Getting my brain back into shape more than anything tbh. The last 6 months I’ve accepted I don’t NEED a girl and well, tbh the peace has been amazing. No action in 6 years because of the pandemic I lost my career, social skills, cognitive abilities, physical health, and mental health. I have regained about 70% of it all back. But my peace and solitude has been amazing the last 6 months — although lately I think of trying again.

There are some women who play so hard to get that nobody ever gets them and they end up alone. And I believe some play so hard to get that they limit their options to guys who aren’t a decent match for them — he was just persistent enough. For the rest, they’re probably not playing hard to get. Perhaps lots of us guys still suck at game or she’s really not interested, lol

Women do the same when a guy is in the friendzone. The emotionally attached party always has the option to walk away

Did we read the same comment? I thought he was specifically talking about preselection not about creating a spark

This seems to be a common pattern with some guys. Interestingly enough, some guys who grew up overweight (I'm one of them) had to become try-hards when it came to socializing, learning to be funny, etc. Essentially worked on their personality a lot because otherwise you're literally invisible. So when these specific types of overweight guys finally lose weight.. bro, the relief one just gets from a physical level of carrying less weight is insane. This naturally makes us feel more confident in o…

When I was fat -- I felt like no woman wanted to touch me, physically. When I got fit -- women suddenly started touching my arms, hands, bicep, shoulder, and chest. Thus the play fighting never happened. Fat isn't average, so your point stands solidly, lol.

I used to always say I wanted a 7 because I thought that was a good balance. Until I realized that mathematically speaking, a 5 is actually the average. So I will probably just say 5 from now on, but tbh I was probably ranking incorrectly in the first place. So when I see what I thought was a 7, was probably a 5 or 6 all along lol. My point being, even having a conversation with an 8+ has usually been so damn boring.. like pulling teeth when it comes to conversation. Lately I've been looking at …

Seriously. I leaned a little too hard on hobbies rather than getting fit because there were comments on posts that often warn the OP that they should be careful about not letting the gym become their personality. They made it seem like it was a slippery slope that it could happen, turns out that doesn't apply to people with decent social skills and interests. I just didn't realize how so many guys here suck with not just women, but basic social skills. I have more than enough personality that if…

Bro... I freaking knew it that men really did lose the art of reading body language! I knew I always had trouble with reading body language, and unfortunately I had female friends that would not help me with that. I'd tell them about a girl that I was into and would ask what it meant if she did this or that with her face or tone or whatever -- they would always say, "I don't know. That just sounds friendly to me." Every. Single. Time. Bro.. the years I wasted believing them when it turns out I w…

So like, mostly work on your game. But in your opinion, don’t you think you need a basic foundation first? Like, don’t be fat, dress decently, have a job, and basic hygiene? Curious to see what you say tbh.

Build evidence first, confidence comes from that Your NBA example doesn’t make sense because that’s the elite — you don’t have to be elite in anything, just average or above average so lean into your strengths or interests Loving yourself is how you treat yourself — eat well, exercise, do good work at your job, take yourself out, etc. If you’re owning it that’s actually positive — if the self talk has a negative intention then that’s negative. It’s all about intention So it sounds like you have …

Hmm.. I will admit your niche is one of the better ones to pull the hotties because they know they're hot and photos help them broadcast their hotness. Some of the other ones can def help! I make art and such so I feel like that's helped me message other artistic women. But these are not always the hot ones and most of the time it doesn't really help, lol. Not all men are like this. If women were lining up to me and willing to sleep with me without me putting in any or very little effort -- I would do sleep with them. But that's not reality for most men. Just keep in mind, some men and women love to sleep around as a hobby. Others do it thinking it'll make them feel better, but turns out they have some sort of trauma they're trying to overcome which only professional help can help solve and especially if they want to help themselves first. But don…

Wait.. could this explain why lately I have like zero interest in women? Recently I improved myself a lot and now I don’t get like, “excited” about seeing women. I’m just doing my own shit. Is this how I’m supposed to feel towards women? Like I don’t think I’d get nervous approaching one, I’d just seem pretty unenthusiastic about her in anyway. Is this what a healthy mindset is supposed to feel like?

