn’t saying that’s what he was suggesting. I meant that we as humans won’t always understand why or why not people want or don’t want something- including ourselves. Sexual liberation and medical advancements allowed women to feel more comfortable with their own sexuality and gave them the tools to have sex outside of marriage or serious committed relationships in a safer way. Hookup culture I think was actually started by men. Women responded by doing it too and now that some men feel left out it’s all of a sudden women who started it? When people vent about men in general in the context of “where are all the good men” I’m willing to bet that it happens after a particularly bad date. That’s exactly the same situation about people venting after a situation. The date was a situation. There are 100% going to be people who are venting constantly because they are delusional about what they want vs what they offer but for most reasonably adjusted and romantically successful people they aren’t venting constantly. Why are you hearing about it? Are they botching to you personally or is it you seeking it out online? Online has a lot of frustrated people looking for a place to vent. Venting to friends in general can make you feel better. You can vent about something and still be generally ok with something. You can vent about not finding the right man /woman while still being ok that you are single. Disappointed maybe but still fine and overall happy.

The reason ppd men/ other pill men don’t say the right woman would xyz is because they don’t care about the right woman they want any woman. I specify ppd men/pill men because a lot of men who have healthy ideas on relationships do talk about waiting or looking for the right woman.

It’s both. You are responsible for yourself and if you don’t take responsibility for yourself and expect other people to have to Prove themselves to you you probably won’t get far because no one has time for that and it’s a toxic feeling being the person who has to prove. I’m using “you” here generally of course.

If you can’t trust people and I say those very respectfully and empathetically because it does come from being let down in the past, but this person should be either in therapy or finding a different way to trust people before they think about being in a relationship. Relationships are about putting yourself out there and being vulnerable. That means you will get hurt at times, but you gotta take a leap of faith on people, give them benefit of doubt. Until someone breaks your trust, trust them (…

I would like to suggest that while you don’t owe anyone a relationship if you get into a relationship what you do owe your partner is trust - without it no relationship will work and if you haven’t gotten to the point where you can trust freely you shouldn’t be in that relationship yet.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/23 03:16 AM

Most guys with these insecurities haven’t got experience they are creating the issue. But you are correct no one “owes” anyone relationship, and I think he should break up with her if he’s that insecure that he starts mistrusting her When she hasn’t given a reason to as well as if she has given him a reason
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/23 02:26 AM

Yes if that’s what he says he is likely to be shamed because he is now acting on that insecurity. He hasn’t even met the woman and he’s already telling himself a false story “she’s going to compare me to her ex lovers and I won’t compare” he’s already devaluing himself AND her. If he says “I want low n because I want someone who has the same values around sex and relationships as myself” then no he won’t be shamed.

Why drive yourself (and her) for a “what if” What if it’s not? Judge people by their actions- does she make you feel loved and valued? Has she given you a reason to not trust her? If she has made you feel loved and hasn’t given you a reason to not trust her then why tell yourself stories like “she’s thinking of someone else” “she doesn’t love me” “she’s probably cheating” it’s a great way to blow up your relationship and any self esteem you have.

That last paragraph is it. The false narratives they create in their own minds - when their insecurity becomes so strong they are constantly in fight or flight and looking for proof for whatever story they’ve told themself.

Because women are fine waiting for that right guy and fine with being single and meeting people until then. Most men are also happy to play the field or do their own thing until they find the right woman. The men here in pill spaces aren’t happy alone, and many don’t want to self improve for some uncertain period of time in case it never happens and then they feel like they had to work for nothing (defeating the idea of true self improvement). How old are you if you don’t mind me asking? I think before the first date would be weird because there is no context - you could be anyone saying anything. A lot of People Lie, a lot of people act on their best behaviour for awhile and then change. I’m 30 and thankful I’m not dating anymore but personally it wouldn’t work on me but maybe people your own age?

I think where some of us may be confused is where do you think this conversation is happening? On a first date? If so she probably already do thinks your attractive but it would be a pretty intense conversation for a first date. And saying it before you are on a date would be a no go too. Dating is about getting to know people and seeing how they act. Words are cheap you gotta show people rather than just say things.

Sorry I explained in a different comment to Someone else I was more talking about NT people being different even if it’s something like liking people who don’t fit societies preferred groups of people or looking different. Many times people will ditch childhood friends if they are “uncool” or stop liking things they like if it’s uncool or gets them socially outcast. In general when you are young there is a lot of pressure socially to Conform

I should have phrased it better because I didn’t mean only people With autism need to be true to themselves. I meant that even NT people will not partake in activities or hang out with people they like if it’s deemed socially “uncool” they will need to change their outward behaviour to be more socially accepted. This might mean changing friend groups to more popular kids or even dating more socially accepted people. When people Get older like 25-30 they generally stop caring what’s socially acce…

Yeah it is not surprising to me either, people aren’t very kind in general and it’s sucks that to get treated better you would have to disclose your autism but your saying even then you get treated different. My partner looks like a dirty blonde version of Henry. Always mention it to him whenever we watch anything with HC. I told his dad and his dad texted him a photo of hc as Geralt and said you do look like him.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/23 11:09 PM

It’s probably a bit of both. Whenever you have men dating one thing and women another it’s probably a combination of both. There’s definitely crazy women out there and women who thrive on drama so some men would be dealing With that, and there are a lot of Immature people who would be actively ruining their relationships even if they don’t realise it.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/23 08:53 PM

I have a feeling that a lot of the guys here who complain that women don’t let them Open up have opened up In a “wrong” way as defined above and then taken that to mean that men can’t open up in general. Not all of course. Some would have opened up in an acceptable way but their relationship was probably already on the rocks and the person decided that they had had enough and didn’t want to keep getting pulled into that persons drama. I’ve done that before. Broke up with an ex shortly after he w…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/23 08:42 PM

There isn’t necessarily a right way but there is a wrong way If you opening up includes violence, yelling, or opening up after being caught doing something like cheating then these are wrong ways Other than that the listener should try to be empathetic
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/23 08:26 PM

It would be a no for me, sounds like drama.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/23 08:18 PM

Don’t delete it :) it’s good conversation Sorry you are dealing with depression it can be a hard go
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/23 10:31 PM

probably cause you haven’t felt women’s feelings (obviously) but women stay in bad situations all the time because they love or loved someone, sometimes until they are seriously hurt or killed It’s easy to think you have it worse but we all feel the same and can all be negatively impacted the same
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/23 10:24 PM

I doubt you’ve made people mad, maybe just shocked if you believe women don’t feel the same feelings or maybe if you think men’s feeling are somehow more pure or strong? Every crush I had from ages 13-18 I would always imagine our life married and kids. Pretty strong romantic and very childish and idealistic, then you get older and more realistic
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/23 10:10 PM

I doubt it, lust and romance are different though
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/23 09:53 PM

I know a few people on it and their sex drives are fine. It’s different for everyone and that’s why most people end up having to try a couple before they find the right fit

They might like the result but only superficially because they didn’t do it for themselves. They probably won’t keep up with whatever the result is because their goals wasn’t self improvement it was to get someone. They probably will revert to however they were before after they have someone

We have widespread monogamy. Most people want to remain with their partners for life. Shit happens though and it’s good that you are able to leave if you need to. It’s not a bad things that we are not socially shamed to have relationships and have fun until we are ready for Kids and marriage

Your post is a bit confusing but sometimes relationships don’t work out and you have to go your seperate ways. Sometimes there are kids involved. No parent should ever abandon their children, but as long as they are still present and still contribute to their children even if they meet someone else and have more children what is the problem?

