Stand up straight. Good posture makes everyone look better and more confident.

This. A good therapist will kind of lead the conversation. Just tell him/her what you are unhappy with in your life and that should get you started.

I'm happy to hear that. Just think of it as a small step toward learning to be better with women. You are going to have a lot of awkwardness in your journey and the sooner you learn to not let it hold you back the better.

All my life, i have tried to solve things on my own. How's that working out for you? Not to be an asshole but if you can find the courage to talk to someone who is legally bound to not tell anyone how are you going to ask a girl out? Like you said you school has free therapy, you are just making excuseses.

Have you ever been in a situation where your gut was telling you to do the one thing that you were afraid of? I think this is one of those cases and you really need to talk to a professional. Therapy is not what most people think it is. It is just talking to a third party. No stranger on the internet is going to be able to fix this for you. It isn't a sign of weakness and no one but you and your therapist need to know. Having said that it seems like a lot of your insecurity is coming from your p…

I think that you are assuming that the only reason that you are being rejected is because you are bald. That may not even be the real reason. There are a million reasons why a girl might not want to date you. I find it hard to believe that that many girls wouldn't want to go out with you only because you are bald. There has to be more or underlying reasons.

Step back and ask yourself if this girl is really treating you the way you want to be treated. If the roles were reversed would you bring someone else along like that? I think you might have a better time at the club if you go without her and talk to other women. If she really wants to see you she will come find you.

I kind of had this problem too. What I did that helped me is try to pay more attention to your conversations when not in a "seduction" mindset. Basically try and remember the question you ask and how you show interest to guys and girls that you are just friends with. What also helped me is for the first 20 minutes of talking to a girl I am interested in I just try and become her friend. When you go in with the mindset of trying to get her number it changes the dynamic of the conversation in a ba…

Getting with girls in high school is definitely different that after expecially because if you ask someone out you are going to have to see them until you graduate. However don't let that stop you. Use what you have learned about IOI to tell if a girl is into you and if you think she might be take a chance and ask her out. My biggest regret from high school is not asking a couple of girls out who in hindsight were clearly into me. Also remember that how you act in socal situation is dependent on…

That's a good start. I would still try and get a Hobbie that has nothing to do with picking up women. Some good ones are martial arts, lifting weights, rock climbing, long boarding, dancing, and so on.

I agree with this find a hobbies you like and the girls will follow. Although I would recommend that you try and do something more social like taking a class or something as opposed to something you do alone like building models.

That was my biggest problem when I first started talking to women. It became a lot easier when I realized that you tell a woman you like her with touch not words.

My basic plan is to just start a conversation with her just like any other person. If she seems like she is interested in talking to me then I assume attraction and ask for her number. I find that if you go in with the mind set of picking her up women can immediately sense it and lose interest.

The way I see it she isn't in your class any more so you have nothing to lose. Worst case scenario she thinks that it is creepy you never need to see her again. When you do message her say something like hey I wanted to ask you out all semester but it felt inappropriate in class or you never got a good chance.

Here is what I would do, first stop texting her for a day or two unless she text you first. If she dose text you again avoid saying things like that again. After a few days have passed ask her what's up then try and set up a date after a few messages. Last except the possibility that you may have blown this chance, try not to be outcome dependent, and try to look at the positives.

I read it somewhere I can't remember if it was in models or not.

This is a really good article. It's about time the seduction community moved away from the always call her mentally that is just not how the under 30 crowd works any more. The only thing this article was missing is don't get to know a girl to well over text or else you'll have nothing to talk about on your date, I almost fell into that trap once.

This is why I only rate girls on a scale of 0-1. Either they are a 1 and I want to have sex with them or they are a 0 and I don't. This dose two things for me one it prevents me from worrying want other people will think of me for hitting on a "not hot" girl, and two it prevents me from trying to impress "hot" girls.

Good counter points. But to be fair this article was more about making friends and making business contacts. Your points do a good job showing the difference between making friends and seduction.

I'll give to you some of the best advice I ever heard. If it was meant to be there's nothing you can do to screw it up and if it wasn't meant to be there's nothing you can do to make it work. There's a million reasons why she would like you, don't try and figure it out and don't dwell on it. Sounds like you did your best and it didn't work just keep trying to find the right girl.

The best thing you can do is just move on. Think about what she said what happened to try and learn from it there's nothing else you can do. Believe me you don't want to try and get involved with a girl who has a boyfriend even if its not a good relationship, I've been down that road man it's no good

Once I was out talking to this girl at a bar and one of my "friends" pointed out that I was starting to go bald because of my widows peak I told him that I was going to get sexier as I get older just like Bruce Willis the girl I was talking to ate it up and he ended up and he ended up looking like a total ass hole. My advice would be just not to react to it and make a joke about it if it's something that's obvious.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