Holy shit.. this is genius and so simple. Because you set yourself up with positive intentions from the beginning. And you’re also providing value to someone else. Interesting 🤔

4 and 6 are major truths for mindset. When I was a virgin in my early 20s I “gave up” on women — I had to tell myself this so I could focus on my life. Because it’s true man — sex is not such a big deal. Most men (and women) make such a big deal about this. It’s a societal thing. There is so much more shit to do in life!

Hell yeah man, I appreciate the support. In college I noticed female friends going for older guys and instead of complaining to the them I just noticed how normal it usually was when I’d meet the guy. Lmao yes bro exactly! Hooking up is just physical so I don’t know why others complain about that. And if there’s a solid connection then I’m not gonna want to fuck that up. People just like to spew negativity, man. For sure. I looked into that and it’s a relief to know it’s best to just treat them like any other woman of any age, essentially. I don’t want to be like some sort of “teacher” — I’d rather just us vibing together like any other couples or flings do

Exactly. Funny how a woman can go live in her own, get a college degree, and work a professional job during the summer or right after college and yet some older people think she’s incapable of handling her own dating life. If anything we’re treating them like the adults they are — just normal, lol.

I’ve been working on myself a lot. Mostly getting back in shape and most importantly re-learning my social skills. And also my mental health. The pandemic took a major hit on me. So recently my confidence has improved significantly. I also had a 36 year old interested in me buuut, she was in a bad place mentally/emotionally so I didn’t want to get involved. And worst of all, this 28 year old coworker kept leading me on to the point it slowed down my mental health progress. As well as my two 30 y…

Why are you focusing on the youngest of college girls? Oh, that's right. You're using a shaming tactic. You leave out that it's common for college girls to be in their mid 20s as well. Is giving a man the benefit of the doubt too hard? Also, sounds like you didn't fully read my post and if you did then you didn't get the message -- I live in a college town. Whether you like it or not, I will bump into a lot of college girls because of that.

The only thing I have going for me is emotional maturity. I've had that since I was younger, but back then women didn't see any of those "pros". Maybe now they'll at least see that simply because I'm older.

I graduated college at 26 with an undergraduate in engineering. Lived in a medium sized city for 2 years then the pandemic hit and had to start over in life, essentially. I live in an apartment with a 2014 small car and essentially in a junior level position with guys in their mid 20s.

Lol that’s fair enough. I would at least stay above the 21 year olds. Gotta at least be able to take her out for drinks. I’m not even worrying about gauging her if she’s early or mid 20s because I’ve mistaken some for older and others for younger. And yeah def there are major exceptions. We’d have to really click. I also work at said college and I’ve talked to some of them at a platonic level. Some are cool some are not. Just like people in general. Where do you usually meet women in your colleg…

If I’m being honest — I’m like 10 years “behind” in life. I’ve had late starts and setbacks. Life phases are different for everyone. Like I said, the odds are higher I’ll bump into more college aged women than not. I don’t know about you but I’m a decent conversationalist with almost anyone — so I’d say I can have fun with college girls, make friends with them, and even date them.

For sure. Yeah I guess I really don’t have an issue with becoming a gym-only minded person — nothing wrong with that, but I guess I’m not one to have to worry about making the gym be my only personality. I’ve got more than enough muscle just losing the fat has been the hardest part until I got my diet in check. Feels like I’m FINALLY seeing my “covid muscles” lol.

I mean you’re not wrong. I was working on getting my diet straightened out — which took tons of trial and error. But you’re right! I can do both. Just had to rebalance things out. Def pull back on the hobby or other time wasting shit tbh

Feel that. I'm working on initial attraction -- starting with my physical appearance. I think I've worked so damn much on my personality, humor, etc. that I feel all I really need is to just get in good shape. I'm confident in my middle -- because that's mostly just normal social interactions which I've done plenty of. But the close, I just haven't had enough openings to get that far often enough. But we got this man.

