I used affirmations for abit but I read into some negative arguments towards it like; The more you try to convince yourself that your are something that your are not the more it solidifies the belief that you are inadequate in that area. Example- If you affirm everyday “I AM CONFIDENT” then that must mean that your aren’t confident to begin with. I think it was from a Julian LeBlanc video so it might be a clearer idea to get it from the source.

Nice concise reply there man appreciate ya. Correct me if wrong but this daily routine you speak of (telling yourself your the shit) do you mean basically stuff like Affirmations?

Great reply dude thanks. To clarify your answer: to solidify BELIEF is to BE what you idolise in that set belief. In this case: In order to BELIEVE that “YOU ARE THE PRIZE” you must build yourself to BE of desirable value - therefor in your belief system you must be the prize.

Great man thanks for the reply. I love the examples you’ve used and they demonstrate your point well. The predicament I’m finding myself in is that I am doing Redpill things to garner validation from women. It’s kinda of like using Redpill tools to reach blue pill goals. Example: - I’ll be talking to a HB10, and I’ll be acting with reserved emotions towards her. I’m not doing this because I’m genuinely not engaged with the girl on an emotional level or that I’m bored of her presence in fact it i…

Listen to yourself. Look at this post as if you where viewing from the outside. You know the answer for this question: you just want our validation so you “KNOW” you are doing the right thing. Review

That’s a great example of a Scarcity mindset

Read the Sex God Method. The basis of the book is that for good sex you must have 4 elements. Dominance, Emotion, Variety and Immersion. So if your only ever having dominant sex you lack variety which in turn creates a lack of immersion. Read the book it’ll help.

My attention span is short as your white fearing Asian friend’s penis and I was engaged front to back on this post. Jokes aside great post, with some real good views of the subconscious mind.

This type of writing I find piercingly effective at conveying the redpill to beginners like myself. Salute to you

It’s a valid point. I don’t believe there is some dark circle of evil orthodontists who take pleasure in fucking up your overbite. The whole deal with tongue posture is that a lot of people hold it naturally already. It’s less of an exercise and more a correction to long term problems like mouth breathing or improper swallowing learnt during childhood.

Mike Mew was kicked out of the orthodontic society for promoting “dangerous treatment without strong scientific background” (or something along those lines) But no wonder considering he’s offering a solution to some oral and postural issues that Big Ortho could charge thousands for. There’s a lot of conflicting opinions on this one

IMPORTANT: Practice Proper tongue posture and research orthotropics, especially if you are younger (bones haven’t fused yet). You tongue has such a drastic effect on your facial appearance and health it is unbelievable. There is a whole subreddit to this shit, and if you are interested further google Dr. Mike Mew. Highly recommend this it’s helped a lot with my jaw

I agree. The term is becoming more of a crutch to beginners who feel compelled to create this facade of a James Bond cold mysterious man than to actually cultivate and grow themselves.

What’s some good ways you’ve found to get out of your comfort zone personally?

Loud and clear man. One of the main reasons why I want to get the fuck out of this group is because all their interest lie in getting stoned/pished, they seem to have no individuality, no purpose. I don’t want anyone associating me with the archetypal stoner yeno, couldn’t agree more with you.

We have similar situations actually. I’ve got a few solid friend in the “pop group” still and they do have a very dominant alpha but equally I have good relations with him. I’m the top of my tree, he’s the top of his (albeit a bit higher). So your plan was kinda stick around, add some value to the group and over time they come to accept you? Or am I misinterpreting.

Amazin man, thanks for the input. The fact that integrating into a group superficially increased SMV for you and your guys is fascinating. What was your approach for slowly getting into the “pop group” as you say?

Noted, cheers. I go out on the weekends, with the group I mentioned. e.g. If it's not fun (fairly bland) and I'm only ever speaking to this one group on the weekends, should I stop going out with them? What's your thoughts on that?

What type of content do you find yourself posting? Currently what I’m seeing from my demographic on social media is Bro Pics. The only reason to get a photo taken is when your drinking in some park somewhere and your pished pal asks for a photo.

So what your implying is that It is good at portraying a High SMV lifestyle, but can over share and kill mystery. Do you think having vague but high SMV posts that showcase lifestyle, whilst also reserving as much info as possible could be the answer to successful implementation.

Interesting, how’ve you got it setup, how do you use it and how does it affect your game? (Instagram and Snapchat)