Yeah. End of the day most partnerships rely on both people and need to find a way that both partners feel valued and appreciated. That means helping in areas they may not want to help in, it means doing some chores, being inconvenienced and also being happy when your partner is happy or at least being happy in peace. Both partners need to contribute enough that the other person feels valued and if they don’t sitting around and trying to justify not helping or valuing your partner because you ear…

Alright I was wrong there I was walking to the train and I was relying on my memory of the figures. Regardless though it’s not a huge portion of men and the amount of household relying on two incomes keeps raising. And I can bet that those households that the woman is bringing in even 30% of the income if she suddenly stopped the household would be under financial stress especially if kids are involved.

Yeah I’ll agree with that someone else posted an interesting stat page to my comment, and only 23% of men are sole and 29?% were primary 29% of marriages were elegatarian , and 10% wife out earned and 6% wife was sole earner It’s far more equal these days. Most men aren’t providers and most women don’t want providers because we saw examples of women who relied on their husbands for money and everything else get fucked over when he cheated on her and divorced her. Happened to my mom.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 09:08 PM
10

It was an interesting read thank you but according to that only 23% of husbands are sole bread winner and 31% earn more than 60% of their wife. That’s about equal as the stat for equal income couples 29% and wives earning more is 10% and wife as sole bread winner is 6% So far away from most men are the primary breadwinner.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 09:05 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 08:30 AM

There is often times a huge wait for female gynos because if given the option with male or female and no wait time most women choose the woman. But a lot of people don’t want to wait for weeks. Also I’ve found male gynos to be MUCH more gentle with the spec. And when doing Pap smears. Plus you just remember while you are there at the dr that it’s their job and they see a million vaginas so get it and get out

Yeah unless it’s your friends who are talking to you, online everyone will Have their own opinion on what makes a hvm (a “good partner”) or a lvm (a “bad partner”) and there will be overlap in peoples definitions and slight variations person to person. Mmm I think you might be taking it too seriously, a lot of guys who struggle can be assholes (see above re:social skills) but not all of them a lot wouldn’t be assholes but still also will struggle socially in other ways than the asshole such as no confidence and no friends. Lots of shitty people get attention sexual or otherwise. This is men and women. If you are attractive and have basic social skills (not rude to the person you are speaking to, reasonably outgoing, and comfortable talking to people) you will be able to have sex and relationships. Having sex and relationships does not mean that you are high value. If a guy is struggling to get even sex it suggests he is probably got a combination -being far below average in looks -not having good social skills (lo…

To a woman yes, but lvm still get sex if they are handsome and socially aware. Mainly casual sex because once women do see he is an asshole the sex usually stops (unless she’s some kind of criminal or abusive past or just has very low self esteem or something as well and in a relationship with him) Are you thinking only high value men get sex? That’s far from the truth.

I think where you may be getting confused is there can be some overlap between what RP says is “hvm” and what women consider it According to you rp definition is a man who other women want to sleep with According to most women on this thread and my own personal opinion it’s a man who is kind, handsome, knows what he wants in life and goes after it, is self sufficient, is loving to his partner, thoughtful and emotionally mature See for rps definition at the base minimum if he’s handsome and decen…

There are a lot of stupid people out there and when a stupid person does something they aren’t going to do it well. You see people getting married after their entire relationship was on and off and rocky and then somehow they thought marriage or having a baby would fix their issues. So grateful for it though, it means I can study or work. He’s not my type so 4/10 but o hate the number scale because if he had a great personality or was endearing somehow he could go up to even a 6/10. And this is why online dating sucks for men because based only on a picture you are going to have a harder time getting someone attracted to you

Yeah I know guys are exposed to messages that can make them feel like size is everything but it’s really not for most women. Yeah it’s actually a compliment in a way because she wants to finish with you and have that experience together I briefly dated a guy who sulked after I pulled out a mini vibrator. Broke up with him after that. My husband and I love using toys together and exploring them and each other

If it’s average it’s fine It’s more of a deal breaker to not eat pussy, to not finger well, and to be insecure of toys(vibrators)

We use them together, he likes watching me get off, he can do it without but sometimes if your having a quickie it’s easier to use a vibrator while you are having sex that spending 20 mins on for play and then sex. It’s also good for when he’s not around, just like he watches porn if I’m not around. Masturbation is normal and can be healthy in a relationship if it doesn’t impact your sex life. By that definition everyone will have limited options- it just seems pessimistic to think of everything being limited. Even beautiful women would be limited in this definition if they haven’t got access to wealthy men and that’s what they want. There are always many option, if you don’t like the current ones all you can do is change your situation until you do like your options.

The way I’m thinking about it though is if I’m hungry and someone offers me a choice of chicken livers, beef liver, sheep liver, tofu tacos, blue cheese salad, dried fish with rice or kangaroo sausage I am being given plenty of options. Me not Liking any of the options doesn’t mean I don’t have many options.

I don’t think it is weird at all. If you don’t see why a person wouldn’t want their partner cheating even if they are going through a dry spell you should stay away from commitment

That hasn’t been my experience with marriage, our sex life is great, our relationship is great, our children are great. If either one of us stepped outside of the marriage it would be a huge betrayal. Stop worrying about anyone else and just worry about finding someone you can have a great marriage with, otherwise you shouldn’t be getting married. And a lot of people who do get married are stupid because they marry just to do it regardless if their relationship is functional and healthy.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/23 01:42 AM

Because when you get married you are vowing to be faithful and not sleep with other people unless you’ve an agreement that you don’t need to be monogamous If you break that vow you are a shit husband/wife

Once you start getting to a point though usually around date 3-4 if you want to Keep seeing someone you stop seeing anyone else. That’s true but we weren’t born as embryos so eventually we change from an embryo to a fetus and then to a baby but they aren’t the same thing. I agree again but also pointing out that your post is about men who dislike toys, and I’m saying men who are usually open to explore those type of things you are mentioning are far more likely to be ok with toys.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 12:00 PM
1

Yes I agree but I don’t know if you noticed but all the guys who have talked about the importance of being open and trying things who have commented have mentioned incorporating toys. I would be highly surprised if couples who have good sex lives full of communication and exploration would be couples who are against toys. It doesn’t track.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 11:52 AM

Your example though of exploring other things you used bondage. Bondage typically incorporates toys and even when it doesn’t a key part of it is trust. I wouldn’t trust someone who is insecure during sex with me I can’t think of other things you might suggest besides other positions - always happy to try new positions and be wild BUT that is why I brought up most guys can’t give women orgasms even with repeated practice. I’ve slept with 3 guys who were good at sex (out of quite a few). So person…