100%. It’s been taking me a long ass time to find a sustainable diet to once and for all keep my body fat percentage down (this is my 3rd weight loss journey). I don’t even try when I’m fat because I’m typically too insecure. Also, I just had way too many personal issues I had to deal with due to the pandemic. But I never stopped! Girls really started to touch and grab my arms -- without any hesitation. Tons of proximity. Which was a shock to me because before girls would get repulsed by my fat. They often invited me to their bedrooms... you have no idea how many times I fucked those up. I was just so like, naive. Men have to be so concerned with escalation -- women will skip so many steps (light touches, kissing, etc.) and just straight up invite you to their bedroom. It's wild Overall, at least for me, I'd say they real…

To be fair, this is my 3rd fat-loss journey -- but I wanted it to be my final one so I did a bunch of experimentation to learn how to cook, meal prep, nutrition, etc. I finally feel like I found a sustainable diet. So far it's finally going well! :) My social skills are good. No worries there. I hear this quite often from guys who’ve slept around. After a while it just seems meaningless, or perhaps it was always meaningless to begin with. Or they say it’s a waste of time. Some have regretted it because they probably put too much time and effort into it. I’m the type of guy who likes doing other shit and not so much putting in lots of time to getting women. Just go for it man, for real. If you thought she was younger then that means she really takes care of herself. Women live longer than men, so she’s like already 4 years younger from that statistic alone. Plus she works out, so let’s say she’s another 4 years younger. In a way, she’s 8 years younger compared to you. But she’s more than likely cooler to talk to because she’s more mature. Just go with the flow, bro

I don’t “feel fat” because I’m less fat than before, but god damn do just a few pounds make a difference. Not so much in personality, but more in like confidence. That’s a long way to say “I’m making my girl hornier”. But in all seriousness, women love a man who improves himself. Cool to hear about it during a relationship. My last gf suddenly started working out and getting fitter. Her butt got bigger too, when I suddenly got a trainer at the gym and also started taking my career more seriously.

That’s true. However sometimes the toxicity can creep in slowly in either side over time since feelings and circumstances are not so cut and dry. Recently I opened up to a long time female friend. I thought I picked up some signs and it was apparently not the case. After that we haven’t talked an in just a week I felt an immediate sense of relief and freedom. Friends give each other attention though. Attention doesn’t always have to be at a sexual or romantic level on your end, but a man giving a female friend that attention — whether she knows it or not — is almost always beneficial to a woman. Even platonic attention is super beneficial to women. However, I believe we can agree that the friend relationship and the “friendzone” are two different things entirely. That’s interesting. I heard somewhere that even friends of the opposite sex also happen to be of the same level of physical attractiveness, but to be fair I think it’s just facial attractiveness. Not so much body, meaning one can be fit and the other not. Although I know women are also very interested in how a guy makes her feel with his personality and stuff. Just curious, are you saying that you don’t find any of your male friends attractive in any way?

Honestly that first bar (attraction) is probably the hardest to overcome. The second bar (maintain) is apparently something many guys struggle with. Imo, relationships are all very similar. Whether it be family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, etc. You must also be as engaging and respectful of women. The only difference is just keeping things sexual and interesting with these types of relationships. So if anything maybe just focus on being friends with women if you can’t keep them. They probably…

Lmfao.. this all makes sense. Their ego gets shot down by being ignored by good looking men -- gay men often looks max at a young age compared to straight men. So you as the straight guy, suddenly become the "low standard girl" that a straight guy would resort to in a normal bar. This is kinda genious, lmao. I'd say the decent looking face, not being fat but good fashion, as well as photography are the 3 main things to get anyone started with some confidence, proximity to women, and on a road to success. After that, it's just putting in the hours and the practice and the rest like going to the bars, escalating sex, and online game will eventually unravel themselves.

Maybe her being asexual is a blessing in disguise then. Because I'm sure so many guys would want to get with her, but no matter how hot a woman is, I highly doubt most men would be able to stay with an asexual woman. Unless the man is asexual himself. The irony, lol.

I think he's especially helpful for guys who might be on the spectrum. Personally, I think he's a little too technical with his explanations. But some guys need that. Yeah man, I've seen videos of him approaching in the wild. They're a little cringe. But that should be inspiring! If he's still managed to pull some women with the nervousness that he had, then that means the bar isn't all that high and possible for most average guys. He's as average as you can get.

