[Question] The bar is packed and you can't here yourself think, how do you meet women?

So this is a common problem for me. All the bars on campus are more of a club atmosphere and like the title says the are absolutely jam packed with people, how do I approach? I normally rely on my conversation skills but that just doesn't work when it is that loud. To make matters worse most people go out in groups of 2-5 people.