Hell no would I trust a guy to do bondage if he is uncomfortable with toys In my opinion saying no to something as tame as a vibrator would already make me not want to sleep or explore with him , he sounds like he’s not interested in me having an orgasm I’ve met one man only who can give me an orgasm from oral alone and I married him. It’s not something many guys can do. You

Exactly this. I’ve only come across one man who sulked about me using a bullet vibrator (small one size of a pinky finger) while we had sex because I want to Orgasm too if I have sex. I didn’t sleep with him again. Didn’t shame him for it but didn’t go back for more. Guys who Welcome toys are usually better lovers because they are getting off on you getting off.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 11:14 AM

A lot of plain Janes aren’t on OLD and don’t have photos on social media - I know quite a few of these. A lot of those women don’t have male friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 01:29 AM

That’s true I haven’t. But a large portion of plain and nerdy girls I knew weren’t out at bars let alone till closing. And also for the younger crowd in highschool that’s not a thing
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 01:28 AM

I think it’s usually the ones who have worked on themselves. The ones who put effort into themselves. Men here love to bash on fat women like Lizzo but even Lizzo has worked on herself, she’s ambitious, takes care of herself and her appearance she’s just also fat. A fat woman though who does not dress nicely, put effort into her appearance does not get attention (I used to work with someone like this and she never would get any guys attention and never had a relationship). Unwanted attention is …
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 01:27 AM

It’s bad when it’s persistent or aggressive. It’s fine when it’s not and many women also find it flattering when it’s not. 100% some women are overtly cruel to men who express attention in respectful and appropriate ways and this should be something that’s reigned it and called out by women to other women. But a lot of attention is not respectful or appropriate, and is overly persistent, and that can also wear someone thin and also make you weary of attention. Usually by this point though all th…
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 12:34 AM

Yes this is also true that the things women find attractive can take longer to develop depending on the starting point and the person. General things though like style, social skills, social hobbies, and general fitness can do huge things for even young guys and a lot of younger guys don’t do these because they don’t care too much about it or they are naïve about the importance. And even if it does take a bit longer let’s say the guy doesn’t start till year 10 he should still be entering his sen…
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 12:04 AM

Yeah and that was the point because women and men both are going to see who gets more attention and from who, and I think women will act on that and try to become more like the girls the guys they like far earlier than men do this. I don’t disagree that most girls would like the same pretty boy or hot guys (few exceptions of course) but women will try to become more like the women those guys like earlier. And then men who aren’t getting women attention don’t truly start caring to change until th…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/23 11:34 PM

Yes it’s a fantasy, but while you may not openly discuss this many men do. Women hear this and internalise it. That’s why women become far more interested in making themselves attractive from a younger age than men. And they try to emulate the type of women they think are getting the attention especially the attention of the men they also find attractive (but also men in general) It’s a cycle, men say women go for bad boys and that’s why they try to emulate this, but I’m saying women internalise…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/23 10:25 PM

I’m asking for women point of view because I don’t see how a man can confirm this. This is about what women perceive, how we internalise it, and how we proceed based on that
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/23 10:23 PM

Can you say if you are male or female? I didn’t say nerdy guys think they have a chance with the hot women. But they do give them attention. This could be through talking about them amongst each other or comparing notes on HOT porn stars/models singers whatever That is giving them attention. They aren’t sitting there talking about the plain women.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/23 10:16 PM

You say while posting no data. And also I doubt there is data that captures the experiences of women in those high school years that shows what they are noticing
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/23 10:11 PM

Young men (high school and college aged) give attention to hot women. Either the popular girls they fantasies about, or through discussing which porn stars/movie stars or whatever prominent female figure is around that they find attractive and hot. If they DO find plain nerdy girls or plain janes attractive they aren’t making this known and the certainly aren’t giving them the same levels of attention. Women internalise this and aim to become hot women and yes even more promiscuous for some from…

I think the point is to talk about the issue and your feelings so that you can start to take steps and action to finding a solution A lot of people become stuck in a non action phase and talking about it and understanding the issue, your feelings around it, and why you have those feelings helps get to the action part
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/23 09:54 PM

Unless you were a plain woman or were very close with plain women it does but it’s fine I understand it doesn’t fit the narrative you want
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/23 09:49 PM

And yet men are constantly saying women shouldn’t have any preference in work and it should all be on merit especially in STEM or high power positions
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/23 09:27 PM
1

Young women aren’t all getting male attention this is a lie men tell eachother. Young plain Janes aren’t getting attention. Even if someone does like her he’s likely far to shy to say something to her so she never finds out. What she does see though is the popular girls getting attention even from the nerdy boys. Women see this and internalise it far more than men. That’s why women work at glowing up from a far earlier age then men
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/23 09:25 PM
1

Women also grow up seeing men give hot women attention, weather it’s movie stars or models or even just the hot girls in school, and yes they give attention to promiscuous women too. Women internalise all of that. So if men stopped giving those women attention women would stop wanting to be like that it’s a cycle.

In what context? I’ve brought up children in a general sense when men say thy hate that women want someone who has good earning power or potential my usual reply was I always knew I wanted kids so I wanted to date people who I could realistically believe having a possible family one day wouldn’t leave us broke and struggling. I think men believing that only 20% of men are attractive to women is ridiculous. The stats come from online dating which is already an incredibly superficial environment surely you know the reasons why it is so superficial and competitive. Women are outnumbered 3:1, men swipe on everyone or a high percentage, and if you are going to have a good chance of having a match as a woman on whoever you do swipe since men all swipe yes of course it’s going to be very superficial. No one getting compliments even if exaggerated thinks they are as beautiful as a model: that doesn’t mean they can’t feel as good as they can about themselves and feel themselves. That’s what it’s about. And men on this post don’t seem to get it no Matter how many women tell it to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/23 11:32 AM
1

I disagree in that when I see my husbands friends compliment each other they all clearly enjoy it. It doesn’t happen often but when it does they feel good. Men are humans and humans enjoy compliments. Feeling good about yourself gives you confidence and women constantly tell men that confidence is a highly attractive trait: so I don’t see how compliments wouldn’t help men when they give them to eachother.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/23 11:20 AM
1

Based on a lot of the things men with self esteem issues here say they could certainly benefit from a big dose of self esteem and confidence, it might help them stop feeling so valueless and pathetic. If you don’t feel good about yourself you will never be able to make any one else feel good about you. Men who can only get validation or self worth from women have already lost the game, even if they ever get that it won’t be enough, it’s not what they need.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/23 11:06 AM

Are you asking why Danny wouldn’t be beautiful in that outfit…it’s a woman’s outfit the lines and curves are tailored to accentuate her curves… Women are seen as beautiful more than men because beauty is probably a more feminine trait. But that’s where our views differ, because women are not saying these things unless they mean it, and they mean as a whole person especially if it’s a friend or someone they know. And again Women aren’t taking being told these things to mean they look are good as models, but it is good to feel positive about yourself. And for the third time I ask you, why do you or other men have an issue with women building each other up and making them feel good? Why do you assume women are lying to eachother?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/23 10:27 AM
3

You can call someone beautiful without having to clarify that you only mean inside or outside. Again women know this, and we also aren’t delusional that when we call eachother beautiful that it means we look as good as Kendal Jenner or Bella Hadid or whatever other model you want to insert. Beauty is subjective and if you can’t understand that women can see the beauty in other women, acknowledge this to eachother then that’s a you problem (or maybe a male problem?) Women build eachother up, and …
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/23 10:17 AM

You aren’t. Being beautiful is also about how your personality is. That’s why they say beautiful inside and out. No one in the world looks “perfect” so that is another subjective word that can describe more than physical beauty but also internal. And words like gorgeous I think are used less but when they are used I think most women are tactful and might say something more like “your hair looks absolutely gorgeous tonight, and you are beautiful just as you are” Men really don’t like women buildi…

It’s not to make yourself seem kindhearted…it because you actually do mean it. Men don’t get that.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/23 09:50 AM
7

You can tell an average woman that they are perfect and gorgeous and mean it, because they usually understand that it’s talking about their whole self not just how they look. Women build eachother up, we try to let eachother know that how we look is only one aspect of ourselves, and you can be perfect as you are without looking like a model.

