If I let a girl know im interested in her early on in the interaction she may thinking im creepy or too direct. If i wait till later on in the interaction after we've been talking, she isnt receptive because now she considers me a "friend". What the right way to do this??

Just how are you "letting her know you're interested?" If you're TALKING to her, you're doing it wrong. Talking to her about that basically tells her, "I have no confidence to just make moves, nor am I paying attention to you well enough to know when I should make moves. I need you to do all the work for me. Turn yourself on without my help and make moves on me. How about it?"

As you already know, this doesn't work.

You don't "let her know you're interested," with words. You make moves. Look up "kino" in the sidebar.
