1	The only oneitis in your life should be lifting. I haven't read all the comments, so disregard this if it's already been said. I applaud you for going to the gym and fighting through the pain. But with a injury like you've described, make sure that mother fucker is wrapped up very well. The gym is one of the easiest places to pick up bacteria.
