You’re being petty. You don’t live together and you’re not engaged. You’re DATING. He can do whatever he damn well pleases and he doesn’t have to tell you anything. Stop whining about it. If you don’t like it then find a way to deal with it without being a pest or find someone else.

You are too young to do any of this. You need to mature first.

Probably not what you want to hear, but the two red flags are the mommy’s boy and fat + video games. He’s a limp dick, as Dr. Laura Schlesinger would put it. As a previous poster said, how can you expect him to lead a family like that? And if you marry and have kids the MIL will surely try to run your life.

In my experience, unless you began the relationship with non monogamy, opening it up will ruin it. But if you start open, the relationship is more honest from the beginning and you may end up monogamous anyway with the love of your life. Source: my marriage was closed for 7 years, we opened and divorced after a year. My current SO and I have been together over three years, started open and now we’re planning marriage and kids, monogamously.

There's a youtuber that did a video about this very subject. Her channel is called "Red Pill Black" and she's a black girl, former lefty. Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvEYQqlNno8

I read this as “love is when your husband is a little bitch doing everything for you while you sit on the couch and get fat. Meanwhile, you don’t respect him and secretly wish you were fucking Chad Thundercock.” The feminist dream, everyone.

This makes me think of one of the biggest struggles of being “red pilled.” Is that once you see it.... you really can’t unsee it.

It’s not like a switch where you can be like “ok sweetie, you make the decisions and tell me what to do now!” Since he’s been rejected by you in the past, he’s not gonna trust this. You have to be patient and show in your actions that you trust him. Read “The Surrenderd Wife” by Laura Doyle. Do the things she says in that book and you will notice changes. Good luck.

As soon as she said "I control the budget" I'm thinking that's the first mistake. All these women just need to read the surrendered wife and they'd be happy.

I'm a white girl that likes "black girl movies." I recently watched the movie Soul Food, have you seen it? Kinda old, from 1997. I watched it for the first time after becoming "red pilled" and noticed a few RP values in it. Mainly the one where the youngest sister goes behind her new husband's back to pull strings and get him a job by her ex-bf, and he finds out and loses his shit. Then her sister tells her, "You gotta let your man be a man! A man has nothing without his dignity!" I don't know t…

I have yet to have babies, but if/when Mr. Man and I do, he will be there. I will need him more than anyone. Also, reading everyone else's comments here solidifies that for me more. Thanks for the post OP. :)

Not only does he sound insecure, but this behavior sounds dangerously abusive. I would be looking at the relationship VERY carefully and determine if this is what you really want for, presumably, the rest of your life. I hope it's not.

Ladies, you have to learn how to honestly LOVE giving blowjobs. Don't think of it as you're doing him an act of service, a favor, etc. No. You are doing it for YOURSELF. Can confirm. I love blowing my man because his reaction when I do it gets me wet, so if I'm not 100% ready to go at the start, I'll just start blowing him and I'll get turned on.

Not married, we've been together almost 3 years. He started bringing up some RP terms in conversation, then my brain wheels started turning and I started doing my own research and brought it up to him. That's when he said, "Have you heard of the red pill?" And thus began the discussions. That was about a year and a half ago.

My SO and I talk openly about TRP/RPW very often. I find it cathartic, for one, as well as a bonding experience for us. It's comforting to know we're on the same page and it helps solidify our shared values. Maybe not share too much when you're hanging out with his friends, but it could be a cool thing for the both of you to share. :)

My step-daughter is 14 and she has a "boyfriend" she barely talks to because she's so focused on herself and her sports and studies. I honestly think she has this boyfriend because she thinks she has to because society and social pressures. You don't need to date. Be a kid! Have fun with your friends and be silly with them. Most boys your age are dumb anyway and wouldn't know what to do with you!

Currently training 5x/wk for an obstacle course race in September. 2 days of heavy strength training and 3 days of endurance cardio. Before that, I trained for my first powerlifting competition. I'm about to become a personal trainer and plan to compete in another powerlifting comp next year. I love it!