I don't mean the guys, I meant for her. But you're right, it's up to her regardless. I just believe genuine human connections are key to a fulfilling life. It's crazy.. she's still being "used" just for her looks, in a sense. Yeah, I feel that. I'm no hot stud either. If anything, I genuinely enjoy my peace and working on my career. Sometimes being average is more of a "lottery" than being on either end of any spectrum, imo.
/r/seduction08/05/24 08:04 PM

Lol, Amanda. I guess I meant to say saint then, since she hates sex. But I don't think that life sounds all that great. Doesn't sound very fulfilling.
/r/seduction08/05/24 05:23 PM

Accepting it also means accepting that guys do the same. And if anything, we do it more often than women do. We'll hype up a girl's ass or tits. But we do it with women who are not even the hottest of the hot -- just hot women in general. Like a woman who is a 7. Technically most people are a 5, so 8+ are pretty rare.
/r/seduction08/05/24 05:10 PM

What's crazy is how intertwined all other aspects of a person actually get lifted up -- confidence, physical health, mental health, better sleep, better focus, better mood, etc. Most of looks maxing benefits come from eating healthy and exercising. I just hate when people deny this kind of stuff. Living healthier just takes less of a toll on your body, enabling you to be a more capable human being. Personality/character maxing -- that's another equally as important story.
/r/seduction08/05/24 01:35 PM

Of course, it's human nature. It hurts less when you accept it's just Mother Nature's cruel work lol

Idk, most men who take care of themselves age gracefully. Hair loss? Shave and get fit, jacked if possible. Wrinkles? Men's testosterone makes our skin less brittle than women's so it's not as bad. Of course you also have to be genetically gifted in the face.
/r/seduction08/05/24 01:26 PM

Hmm, that's true. I guess I could also add having a curious mind helps a lot too. But I get it, sometimes you can only do it for so long.
/r/seduction08/05/24 01:20 PM
14

That's wild you say that. I think conversation is a skill that if it's good enough, you can have a conversation with anyone regardless of age. Just the typical listening and be curious about what they have to say. That's about it. The other side is being a good story teller, this is for when you have to talk about yourself.
/r/seduction07/05/24 11:04 PM

What things do you think exude masculinity? Other than being wealthy. Because I agree, masculinity has definitely declined by a lot.

This should go for anyone regardless of age, tbh. But I really like that last bit of advice about communication. I must say, you're pretty damn level headed.
/r/seduction07/05/24 10:48 PM

For sure. I only get my pants tailored. I feel like I can get away with not tailoring my shirts, but of course it's not the same as you mentioned. It is a little pricey to do right now since I just did a career switch, but hopefully by next year I can get it all tailored. I just don't want to start tailoring when I'm about to drop a size soon anyway.

Have you put yourself in good physical shape? Dress and groom well? Talk to younger women? Lowered your standards a bit? I, for example, can not get with a fat girl.. a chubby girl, yes. A thin girl who's kinda okay in the face, also yes. Overall, we do need more context in the amount of self improvement you have put in.

You're getting too technical, she has the emotional intelligence to understand that the casual part is already implied, especially since she already stated it to you! It's automatically implied. I agree with the other guy, less words better. Perhaps say, "let's hang this weekend". you're not asking, you're stating. shows a bit of confidence and assertiveness

I feel that bro. The two times I lost weight, women would get way closer to me and touch/grab my arms. I wasn't even jacked, just had some muscle. But I still didn't have game so I wouldn't pull. This time I'm learning nutrition and how to cook so I don't regain the weight again. How I see it too, is that it's nature man. Men and women are trying to find the healthiest human to make some babies with. And looking good is strongly linked to good health. Not only that, but when you have less body f…

That's what I keep hearing. What makes things easier when you're slimmer? I always assumed is that women are more lenient towards slimmer and decently attractive guys.

Eat high protein, low calorie meals. Stealthhealth is a good account on instagram. Lift weights, walk a lot or HIIT if you don't have too much time during the day. And just wait for it all to happen. Make sure you look into how many grams of protein you need, how much of a calorie deficit you need. Check out Mario Tomic and Athlean X on YouTube.

I'm assuming you're not as overweight as you might think. I'm technically considered obese. However, I think it's body fat % that really matters. I've been at 25% body fat before (with muscle) and that's when it when my luck begins. It gets only better as I drop in weight. Just getting stoked talking about it!
/r/seduction01/05/24 02:30 AM

I appreciate you being upfront about your strengths in an honest way. I agree -- I have been at a lower weight before, and I just feel so much better about myself. I will say I'm blessed I have an okay face, decent personality, and the ability to grow decent muscle. I just can't wait to burn off the extra fat.