I love telling women I don’t know that I think their outfit or whatever is really cute (only if I really do), they always beam and it’s a nice feeling to give to others that smile
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/23 09:32 AM

I’m not trying to detract but I’m saying that where it is prominent from what I’ve seen is reddit or manosphere, so when women in those settings are asked (especially on video) I think that by uniting and saying 10, they are kind of shutting it down in a way while also supporting eachother.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/23 09:26 AM
14

I don’t think I’ve ever heard people rate people in real life. Only on reddit or on videos people here post of manosphere videos. Most people aren’t rating people, most people can tell when someone is beautiful or ugly but most people know attraction is far more than looks.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/23 09:19 AM
21

Meh I also think it’s a good way to get people to stop rating people on a subjective scale than eliminates most of of the things that make a person attractive.

Many of the women here have similar backgrounds, a lot of guys here are jealous they can’t get sex and want to believe that it’s over for women who could as a revenge fantasy

It was so bizarre. I had a c section, but was shocked at how tight it became. Yeah if you have a healthy relationship even if sex isn’t as consistent it’s still going to be regular, and you will still have intimacy and love when you don’t have sex

I do agree that we need a society the rewards being functional and also having a family. I think the erosion of the middle class though is what has gone wrong. As for criminals having more children that’s always been the case and the women having children with criminals aren’t functional themselves (usually)

100% agree which is why when they say women gaslight that looks aren’t the most important they are literally keeping themselves where they are. I think they know but don’t want to admit it’s due to things they can have control over.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/23 02:24 AM
3

It’s not gaslighting to say it’s not someone’s looks that’s the issues when they clearly have mental health issues, and have admitted to not having any friends or social life. It’s gaslighting of bps to circle jerk eachother into thinking it’s just their looks and make themselves feel uglier than they are
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/23 02:08 AM

Actually it’s frustrating you said this. You guys gaslight eachother into thinking you are ugly and hopeless Have a look at his posts. He has said he has no friends, can’t speak the language (German) in Austria, and he goes from being suicidal one day to obsessed with a girl he didn’t even date more than 3 years ago, and you think the issue is his looks? Nah, he is average looking he looks good enough it’s all the other issues he has.

Having a professional take the photo doesn’t mean you have taken a good photo for online dating. For an autobiography or professional photo sure. Your photo on the boat was better but could have been enhanced if you say had another photo same scene but with friends and maybe a beer - this seems like you are fun. Anyway the point was to market something well it doesn’t only need a good photo it also needs to have the right message being sent. Example- to market a hamburger companies don’t only gi…

Ok well you can’t improve on your penis size and if you meant you are trying to gloat about your penis size it’s a weird thing to gloat about. Men are more interested in penis size than women provided it’s not below average and provided there is no ED.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/23 03:50 AM

I’m a bit confused as to why you are interested in his size? Also size doesn’t coorelate with height or weight there are men who are 6 foot tall with micropenis or below average penises. I’m 5’5 and he’s 6’1

I don’t know we haven’t measured it and don’t plan to, his erection wasn’t smaller than normal just 8/10 compared to what he normally is. I think you might be focusing on penis size as the limiting factor which it wasn’t. It was that he couldn’t move out of the lying down on his back Position.

I’m Catholic too and it’s not as important in Catholicism as you may believe. What has been keeping this tradition alive though is men wanting their sons penises to look like their own. I’m not judging you but it does sadden me that the USA still think It’s ok to mutilate babies like that.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 04:11 AM

You don’t care though that it’s removing a part of the genital that gives guys pleasure? And that it can cause issues for men? I understand it’s weird if you haven’t seen one that’s uncut in person and everyone around you is cut but you really would do that to your future son?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/23 04:03 AM

You likely wouldn’t be able to tell when it’s erect. If you move out of the USA it’s uncommon. I prefer it uncut now. Wouldn’t do that to my son either it’s pretty awful that parents still do this.

80% of babies are born to women under 35. At 35 the risk is 1 in 400. That’s a 0.0025% chance of it happening. It’s very rare and again most babies with Down syndrome are born to younger mothers.

I disagree that unattractive people are low price. Your value isn’t determined on your looks or beauty. It makes things easier yes no one being honest will say otherwise. But life is long, beauty isn’t enough to have a happy relationship. This is why people as they mature stop valuing looks as much they want someone they get along with. Life is also better around people who bring joy to you, this is why assertive kind and funny people get what they want - even if they aren’t attractive just well…

In sickness and health you are already married. If you lose your money or health it’s different you’ve already made that committed The post was about to start dating. Why is it reasonable to expect that type of commitment that early? People want to have that type of Commitment with someone they can trust to build a home with. It’s very easy to look at your phone and comment when you work from home, or work at a desk. While I agree with why you could feel insecure the way society is and also Liked your insight on thoughts around things buying a big truck etc and how that may be perceived based on your body rather than if you just like it or not I don’t agree that having a woman fill your security space is good because then you are one thoughtless comment away or one bad thought (say you decide to compare yourself to her ex’s who are tall) away from being insecure and *acting on the insecurity. You are right m…

2 options for these men if they are serious about finding love and companionship Don’t be a low value man Stop judging her when she is ready to settle down Something tells me though they dislike the options that they have control over
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 10:05 PM

Sounds like you Could be communicating poorly. Why not follow up your vent with “what do you think I should do?” Or “can you see any solutions available to me” And you can also just give him a hug and say “thank you for the hug but I need solutions. Any suggestions?”
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 10:02 PM

That’s the source where all these men got 80/20 from lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 08:52 PM

Yeah having autism doesn’t mean you are hateful. I think the risk to internalise these messages is present for anyone but I think autistic people are possibly at more risk if they also are more socially isolated or if they are bullied I’m glad your brother hasn’t joined this community I don’t even want my siblings here and they are NT
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 08:44 PM
20

Most the men here are either 18, autistic or virgins because of bad social skills (or a combination of all 3) They know fuxk all about love so don’t let it get to you
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 08:18 PM

How has anime motivated yoi
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 11:45 AM
1

I think it’s intended to work like that but it can also lower your confidence repeating this. You are repeating the message that you are undesirable to yourself. You gotta switch that
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 05:25 AM
1

