With only two months of lifting you probably haven’t put on that much muscle mass, even if we were to assume you’ve had a perfect diet and sleep. If you’re 5’10 and 182 with not much muscle mass you’re probably a lot higher than 16-18%. I’m also about 5’10 and weigh 175 but have a pretty decent amount of muscle and would still say I’m around 18%. When I started lifting I weighed around 190 and was probably about 27% body fat.

A lot of people like to shit on fraternities but it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I went from being a high school virgin to consistently fucking hb7s and up by my junior year thanks to making friends who got me into lifting and the social skills I developed being in a frat.