I actually just got some XL button ups today, but made sure to order them as slim. They fit just right. Good idea on the t-shirts -- I'll see if I can find some slim XL tees online now.

Damn, can I ask how you have your pictures laid out on dating apps? I know it has more to do with having decent ones. Everything else, I'm not so worried about. I can carry a conversation and whatnot. I expect to fail many times until I can consistently get to sleep with women but I'm sure me finally getting dates will be a feat of its own.
/r/seduction01/05/24 02:17 AM

I'm really starting to think that for most of us, weight and confidence are heavily intertwined. When I was at average weight before, getting rejected didn't really phase me as much because so many other women would always make eye contact with me. So I felt like I always had options.

Holy shit dude, that's almost a 100lb loss. Congrats! I'm down like 50 pounds from my heaviest, but like 20 pounds down this year and I'm finally starting to feel more confident about myself. Looking forward to finally dropping down from an XL shirt to an L shirt, hopefully by the beginning of June. Lately I've finally started to get some girls look my way. Nice man. My goal is to get to 200 right now at 5'7". I'm 32M by the way. Reason I want to get down to 200 is because I want to drop down a t-shirt size to show all of the progress I've made at the gym. Right now my shirt is too big for me but the next size down is a little too snug on me.

Yes, emotional regulation is such a hard one due to the whole covid shit. I noticed so many of us are awkward as hell but we're improving. Yeah.. eye contact, that's solid advice. I need to keep that in mind more. Holding eye contact. I've gotten better but I'll keep practicing. For sure! Looks are definitely not the end all, be all. I really think it's more for myself than for women, tbh. Any who, appreciate the advice!
/r/seduction29/04/24 10:14 PM

Agreed! I do think a guy can only get away with so much extra weight. At some point it does become detrimental. The taller you are, it seems the more you can get away with. Idk, I get it's all about confidence and whatnot. But for so many others, losing weight really is a deciding factor for attracting. I think weight loss and confidence are strongly intertwined. For those who are overweight and confident, I believe they'd they're outliers for a variety of other reasons.

Damn, I'm actually glad you brought up that initial part. The 1st minute or so. I'm honestly doing my weight loss journey specifically for that purpose. To get in the door. I'm decently social enough to handle the rest. But also, I feel like women tend to be more lenient with guys who are of average weight. I've been at lower weight as well. For me the difference was a lot more than just the first minute though. Women would be more touchy with me. Grab my arms/hands more. Hug me a bit more sensu…

It's the woman's role to ask for exclusivity. You just keep having sex until she brings it up, then you decide.

Ask him as soon as possible. It's funny how as soon as the sex is had, the power gets shifted to the man's side. Suddenly she's the one who's nervous, overthinking things, emotions deregulated, etc. I personally don't like this way of modern dating, but it is what it is. Sex first, then relationship -- if the guy wants to. Modern dating has bred the archetype of the f*ck boy, and I'm trying to learn how to get in on the action before women come to their senses (although it's been like 20 years a…

For sure! I agree 100%. But you have to admit some hobbies are not only easier to understand their mastery like playing the guitar, painting a painting, etc., but they are also easier to show to a large group of people like music artists at live events, actors at a play, or skaters doing tricks. Meanwhile other hobbies don't get as much public attention or even understanding like coding an app, drawing a comic, or even cooking a meal. I lost my virginity at age 27, however I was also working my ass off to get an engineering degree which I eventually did -- took me 8 years due to changing schools and majors. I had decent social skills, my main issue was self esteem AND not knowing how to escalate physically with a woman. I always had female friends though. I got a job at a city with more women available, I lost the weight, bought some clothes, tailored them (I'm 5'7"), and started attracting more women. When I found the girl I…

Lmao, this is by far the most random hobby on this post. Funny that others on here are saying that I shouldn't get into a hobby just to get laid, blah blah blah, but this actually lines up perfectly with my hobby of webcomics. Maybe I should keep up more with it and enter comic cons at my own booth and cosplay as my own character. Plus, I do love me some cute, nerdy ass girls. Of course, I gotta lose the last of this damn fat. Getting closer every month though!

Holy shit, talk about leveling up your fucking character lmao. That's badass. Definitely looking into this one. Thanks!

