Life is about choices.

Funny coming from an article telling men things they "need to stop doing". Men should be free to make the choices they want.

I also take issue with:

Testosterone is what makes a man a man and today’s man is seriously lacking it.

Sure, high fat diets are great, but all sorts of men exist, some with high and some with low testosterone levels, and neither is more of a man than the other.

her take on porn leading to depravity reminds me of how the Mormons think looking at porn will make you gay. Mormons literally think that if you start watching porn, it will eventually make you want to watch porn with other men which will eventually lead to you having sex with other men.