Yeah confidence is a big part of social skills though because it allows your to talk to people. No point in being good at talking if you can’t go up and talk to women because of your confidence You are one of the “louder” voices here in the amount you post and you detailing your virginity haha which is why I comment a lot, I do want to “see”you try. When are you going to go out and give it a shot? Go out Friday night, talk to women, and see what happens
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 05:05 AM
2

I get that, but again only one way to shake it off. Don’t want for women to go to you go to them. Shake off rejection, and just have fun. If you are drinking you should have more confidence and be less overthinking anyway. Ask women if they want to have a drink when you are close to the bar then dance a bit or chat a bit and then make a move to make out of the chat is going well (this is where you are looking for signs of interest NOT before you’ve interacted) I think this does show though that …
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 02:32 AM
1

Ah ok so that’s part of the issue because you’ve been saying you had good social skills but maybe not as good as you’ve implied. Yeah going up and saying that is fine I would recommend asking if she wants to Get a drink as well and then obviously paying for the drink. Only buy 1 and make sure you are chatting and dancing and vibing before buying more
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 02:12 AM
1

Nah I’m not that much older than you only a few years and so is my man. People our age are fine with you approaching as long as you do It smoothly and if you get rejected move on. I’m concerned you are making excuses to save your pride from taking a rejection irl. It can take 10 nos but if you get the 1 yes who cares?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/23 12:31 AM

Warm and welcoming never give the guy an in to Potentially isolate her from you
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 10:17 PM

I’ve said this too. Men who get women are men who go are not Passive waiting for signs of Interest (except maybe reallly hot guys can)
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 10:15 PM

You can tell men who struggle Don’t like talking to women and aren’t interested in them beyond sex. People Who are interested in people receive interest back to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 10:00 PM

Sounds like you are dating a good person and that’s great. What you are describing is exactly what dating was like for me when I met my man.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 09:04 PM

That source you’ve used is not showing a complete picture. It says the amounts in 2020 were dropped (hello Covid) and also of the total population is not a good stat to use because when you use it from just women 1 in 6 women will be raped or attempted to be raped https://www.rainn.org/statistics/scope-problem 1 in 6 women is a huge problem But besides making this the victim Olympics paternity fraud doesn’t happen anywhere near that
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 09:01 PM
0

I don’t thing government should waste money on it for such a small percentage. Would much rather the money be used elsewhere, and I don’t care if men want to get paternity tests that’s on them But for it happening so infrequently it’s not surprising that women would be offended if you are married and ask for one when there has been no reason to think she would be in that 1_3%
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 08:54 PM
-1

Yeah that’s a good point too.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 10:21 AM
2

I doubt it’s more than 3% Most women don’t cheat on their husbands and get pregnant. Most new couples with accidental pregnancies would test anyway because it’s a new relationship Hard to say the costs but it would take a huge expansion of laboratory equipment, staff and facilities for one. Hospitals already have to wait for tests in order of priority and times are blown out, testing every birth and the father and the mother would add huge pressures to health systems which are already underfunde…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 10:20 AM
7

And all for the good of stopping 1-5% of new fathers from experiencing paternity fraud
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 09:53 AM
1

That 1% would not justify the 99% of testa done for nothing
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 09:40 AM
2

Exactly. The extra burden of testing for everyone when it happens maybe 1-3% of the time, as well as the burden of single parent payments and other social support. It’s crazy so many men are deathly afraid of this when it’s such a rare thing to happen
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 09:15 AM

So it doesn’t happen and your comment was irrelevant

/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 03:41 AM

You are welcome to think that but I highly doubt any government in my country would see the benefit of this. Men in my country and mostly doing ok. There are more than 333,000 women then men in my country, and it’s women who are more at risk of being single or never married in their forties.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 03:10 AM
1

They are gutting some services yes but it would be political suicide for any of the major political parties to rock the boat too much and try to change too quickly from a somewhat socialist country The point though for this post is that with different services already being gutted they aren’t going to add paternity testing for 0 roi when they are already “broke”
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 02:51 AM
4

Except the social programs we have actually has a net benefit to governments. Subsidised education- better trained work force, subsidised health care - healthier working Populations, subsidised housing for those who need it- more children growing up in more stable homes with better educational and career outcomes Paternity testing- a few men vindicated? Nah fam that math doesn’t add up.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 02:28 AM
0

Depends on the country, in my country the issues I listed are a government concern, we have social benefits and they cost money, and we are experiencing brain drain with people leaving since can’t afford to live so huge teacher /nurse etc. shortages
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 02:19 AM
1

Because most governments are already struggling to pay for other social programs including healthcare. Most countries continue to gut out services because of the cost. There isn’t a good ROI for a government to pay for a paternity test. And again it happens infrequently. In a world with a COL crisis, housing affordability crisis, stagnating wages and inflation, essential worker shortages, paternity testing would be dead ass last in government spending.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 01:57 AM

You seem to imply r word should be allowed quite frequently
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 01:09 AM

Most countries (west) give free Or subsidised healthcare, why would the government of these countries want to pay for this when paternity fraud is such a small percentage
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 12:43 AM

If you buy a house together there is one team not two individuals
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 12:02 AM

Same hours- not try to increase standard of living by buying more useless crap, let’s save the extra money or use it to invest in EFT’s or a house deposit Different hours- (me more hours and more money) try to do more housework or cooking so that when I’m home don’t need to worry
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/23 12:00 AM

If you do that you are always going to Be passive. Life happens to you. You are a victim of circumstance. (I mean you as in general because this is true of anyone who is passive) Try being more assertive, open yourself up to rejection, if it happens move on don’t sweat it and try again. I bet you will have more results. Also if you are out at a club and you Look like you are having fun and chatting to random people by you you will be a lot of lucky in meeting people than if you stand on the side…

/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/23 08:34 AM

It takes more than a healthy mindset unfortunately But a good starting point would be: feeling good about yourself and being interested in people, being kind to yourself and others, willing to put yourself out there meet new people try new things and not taking rejection personally and not letting it impact your next endeavour

You can say no to sexual acts, with a man though penetration is nearly always expected
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/23 06:03 AM

I would 100% sleep with the ugly woman vs the ugly man. This is assuming it’s a “hookup” and you don’t know the person. I think lesbian sex would be way less intrusive and that’s why women would rather that.

/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/23 04:56 AM

Cause I mean really old women. Or old and fat. Assuming you are young they can’t just go and find a young man if they are ugly despite what men here think Think the news stories about 80 year old women with 20 year old boys The gross stories

I lived with roommates and had a blast when I was single. And yea it can be way cheaper. Also being smart with grocery shopping and other expenses but eod you can live in a cheap place but probably less things to do and less people to meet

/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/23 12:39 AM
1

Yeah it’s really sad that porn is what men think women want. A big part of that on the USA though is lack of good sex education. A good sex education would tell men and women of the dangers of pornography and how it’s not real
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/23 11:59 PM

I think you resenting that could say more about yourself than him..sounds like he doesn’t have the same amount of money; how can you resent him for that?