That's a cool indirect hobby. I have heard this piece of advice a few times. I can't even imagine the amount of confidence it builds, but tbh I know it can cost quite a bit per month. Hopefully when I get my next job with a nice salary bump it'll happen, but for now just doing gym and HIIT

Yes, for sure. I've had 2 weight loss journeys and every time it helped with women, but I never learned nutrition properly hence why I regained the weight a few months after. This time I'm actually taking the time to learn it. Should have done it from the beginning since I do really like to cook. Lmao, I need to elaborate more when I post this type of question. I was just curious. Also, I believe that one person can have many hobbies. Some of those hobbies can also happen to surround yourself with women. Is it not possible to be interested in a hobby that also happens to have lots of women? There are particular hobbies that are more likely to surround you around more women. Music, dancing, fitness classes, etc. Meanwhile others will not bring as much exposure to women such as drawing comics, gaming, coding, etc. I think that's where our misunderstanding of each other lies. I believe the above to be true while you do not believe it to be true. And that's cool, we each can have our own opinions.

This one dude. I had a friend who was the best DJ in our little rural town. One time he told me to watch over his stuff while he went to go take a piss. I recall immediately, one girl looking hard at me from the crowd. Star gazed, almost. I was like, holy shit.. Unfortunately I never got into DJing. Even more unfortunate, my friend was very autistic and wasn't able to really pull the amount of women any average guy could have probably pulled. At least he did get one relationship out of it though

Okay, I see you're trying to trap me into some sort of way. Cool is subjective. If you ready what I said in the post, Kevin Samuels used this term in a way that is saying, "hobbies that will help attract women". But to answer you question: - Acoustic guitar puts you on stage, giving you a form of social status. Women love men with status - Cooking is cool because it entices a primal instinct within us of not just resources, but valuable resources. Women love valuable resources. The value from co…

Of course, but it's also absolutely possible to both have a hobby you love and can also help attract women. Damn, reviewing is pretty damn unique. But cool to know that's a hobby to begin with!

If you think about it, being fat is not normal. You lose your overall appearance of a healthy abled human male. IMO, you start to look less human because well your actual body is covered up by sacks of fat all around. Aside from physical appearance there’s also hormonal changes, your breathing improves, sleep improves, etc. overall health improves which kinda circles back to a woman instinctively trying to select a healthy mate to produce offspring with

I’ve been overweight a couple of times. Anytime I reach around 25% body fat is when I start getting some attraction, by no coincidence that’s considered “acceptable” for men. Anything above that is considered obese. Of course the lower you go the easier it gets.

Interesting. Maybe that’s not a bad spot. I almost forgot when I lived there, people often go to visit Austin from surrounding areas. So far I think Austin is winning

Interesting that you mention Fort Worth, why there? I’ve honestly thought about it, just mention Dallas because it’s more well known idk. But I like that it’s much smaller than Dallas but still next to it

Why do you say that?

Austin does seem to be growing more and more. Even from when I lived there, it has grown. I remember seeing so many more childless and single women.. lol, I miss the city

Yeah I mean I’m dropping weight consistently every week. I’m just weary of losing the weight too fast because I don’t want loose/flabby skin

I mean if it works for OP, lol. It seems like a very efficient transition into hooking up without making the girl feel weird. I’m now realizing playing Mario Kart is the new Netflix and chill, lmao. Funny how technology suddenly helps. I bet right now if one had the Vision Pro, that would be cool too. Essentially any mainstream tech that hasn’t been too muddied up with hooking up.

So I guess like, height, weight, and if you happen to know, body fat percentage

How fit are you? Just curious

I’m also doing intermittent fasting, except my eating window is from 10am-8pm. I’m slowly easing into it and improving my diet. I’ve regained weight twice due to life stressors and now I can’t let that happen again. Right now I’m actually losing weight at a great pace once I started also incorporating HIIT.

You’re probably over flirting. You’re giving her real life “likes” and “story replies”. Just feeding their ego. I noticed I was over flirting for a bit, they can appreciate it but often comes off as fake if overdone. Just my opinion!

Lmao damn bro, that’s impressive af. More in the food restriction area than anything. I’m sure your face has a very well defined structure, I don’t aim to ever get there but maybe one day I’d like to be at 12%. Goal is 15%.

