Can you delete his number, so you can't even message him if you wanted to? Watch Shallon Lester's youtube videos: https://www.youtube.com/user/shallonlester (She's FDS Approved). One of the things that she says, is 'the person that cares less wins' and that really resonated with me. Also read 'Why Men Love Bitches' that book is literally rules to live by. I know it feels like you can't get him out of your mind and the only thing that is going to make you feel better is talking to him, but most o…

Believe me when I say, I have been there. Just get through, hour by hour. It will pass. Distraction, distraction, distraction. You are levelling up every hour, minute that passes and growing stronger.

At the end of the day if someone wants to be in your life they will do anything they can to be in it. A HVW wouldnt spend 30 days wondering if a man is going to contact her. She would move on and forget about him.

Funnily enough that was always my initial instinct. He even said to me that he thinks he has BPD at points.

Yes okay thank you I will watch it! I find it strange that I didn't realise that I was being mistreated when most of it was happening. In fact, because I would get heavily complimented, pursued, bought gifts and made to feel very important some of the behaviour I would praise and say to him and everyone else how lucky i was?!

Haha yes but it's also marketed as a strategy all over the internet as a way of getting your ex back, to 'reset' the relationship and for them to experience the absence of you.

Thanks lovely. For the most part, one of the main things I am feeling is stupid? I have been reading through some of the personality traits of Narcissism and I am actually shocked at how many traits this guy portrayed. I was love-bombed, hard. He made very grand gestures early on which made me feel as though I had met my 'other-half'. He constantly spoke of how similar we were. He acted as though I was the most amazing woman he had ever met. But then, as soon as there was any minor disagreement,…

Thank you so much. I am fairly sure that he has a personality disorder or a mood disorder, BPD or Bipolar 2, and so I have given him the benefit of the doubt way more than I would normally. There have also been times when he has treated me amazingly and put alot of effort in. It's always been one extreme to the other. It is in my nature to empathise and even be curious about mental health, so i have at times even tried to help him after he has hurt me. My therapist told me that in his role its i…

You are right. He has had plenty of opportunity to show me he cares. He's cut me off on more than one occasion.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