You don’t want a ltr
/r/AllPillDebate16/04/23 10:32 PM

True, but when the risk of drama could be your physical safety, or could be too uncomfortable for yourself if it’s someone you aren’t going to see again why bother? I feel like guys can ask for feedback while it’s happening if they want it. Things like “does this feel good?” “Show me how you want me to touch you” “what do you want me to do to you” are all acceptable questions during sex and forplay Also if a guy can’t tell if a woman is enjoying it then he probably isn’t paying attention anyway
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/23 10:12 PM
2

If he had more money then I don’t know why you would feel jealous or resentment. It’s normal to spend more if you have more.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/23 10:09 PM

I didn’t get it until I went and watched it in theatre and omg it does things to a woman (many women but I’m sure not all) It shows heavy flirtation, sexy bodies and it’s erotic because there is a lottttttt of buildup which is how women’s sexuality works
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/23 10:04 PM

It’s about desirability. Even if weight is controllable and height isn’t, a lack of height and being fat are both generally undesirable physical traits. You have exceptions on both sides for people who don’t mind, but since they are generally undesirable traits the people who have traits that are more desirable (healthy weight/tall) tend to have more options.

I agree a lot of people act like overgrown children but in my experience more men I know are more child like. Saying a woman is a year younger than a man’s development because she wants to be provided for is baseless. That’s a gender expectation that has become romanticised. A lot of men I know are like children because they want Instant gratification, dislike hard work especially domestic work, can’t take no for an answer, are jealous, and can’t find the words to talk about what’s bothering the…

And the parents keeping the child when they don’t have a stable home leads to broken homes and trauma. Men’s financial aspects have nothing to do with abortion they are two seperate issues. Abortion allows women to choose what happens with their bodies, and choosing to not let their body undergo pregnancy for financial reasons is a valid option.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/23 01:50 AM
2

I think having an abortion if you aren’t ready to be a parent, or can’t financially afford the child is taking responsibility. Adoption is not a good enough alternative because most women can’t give up their baby after going through the hormones of pregnancy and birth, and most people aren’t going to risk their body and health for a pregnancy if they can have an abortion early enough.

How would you know that your wife had sex “everyday”. Even if she said this it could have been an exaggeration. Also in college she’s probably younger and more energy and less going on. She could have been skipping her lectures and tutorials. No job etc. If you are happy with your relationship why does it matter? Most women aren’t having casual sex. You are using online dating 80/20 statistic which is for online dating matches based on an old ok Cupid study. And we come back around to if men want to have casual sex because they feel they need to they need to have a social circle and skills.

Of course. Just like being autistic, having a deformity, any physical or mental disability, or being below average looking yes of course this will make it harder especially in a western country.

Because action figures are seen as childish, take up space, and often are displayed and is a completely different aesthetic to what women find attractive. A lot of “bad boys” aren’t bad boys. A lot of guys call any guy who looks cool, maybe wears a leather jacket or Ray-ban sunglasses or has a cool car or motorcycle a bad boy even if he has a degree a corporate job and is a good guy.

Men who think they are useless will become useless. Women will always want men, and while online dating has become huge (including things like Instagram) in person connection will remain a huge part of where couples form. Young guys have really got to cultivate friendships and social connections. And older people need to stop making this world so expensive to live (housing affordability) and driving things to be such a isolated and screen based society, and push for things like greater education…

Men are contributing to their own problems then, and if they don’t want to marry a girl who hasn’t had casual sex then they can join the communities where that is more likely. But complaining they don’t get casual sex while also trying to find women who don’t want casual sex without maintaining their own standard or joining the communities where that is a thing is just silly. Also if men don’t want 4/10 women they are just as hypocritical since they blame women for wanting men they find attracti…

Double standards like this is exactly why women don’t like having sex with men early. But besides that point, doesn’t sound like your height has held you back.

No those previous comments was for that other user and we were talking about his situation For men under 5’8 and who doesn’t have the other things the original guy o was talking to said he had (athletic body and 6/10 face) then social circle is going to be even more important. It’s not going to be easy though and casual sex probably shouldn’t be his focus. The guys I feel really sorry for are probably the guys 5’2 and shorter i empathise that a lot of women would be taller than these guys
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/23 01:54 AM

If you have had sex on every date you have been on then it sounds like you are doing fine. Have many of those dates turned into a relationship. They liked you enough to sleep with you. Or you could be like a dear friend of mine who is able to do the same but can translate that into a relationship because when spending longer periods of time with him it can be a bit exhausting ; so sex is a yes for him relationships have to date been a no
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/23 01:51 AM

Sure link a reddit comment by an individual. That woman obviously is representative of every other woman out there huh. https://www.pewresearch.org/social-trends/2021/10/05/rising-share-of-u-s-adults-are-living-without-a-spouse-or-partner/ 60% of men become married or live with a partner from 25-54. That means most men are still finding long term relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/23 01:49 AM

For casual sex physical attraction is the main qualifier. My whole comment said the issue is men want casual sex more than to date women. The average guys who can get casual sex have good social skills. Still not as much as women or very attractive men though
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/23 01:44 AM
2

Yeah the guy i was speaking to was 5’8 I’ve dated 2 guys who were 5’8
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/23 01:43 AM

Most people in the world have long term relationships and that’s means looks isn’t the biggest factor and people in happy relationships aren’t people who have extreme mental health issues or bad financial health
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/23 01:36 AM
3

5’8 isn’t too short for most women. A 6/10 face, athletic body and good social skills would make up for this Unless the other aspects aren’t as honed as the guy believes
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/23 01:16 AM
2

To move? No it’s not. To have social skills ? Yes it is for average people, and there is my point not being able to meet people and create friends and connections means you are actually below average in your social skills and this is a huge reason why men are hurting
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/23 01:09 AM
2

Not really you need to have a good amount of all those things to date. I’m not talking about it casual sex
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/23 01:08 AM
3

Or maybe not being in debt, having some savings, being on a decent career or job path so that if you want a family you can both co tribute and not have to carry eachother
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/23 12:54 AM
3

That could be a factor but also I don’t know you, I can take you at your word that all your social skills are fine but they also might not be. You don’t have to join clubs or hobby’s per say but does your social group include women? Do your guy friends have women friends? Do you regularly have parties where you invite these people? Do you go out with your women friends to the clubs?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/23 12:53 AM

I have done it yes, I moved to another country for university and am still here.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/23 12:45 AM

To some men sure and that’s fine too but women aren’t the ones here complaining about that issue, they are in their own communities complaining and trying to deal with their situation, but the men here largely aren’t meeting many women let alone those women
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/23 11:57 PM
6

Forgot to comment in the other comment that if you are really athletic and 6/10 face then you should be doing fine and if you aren’t it means your social circle OR skills aren’t as good as you think, or that you aren’t actually a 6/10 in the face
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/23 11:56 PM

Expats are able to penetrate and make groups all the time; highly developed social skills allow them to do this. This suggests that people who can’t do this who indeed do look average are lacking in social skills. Having women friends doesn’t mean you fuxk your women friends it means friends of friends and going to parties where more friends of friends of friends will be and you will have greater access to warm approaching more women.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/23 11:55 PM
3