I’m 32

That's not a bad idea. It's probably the only sport I kinda liked. In the meantime I've been running trails outdoors, and that's been dope. I also do some decent stair master sessions. I did injure my shoulder so I've been having to work around it with my gym exercises while I do some prescribed physical therapy.

I’ll just try to remember the Pareto principal on this, 80/20
/r/seduction16/03/24 07:05 PM

Damn, the lowest I’ve been is like 18-20% and I already started having some success. I wouldn’t even know how to act if I got under 15%.. I feel like I would be a completely different person lol
/r/seduction16/03/24 07:03 PM

For sure! That’s the goal, but personally if I could just get to 15% I would be hella pumped. I’ve worked on personality long enough as it is, lol. So I’m not too worried about that part
/r/seduction16/03/24 05:08 PM

Because although women say personality matters more, which is true, but they sure as hell make it easier for attractive guys
/r/seduction16/03/24 05:03 PM

THIS is the point when personality matters the most. Before I found this sub, I used to get so tired of women always saying that looks don’t matter and it’s all about personality. However, when they would give this advice, they were giving it from this point in the timeline of a relationship, because to them, this is the most important point. But of course, most men have trouble just getting in the door. Hence why this sub is extremely valuable to the majority of men. On the other hand, personal…

Do 2-3 out of the following: be confident, masculine, funny, unpredictable, charming, sexual, charismatic, or socially intelligent Then after you display that, make your next move whether it be getting her number, going for a kiss, asking her out, having sex, etc. Repeat any 2-3 of those traits before every next move you make

Second comment because I felt I was unintentionally rude on the first one. Check out Nick Notas’s blog. He has a YouTube but I found his blog to be better with specific and detailed examples on escalation and other things. His blog helped me get laid for the first time at age 27 and even attract girls I didn’t think I could. I also recommend Dan Bacon on YouTube. If you have the cash buy his ebook and audiobook, The Flow. It’s like a simple step by step guide on how to get more women. But by lis…

Lol well I guess the guy I initially replied to has no game then Edit: Sorry, you’re the guy I initially replied to. Got confused, on mobile and didn’t see the full chain of messages

Like, physical touch for example. Escalating sexually through touch. Breaking that physical barrier is big. Your appearance can help a lot too. Making sexual innuendos at appropriate times. Flirting. Teasing. Being playfully arrogant. Other ways can be making her feel sexually aroused, which all tend to be emotion based. So like being confident, charismatic, funny, intelligent (not arrogant), or socially competent. You don’t have to have all of those just 2-3. Tbh what really helped me the most …

Don’t let other people cockblock you. Whether it be friends or family. Happened way too many times for me. And also, sexual escalation is key.

Maybe sexual expression?

Confidence really is key man. Here’s my anecdotal story. I was 25 and on my last year in college (stayed longer than expected). I had a depressive episode and started taking Zoloft. It’s also an anti-anxiety medication as well. That summer I had an internship in a cool city, so my only concern was to have a good time regardless if I made friends or not. I was fat, but had some muscle, and 5’7”. I cared so little about anyone’s opinions that I attracted some pretty cute girls — though at that tim…

One thing I don’t know how to overcome are women who wear over the head headphones. The only thing I can think of is to signal, at the appropriate time, for her to take off her headphones. Personally, best opener is to either workout next to her and wait for her inbetween sets. Though you gotta kinda like gauge this. Cable machine or dumbbells areas are best. Maybe machines too. Another one I just learned about is asking her when she’s gonna be done with the workout. Then throw a quick question …

Tbh I feel ANY fitness class is mostly women. I started doing this one called F45 for 2-3 weeks. So far I’ve been the only single man attending those lol. Many pretty girls, and I just talk to them. Fitness classes of any kind are full of women Edit: After reading other comments, I’m just doing this class to lose weight — that’s my main goal and also to improve my cardio endurance for better sex. I don’t really see these women as potential candidates for dating, but the practice of socializing w…

Agreed man. Those other subreddits are a pool of cognitive dissonance. They tend to shame a man who wants to have fun but they’ll defend a woman’s right for her to have fun.. so how can women have fun with men if men can’t have fun? Lol. Make it make sense 😂

Might wanna add a therapist as well. They're more of the listening type

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
