1	What about the gender-hours gap? Women make less than men but also work less hours than men. That is frustrating. I interpreted the piece more as a misguided fear about "violent" behavior, and that is something she associates with typical boy style of play. 6	I can be insecure too! Body image problems are pervasive in our culture. It is reinforced by media to form an idealized version of a man females should want to pursue. If you're having persistent issues and it is effecting your mental health, I recommend setting a physical goal for yourself. One that is more than lose weight or bulk up, but also signifies a change in your body and you can look back on and be proud. 5	WA considering allowing victims to get background checks on partners - What about violent women? This should work both ways. I think the problem is in the biased based wording of this article. Assuming by default the victim is a woman and the perpetrator is a man. n the UK, 386 people, mostly women, have made applications seeking information about their partners since the pilot programs were launched two years ago. 20	Take Me Out: The normalisation of humiliating men happening on TV screens across the UK If I remember the show, the genders do get reversed. After 2 rounds, the man pick the woman he wants. Out of the ones left who like him, he goes and turns off the lights of all except two...without asking or knowing anything about them. 3	Things Men need to Stop Doing Life is about choices. Funny coming from an article telling men things they "need to stop doing". Men should be free to make the choices they want. I also take issue with: Testosterone is what makes a man a man and today’s man is seriously lacking it. 6	inspiring notes on a funeral. I always find it amazing what recovering addicts are capable of when they focus their energy on something positive.