Exactly. Being average isn’t only dependent on how someone looks. It’s mental health, physical health, financial health and looks. Being severely lacking in even one of these areas can put you below average
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/23 11:51 PM
2

I get that but I didn’t mention confidence I mentioned social skills are social circle. Confidence is a single aspect of social skills but often with a social circle this is gained anyway
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/23 11:50 PM
1

Social skills and having a social circle are two different things Do you think most average men have friends who are friends with women and have large amount of women as friends themselves? Or is it mostly men or maybe 1-3 friends ? Also when you say calibre of woman, if you think you are able to get women you want vs who want you this is the same issue women have. Putting people into “leagues” often doesn’t work because people don’t just pair up based one one or two criteria
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/23 11:47 PM

I don’t think so, average guys are still able to date. What they are less able to do is have casual sex and if they resent it long enough they can turn themselves into below average dudes based on their bitterness. Even if they don’t be some resentful they will still have less access than women because more men than women want casual sex so women will always have their pick. Average guys are able to date. They do so by employing their social skills and social circle. The men who don’t have these…

Yes casual sex, but probably not one night stands - mainly because if it’s a warm approach you don’t want to shit where you eat and hurt someone who is a friend of a friend but I’m saying that casual sex can include short relationships of a couple months of sex, and it can include friends with benefits. For one night stands the way it can help is by again being invited to more social gatherings, example- you meet a woman who is a friend of your friend. You see each other occasionally when your f…

Average men struggle for a variety of reasons. A big one would be over reliance on online dating. Online dating you do not get a chance to interact and show your personality it’s a purely looks driven environment. Despite this men still Over rely on dating apps and take their lack of matches personally and internalise it. On top of this a lot of men don’t have wide social circles so don’t meet women through friends (a lot of the friends they DO have also have 0 women as friends). A man can think…

A not extreme handsome face can be an average face. Average guys can be handsome too and women are a lot more flexible on how they view a persons features especially when they know them. Online dating will always be a realm where this isn’t really possible but in person it’s very possible and happens daily. Men don’t budge from wanting a pretty face- hence I didn’t say beautiful because pretty girls aren’t necessarily described as beautiful. And therein comes my extreme example because men would…

I think we use extremes because this whole meme is extreme All these men are way above average so they aren’t your normal guys either so it’s using an extreme example first And a lot of men use vague language , maybe you didn’t mean to but when you said all shapes and sizes that’s very vague and says nothing of face but reality is you probably still want a pretty face even if it’s not an extreme example and women want a handsome face even if it’s not extreme

Not to be facetious but those men in the photo are different sizes and colours. So a woman could say “ l like men of all size and colours” as well and not be lying. I imagine the women you like still have a relatively pretty face. These men have a pretty face in the eyes of women, which means that men and women are the same. We like different sizes shapes and colours but still want the face to be pretty. Eg. Would you date a younger “mama June” a obese woman who isn’t that pretty (though I think…

But hello or hi is boring. I agree if you’ve put some info on your profile you don’t need to do lots of small talk and the goal should be meeting up. So instead of hi you could do something like Hey, let’s get drinks this Friday? Should we get dumplings or pizza this weekend? I know a great cafe in *** they have the best coffee and muffins, let’s meet there this Saturday morning? These openers are assumptive, confident and accomplish meeting up without just saying “hi”

Is there anything wrong with “dating”your partner in our entire life (I don’t mean going out each week or spending frivolously- I mean constantly working at showing kindness and love, planning things to do with eachother, learning more about your partner everyday) the idea is to grow with your partner, not just grow old as two seperate people with nothing to talk about especially once the kids move out like so many old people today.

Yikes you are in for a shock one day. It’s not a myth. But good luck to you I hope for your sake you don’t end up with someone you are sexually incompatible with- it really sucks and takes all pleasure away from sex. A lot of dead bedrooms exist because of it.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/22 07:23 PM

Nope, you should read some stories of women who married as virgins only to realise they hate having sex with their husband for whatever reason, maybe he’s sexually incompatible, or incompetent despite time going on. If that happens there is huge FOMO. Most women who try sex learn what we like and find a partner who can give us that, then there is no regrets because we already found the best for us You’ve got posts saying you don’t want to be a virgin and it’s not by choice. Don’t be a hypocrite.

Work in jewellery for a few years and you learn haha I know people always hate on diamonds and say nah it’s not as special as a gemstone (bs btw most people who say that don’t wanna spend on a diamond) but I’ve cleaned too many gemstone rings and have seen exactly how they look with wear an tear, especially for people who Don’t normally wear jewellery so they aren’t very careful with them! They don’t wear well after a few years if you knock them! But I love lab grown diamonds, so beautiful, you …

It’s a three stone ring, 3 round brilliants, the centre stone is 1.4 carat F or G color vs1+ with the two side stones at .75 carat each also F or G vs1+ Set in 18k white gold Stunning. 3 stone rings mean past present and future and that’s such a beautiful sentiment for an engagement. I prefer F or G color diamonds to D/E because you get a hint of warmth compared to the colourless diamond which looks almost grey or blue. And I like round brilliants because they give the most sparkle ✨❤️

I’ve worked in jewellery for a while so I Know about rings and stones. I love the look of diamond rings after having put so many different styles on. That being said I would prefer a lab grown diamond so that I can get the quality and size I want without spending 100,000 which is ridiculous. We can get what I want for about 5k instead. I don’t like gemstones as engagement rings because of wear and tear a lot of gemstones crack or will scratch (you wear everyday and rings take a beating) I don’t …

Not once did I say men should only listen to women. Ive been arguing why your analogy was incorrect. Men who are struggling should listen to multiple people men and women because they haven’t found what is right for them clearly. Emulating someone else may not work because they clearly don’t have the same traits as that person. They should listen to multiple Perspectives and find a way to apply all the useful tips from different sources into a technique that works for them.

I’m not in the USA we spell it jewellery 😂 And yes client relationships are important in jewellery. Especially luxury and I’m talking about a brand that sells pieces that are high hundreds of thousands and some more than a million. With that type of clientele yes it’s about relationships.

You clearly aren’t in sales. I literally said listen to what they want and give them what they need while making them realise that’s what they want. And the only way to do that is to use their own words and reasoning against them and you can do that by LISTENING to the words they use and repeat it back
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/22 12:24 AM

In your linked articles it literally says “Porn use seemingly contributes to men's doubts about their sexual competence, the deterioration of their sexual functioning, and – in heterosexual couples – their partner-reported satisfaction. “ What do you think erectile dysfunction is? It’s the opposite of sexual functioning

Sales people tel you to listen to your customers lol. You listen to the words they use and ask question about why they want what they want. Then you give them what they need, after making them realise that what they need is what they want and you do that by listening and using their own words to and in some cases against them.

If you think I’m going to spend more than 5 minutes finding sources you find acceptable then sorry to tell you but I do have better things to do. Again believe what you like, but it’s a common experience for men, 1 in 3 experience Some Sort of sexual dysfunction and there are lots of studies showing links between pornography and negative impacts on intimacy. And it was interesting talking to this man who was experiencing it himself, and also quite sad.