I've found the same thing when I was knitting a lot. I think I even suggested to one lady in this sub to find a local knitting group to find like minded women! I would also add, women of Indian culture are pretty RP. I work with a couple of young Indian women (I'm in the US) who are married, they are devoted and, from what I've gathered, submissive to their husbands and are happy about it!

Fourth date was the first penetrative sex, third date we saw each other naked and had oral. That was 2.5 years ago and it's been average 3x/wk since then. We met online and we were both just looking for something fun. I ended up falling for him and he chose me for LTR.

This is great. My story is similar, my man told me to go to the gym and that he expected me to take care of myself. 2.5 years later, I'm in the best shape of my life and hot as fuck. Honesty is the best policy.

You will not get bulky unless you start juicing (steroids) and lift super super heavy. I'm a powerlifter and squat 160 and deadlift 200, I'm 5'5" and 148lbs. I'm slender and toned, I've been lifting for two years. Trust me, you will not get bulky. Depending on your budget, definitely look into getting a trainer. If you can't afford it, YouTube is a great place to learn basic moves like how to squat, do basic upper body and core movements. Tip: with every exercise you do, brace your belly. That's…

When Mr. Man and I first met, I was overweight. He told me he expected me to take care of myself, which meant going to the gym and eating healthy. I admit at first I did it for him, but 2.5 years later I'm 30lbs down and did a powerlifting competition, I see the benefit of not only doing it for me, but doing it for US. His response to my body and the way it looks and how it feels to him is the ultimate reward to all the work I've put in.

I'm in a one-way open relationship (which I know isn't popular on this sub at all, however we're still committed and I think I can offer advice when subjects like this come up). My partner and I have an understanding and he still loves me and is consistent in showing it. That doesn't sound like what you have. At all. He's all I need. I seriously have no desire to fuck other men. The sexual chemistry and connection we have is unlike anything I've ever experienced, and if I fucked someone else I would just be disappointed and wishing I were with my man instead.

I am in a one way open relationship. Mr. Man and I have been together 2.5 years and he's had two other girlfriends besides me in that time. His first girlfriend was also a friend of mine, at first the jealousy and insecurity ran rampant. There was one point where I contemplated breaking up with him. But he's the best, and I went to what Dan Savage says about the "price of admission" you're willing to pay to be with someone. I'm an assistant manager of a 50 person site, and I have 15 people on my team. My manager ticks all the boxes of TRP: stoic AF, direct, gets the point across, no drama or bs and doesn't let emotions get in the way of his job. We've worked together for years and after I discovered red pill, I was able to relate to him better and our working relationship improved. My job isn't my career, I have other plans. Do you knit or crochet? The local yarn shops around where I live have weekly knitting nights where ladies come in to work on projects and help each other out, and the age range varies. If you don't currently do any yarn work and want to learn, that would be a great place to start!

There are lots of alpha men who like to dabble in butt play every now and then. It's no big deal, and it certainly doesn't hinder his masculinity.

For me personally, I never wanted to sleep with my ex husband because I never respected him. Even though he had the body type I was attracted to, the lack of respect really made me not want to fuck him. This was before I found RPW. Now, with Mr. Man, I have a TON of respect for him and I have never turned him down for sex. We have a very healthy sex life. The only reason I wouldn't want to have sex with Mr. Man is if I were sick or in pain for lady reasons. Even then it's a stretch because we've…

The job I have now is pretty RPW. I'm an assistant manager over a large site, and my manager is a seemingly RP man. I look at it as a Captain/First Mate dynamic, but in the workplace, not a relationship. It works well for me because I get to make decisions and be independent over my team, but ultimately I know I can fall back on him and he can take care of any issues that I cannot.

