Stuff like anti-depressants can wreak havoc on your drive too. If you're on anti-depressant/anxiety meds you might want to look into if they're having an effect on you negatively.

I'd say that that line is a good one

I'm hoping someone responds to this because I'm curious to hear others' thoughts, but hey what you said... use some sort of 'do you want me to get a condom' line I think this could be fine. I mean if she says no then nothing lost but if you can feign like it just slipped your mind.. Idk. I don't think it's really an asshole move unless you continue to pressure her belief if she calls you out EDIT: Quote fail.

Calling this one off.. She doesn't want to do anything below the belt until she's married. I respect her views, but they're not shared by me, so I'm just going to move on.

She says she has a boyfriend "It's a little presumptuous to be asking about a three-way already, don't you think?"

Best advice that I've seen on here for someone in your position is to focus on yourself first. Don't chase the women, but focus on your career, your health, etc.. They'll wind up coming to you with the confidence it builds. Plus, once your inner game improves with confidence, the entire situation should get better.. Tiny guy? Show em you've still got big balls ;)

^ This. Authenticity by definition should be you being you. No guides, just have fun. Take the confidence and the lack of AA that the PUA community may have helped you build and then just be yourself. Things like conversation threading can be used while being authentic too, btw! You can certainly blend the two.

I read on a different thread to just get in the habit of giving absurd answers when she starts asking questions.. It won't be lying really if they're so absurd that the girl -knows- you're kidding. If you can do it with a straight face that might make it funny in a different way too. I'm not an expert at the strategy, but it might be worth trying!

I'm going to agree with previous commenters that the verbal statement isn't the way to go. I'm fairly new too and still learning, but just going for the kiss and being alpha is the way to make the move in my opinion. Straight up telling her could make it into a bigger deal and she might get flakey. On a side note, be very careful about oneitis. I'm guilty of it myself in the very recent past, but I found the best cure was approaching other girls and getting numbers and dates. Perhaps try that. E…

I think more what is trying to be said here is that there are more fish in the sea.. Rejection shouldn't be devastating, it's not like you're going to run out of girls to approach, so just approach freely and don't let any rejection get you down.. I wouldn't necessarily say the OP was encouraging idiotic behavior, but if you make a fool of yourself then you aren't going to be haunted by it forever as there are other women always encountering you... That's just how I read it, though.

^ Made me lol.. But yeah, I know, you're right. What do you think of maybe asking her on like a casual date? If I do, do I straight up say it's a date or just invite her? Smoothies or something on campus? Options are limited and her and I are both very busy.

I actually just got back. I'm going to post the update in the main post. Thanks for the interest, writing it now!

F-close doesn't need to be a commitment.. Not trying to sound like an ass, but if she'd enjoy it and you'd enjoy it not to mention the confidence boost it might give you... Well, sounds worth it to me!

Nice post man. I have two questions, though: 1. By "move her around in set", do you mean take her different places to see if she'll go with you (because she's interested)? 2. Interesting that you say never approach from behind, because I've also heard never approach from in front as it might seems too aggressive.. So for anyone who knows: what's the right trajectory? xD

Related to this post: Does anyone have field experience of whether closing (of any sort: #, kiss, f***...) varies in difficulty between day and night? If so, what would you think the reasoning is?

I should be seeing her tonight, but it isn't set in stone. If it happens and there's any opportunity at all.. I'll go for it. Thank you and thanks to the others who replied as well! EDIT: As we do get along as friends, you don't think moving in for the k-close without, I don't know, asking, might end that? Sorry, I'm an aspiring PUA and am still working to get in the mentality to just go for it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