Not having time is a big one. If you work Two jobs and have 2 kids and have 5 hours of sleep if you are lucky meal prepping or cooking rice and chicken every night plus dishes is a lot more effort than a $5 pizza you can grab on the way home. Using words like slag, and used up to describe women is awful. It would be like if we sat around and called men limp dick wanna be man if he wasn’t good at sex It’s just mean rhetoric and does nothing to actually promote trust and love between the genders You’ve expressed you wish to be with a woman who is low n so that she can match you experience that’s fine- why not talk about it in the way you wish to find a woman with similar values and experience around sex as yourself. That’s all that’s n…

Ok a lot to unpack here The ex who told you that should never had said that like what was her goal there? I can’t imagine wanting to hurt your bf or partner like that. I’m sorry you had to hear that and it’s good that relationship ended because she didn’t respect you The partner who you projected insecurities on no it wasn’t reasonable. If she loved you you very well could have been her best. I have had casual sex. Only 1 partner I could tell was experienced in what he was doing and was good at …

B Will get more dates because he’s attractive and puts himself out there but I would be surprised if he has any meaningful relationships if the women find out he’s got 7 kids. So he might not get passed first dates OR he gets used as a lay and that’s it and then never seen sgain. Guy A probably doesn’t put himself out there often and does poorly on OLD but if he does manage to get a date through work or social circle he is much more likely to continue to have dates and to be able to have a conne…

I did it at one point and it was fine. Depends on your personalities tbh are you good at compartmentalising things? Won’t let it impact your working relationship? Won’t feel jealousy if they meet someone else? Won’t feel the need to talk to anyone at work about it? Me and my ex colleague did these things fine so it worked for us until he moved across the country and that was that. Ah yeah ok most first dates I ever had they could be categorised into 3 outcomes Bad date want to end it as quick as possible Good date enjoying persons company and being out with them but more as a friend than a romantic partner (ends in no kiss or at best a quick slightly awkward one) Good date with someone you are enjoying their company and you are romantically and sexually attracted to them (ends in a kiss that leaves you both wanting more)

30% of men experience life long PE so they finish in 1-3 minutes. 15-20 is normal and on the high end too. Anyone saying they are lasting more is either highly exaggerating or spending a lot of time on non penetration sexual activities

As a child of divorced parents if there was no court mandated amount my dad would not have paid at all. I’m glad my mom got the support. We always were tight despite her working full time and the child support which was also not nearly enough because my dad was able to hide income by doing cash work for awhile. I’m sure my families experience was not unique.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/22 10:27 AM

Everything is corrupt and designed to make money. There are still many hundreds of thousands of children who would be in worse positions if their fathers weren’t made to pay child support. I’m sorry you had a bad experience. Most ex husbands wouldn’t purchase a house for their wife to live in though (even with it being passed down to the children In the future) so you are an outlier

You won’t find someone who truly desires you through casual sex. As someone who has had casual sex in the past even the “hot” guy you have a ons with you still are not desiring them. You are desiring sex and even if their body or face is good looking you still find things about them you don’t like - because there is no emotion there you are overly analytical. If you want to have sex with someone who truly desires you you need a relationship. And you are much more likely to Find one if you are ha…

Yeah and I don’t think that they would be happy (because who would) if you paid for a partner you want a partnership to be equally committed and invested And that’s where the tough conversations they need to hold with themselves come into play and hopefully finding the strength to do the work until it happens - and for men who are severely bitter and / under-socialised that can take YEARS and most certainly money for therapy. But if it’s not done nothing will change and I can’t imagine living a …

I don’t believe in either pills but from my time here I think that’s what blue pill boils down to in the easiest way of explaining it. This wasn’t promoting either pills so idk why you focused on that aspect Point is you can’t really be an involuntary celibate person
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/22 11:18 PM

Yep you are malleable but most people have a sense of self or if values of the things that are instilled in them as children that remain in all versions of yourself. I.e. being true to yourself

2

I think when most people Advise someone to “be themselves” it implies to continue to better yourself, self reflect and develop but to remain true to yourself while you Do so. Which is why I said people to take Platitudes without understanding the nuance have bigger issues than just relationships- they probably have a low emotional Intelligence and navigating the world becomes more difficult if that’s the case Eg the rowdy version of you may have needed to learn when was the appropriate time to u…

Your analogy doesn’t make sense. Whoring yourself out doesn’t ensure that you will lift yourself out of poverty. You can sell yourself for a price or 100,000 and have no buyers: you remain in poverty. You can sell yourself for $50 a go and get 20 goes a week and blow that $1000 on drugs or alcohol or even medication and again remain in poverty. A celibate man involuntary or not having sexual with a prostitute removes the celibate status as soon as it happens, every time. So no your example Doesn…

Then you have sex and realise their penis smells like something you don’t want in any part of your body even directly out of a shower and with them Being extremely clean, or that their size and shape aren’t going to do it for you. Surely no one believes you can “be yourself and someone will come along” if all you do is avoid socialising or never put yourself out there to meet people and have fun. Anyone who believes a platitude at 100% face value without understanding the nuances of still needing to live life for them to happen is probably struggling in more areas than just relationships. I would advise you to go to women’s homeless shelters and learn that women in poverty is a real thing (as it is for men too). Many women don’t want to “whore themselves out” and that’s great. But what does this have to do with men claiming to be “involuntary celibate”?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/22 10:28 PM

Yeah I agree, but I don’t think these guys can’t change, they just gotta have some honest conversations with themselves and then do the hard and uncomfortable work. Spicy take. You can’t be involuntarily celibate. No one is forcing you to be a virgin. You could- work On your personality (blue pill?) and looks (redpoll) to become more likeable to women - obviously this still doesn’t mean it will 100% happen because humans have free will but majority of people who claim they have tried probably have done so At an unsuccessful level/ don’t realise how they actually come across during interactions Get a prostitute- not ideal obviously when your goal is companio…

It’s called therapy 🤨 a therapist helps men who for whatever reason couldn’t develop emotional intelligence because they ask you open questions that make you reflect on scenarios and consider both your own feelings - which many men tend to Ignore and not want to understand what they are feeling and why beyond surface level, and also how the other person could be feeling after whatever interaction with you you are discussing and then reminding you that despite all that the only thing you can do i…

Because not all women are likely to choose men like drug dealers or criminals? I would say a small percentage are and those ones would also likely be in that lifestyle as well. Makes a huge difference than if we are talking those women or average / above average women
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/22 12:10 AM

Would you really want the type of woman who accepts that? I was assuming we were talking about high value and respectable women.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/22 11:54 PM

It’s not the end all be all. But many women will at least try to find the “complete package” which does include looks even if it’s only really a nice to have and not a need ( as long as not repulsive because an average guy can become hot with love). But women will try to spend at least some time looking for everything
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/22 11:32 PM

But being pregnant does contribute a lot to why women are the way we are. We know how once we have a child we lose a lot of value on the dating market so we don’t want to really end up on the dating market again after having a baby. This makes us want to make sure we have the “best” man for us. We also know how time intensive raising a child is and that it will most likely impact our ability to work and provide - so we know it’s important our partner and father rod the child is willing and more …
