Act on the belief. Start making your actions reflect your belief. You have to put what you learn from TRP into practice.

Couple of examples:
- Someone who used to pick on you starts giving you shit again. You know you’re the shit, so why care? Would a king take time out of their day to address shittalk coming from someone that doesn’t matter? No, they have bigger and more important matters to tend to. If anything, they would address it one single time, succinctly, and move on. Demonstrate through action what their peasantry means to you.
- A girl flakes on you. Instead of looking at it as “damn, another missed date,” look at it as “looks like she’s gonna be missing out,” or “more time to read/work on my business/game other women.”

Make it a reality.

Start working on yourself. Really go all out. Don’t just hit the gym, destroy it in the gym.

Work on developing healthy, productive habits. Make the space you live beautiful. Make yourself as beautiful as you can manage (hairstyle/clothes, physique, etc.)

Find what’s meaningful to you in life, and pursue it to no end (your “mission” in redpill terms).

Read. Learn. Meditate. Become a person you can rely on. When you set out to do something, do it.

There is sometimes talk about the “fake it ‘til you make it” approach. This can work to an extent, but it has a propensity to fall apart if it’s not backed by reality.

When you can reflect on your life and truthfully think, “Damn, I really have my shit together. I’m building a fantastic life for myself with my own two hands. Any girl would be lucky to know me.” Then you’ve truly become the prize - not only to women, but to yourself.

On average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic — 66 days to be exact. And how long it takes a new habit to form can vary widely depending on the behavior, the person, and the circumstances.

Upon waking up, meditate and tell yourself that you are indeed the shit. And this, over time, will become your default state of being. It isn't easy to get into at first but over time you will start to internalize it.

Great man thanks for the reply. I love the examples you’ve used and they demonstrate your point well. The predicament I’m finding myself in is that I am doing Redpill things to garner validation from women.

It’s kinda of like using Redpill tools to reach blue pill goals.

Example: - I’ll be talking to a HB10, and I’ll be acting with reserved emotions towards her. I’m not doing this because I’m genuinely not engaged with the girl on an emotional level or that I’m bored of her presence in fact it is the opposite: I merely want her validation that I’m desirable by her. I want her to try and impress me which in my head means (SHIT if she is trying to impress me, that means I’m desirable! (Cue validation gremlin dopamine spike)

It’s like I’m acting to gain her validation and I feel that that is in genuine towards myself. How would you flip the subconscious into genuinely believing that you are desirable instead of relying on external validation to assure you of your desirability.

You could fake it at the start , but you need to actually BECOME the prize. Build a badass physique, achieve your goals, make high value friends, get that job you’ve always wanted. This will cram your mind with “I am the prize” more than anything.