Yup. I've done some of this over a year ago when I was weeding toxic people out of my life, and I've taken it a step further by uninstalling Facebook from my phone. Reading more news, stimulating my brain with info, instead of BS. Baby steps.

Hold up. Did NOBODY see he's threatened divorce or separation. So I've knocked it off. I've really struggled during times when he's chosen his hobby over special occasions/holidays or previously made plans. I panic that it means he's thinking about leaving < While, yes, you did act very passive aggressively and guilt trippy, it also sounds like he doesn't really give a shit about your feelings. If he skips holidays to do his hobby, that's fucked up, especially when you have kids (when I hear hol…

Yup. I was married to a dude with a kid and after being in her life 10 years, it was hard on her when we divorced. Luckily her mom and I are cool and have always been friends, so staying involved in her life is easy now. You may not find yourself in such a situation.

You say you like him. Not love. I agree with what was said about him not being a good captain if he's irresponsible with ONS. If it's his, I'd bail. You don't wanna get attached to a kid that you may not be able to stay in touch with after you and your guy split. If it's not his, you should reevaluate the relationship and make sure you want to be in this for the long haul, and determine if he's RP enough to stick it out with.

I used to be like you, and even tho I've been in an LTR with a RP man for the last year and a half, I still haven't fully swallowed the pill. My feminist brain will still kick in as our relationship progresses. I think we have to take it in doses, bits and pieces. It won't happen overnight. I would suggest taking what you've learned, applying it in daily life and see what happens. People watch, notice the changes. As for your friends, be subtle. Slowly ghost your way out of the feminism and they…

TRP is not for women, our brains aren't able to fully compute what goes on in there. It's a space for men for a reason, just like RPW is a space for women.

Men and women absolutely look at sex differently. Sex is way more emotional for women. It can also be emotional for a man, but it's in short bursts (during intercourse, which is more of a lust = love type of thing). Emotional connections definitely amount to something for a woman. I can't speak for men in general, but I can say that with my partner, his emotions come out more during intimacy than other times. So yes, depending on the situation, the emotional connection amounts to something.

I want to know what the "sex thing" is. You're young and inexperienced, it's possible that he's plating you. For some reason I'm not getting a good feeling about this, I would say keep your guard up and try not to fall for him. If you do that, you may end up with a good experience to tell us about (field report maybe).

I have plenty to do, Sunday is my chore day where I do laundry, cook my meals for the week and tidy up the house. The thing is I got so distraught that I didn't even want to do those things. I did them, after I got my cry out. But really I just wanted to sit around and feel sorry for myself. I know this is unattractive behavior and it will probably pass once we live together. I once hocked a loogie while out shopping with my man, he immediately said "you will never do that in public with me again." I thought it was hilarious, but I get what he means. It's not lady like at all, I used to think I was badass to do that shit in public, but now I see it is not attractive at all. As for blowing your nose, I would say to try and excuse yourself to a restroom if there's one around. Then let the holy snot fly!

I don't dye my hair anymore. It used to be short, a pixie cut, then my man asked me to grow it out. I fought it for months and then finally decided to grow it. It's almost to my chin now and I kind of hate to admit that I love it! The dying hair decision was mine just because I got lazy (I do it myself). He likes my hair, and I like it. :)

No, I think that if you focus on improving other areas of yourself (weight loss) the confidence boost would radiate throughout your entire being and that would be more obvious to any man. The hair would just be a natural add-on. Is it long hair? Long curly hair can make any man crazy as long as it's kept well and smells good. What is "curly girl method"? I have strength hair so I don't know.

You're committed to your man. Now commit to yourself. It will make you and him happier, and he will respect you more for it in the log run. I struggled with this with my partner at the beginning, but I just did the thing. That's all you have to do, just do the thing you know will make you healthy. And your feet hurt? Get more comfortable shoes and do your weight lifting on benches. You owe it to yourself and him. If this is what he's requested, it's in your best interest to do it. Commit to the …
