Most young males operating in a scarcity mindset catch the disease Oneitis at some point in their young adult lives. If not promptly caught and cured, Oneitis can take years away from one’s life. You can pour all your time and energy into a lost cause instead of using it to improve yourself. Having suffered myself from a very dire case of the disease, I am accustomed to the symptoms. The symptoms of Oneitis can include:  Spending an abnormal amount of time thinking and obsessing over one girl. …

If you are in Eastern Europe, there are now starting to be local businesses starting up that have rates matching the local earning rates and salaries. I know you can take a much more reasonably priced program in Belgrade from a Serbian company, which seems pretty good to me. Half the point people pay for a bootcamp is just so that they are held accountable to approaching and have leverage to get the ball rolling. Long-term success is completely dependent on what you do after the bootcamp. The bo…

A 3 night program where you go out with an instructor normally goes for around $2000. Depends on the company, and the type of program you take.

Hey, I recommend reading the following books to learn about how to think about money in general: The 4 hour work week Rich Dad Poor Dad The E myth revisited I personally was able to convince my employers to let me work from outside the office. You do this by doing a great job in the office first. I also get passive income from own book sales. If you can program/web develop, its not too hard to freelance.
/r/seduction18/07/16 01:56 PM

It's also important to mention that out of hundreds of approaches, these are the only two "bad" ones that I remember. Getting a negative reaction is rare (a neutral reaction is normal), and it normally has nothing to do with you but just the mood the person is in.
/r/seduction18/07/16 03:26 AM

Here is the truth: If you want a life different than what you see the majority of people have, then don't do what the majority of people do. Most people don't actively take care of their physical and mental health. Most people choose security over following their dreams. Most people choose comfort over happiness. I was in the same situation when I became 21. I graduated from a top tier university and all my friends were rushing into engineering jobs and under the impression if you were not emplo…

Yeah, I think that it is obvious that someone who puts the effort into compiling a resource which they believe will be super helpful to others in their past situation would prefer if it became widely distributed, haha. One can preview the book after clicking the link, and then decide for themselves if its worth the investment. OR just buy it and return it within seven days for a full refund if you don't like it. It's short enough to read in that time.

Laughing and keeping a smile on your face is a great response for two reasons. One: Actions create emotions. Keeping yourself in a positive mood is beneficial to building positive social momentum for the rest of your night out. You can't let other people's negativity bring you down. Two: It has the effect of showing that you have a strong frame and are outcome independent. This can actually instantly make the girl think that she misjudged you, and want see what about you makes you so confident t…

"Since confidence comes from experience, you may be wondering: “What’s a guy to do who completely lacks any past experiences?” This is where the old phrase “fake it till you make it” holds some truth. While I don’t recommend “faking it,” since it breaks our rules about honesty and can make you appear incongruent, it is still catchier than the more accurate phrase: “Accept your current limitations, but do not let them prevent you from putting yourself in new situations which may allow you to acqu…

You can show your interest in a girl via either your words or actions or a combination of both. The key is calibration and not being needy about getting a positive outcome. Ending your conversation with: "Hey, your not only cute but also cool, so let's exchange information," clearly sets the relationship dynamic for the next time you meet. So does trying to hold the girls hand, and becoming physical. What is super important is being aware about how you are making the girl feel, and calibrating y…

The point that I was trying to make was to tell you to communicate honestly with women. If you genuinely feel like giving an honest compliment to a girl, then feel free to do so. Don't just give a compliment because a book told you to do so, or because you want the girl to like you in return for the compliment. This is the identical reasoning to why you should not by a girl you just met a drink. Both of these actions come off as you bartering for attention and affection. With the regards to the …

I am with you. Here is a book for a more mature audience: Fundamentals of Female Dynamics Read through the free preview and see if the tone is more to your liking. Although I will conceded that if you have no idea how to even structure a date, things in roosh's book might be helpful to you. Plus it could be motivating to read a story about someone who sucked with women then got halfway decent.

Yeah the majority of PUA material out there is contradictory and is missing the underlying principles which explains why and when certain methods and techniques will be successful or applicable. Normally people become successful from PUA material, not because the material was necessarily good advice, but simply because they derived confidence from having it and believing in it, took action, and women were attracted to that confidence. This was the actual secret behind anyone who became successfu…

If you are just starting out, I would recommend redefining a "win" as simple being proud of yourself for taking action (approaching a woman, leaving your comfort zone, etc.) Then you will instantly start building wins. You have to learn to enjoy the process and not just feel like you are trudging through it as a means to an end. Also I think in addition to the scarcity that is causing you to be too dependent on a single interaction's outcome, which causes you to put to much pressure on the girl …

"In theory, the greater action you take, the sooner you will start seeing results. This is predominately true, with the following two caveats. Simply going through the motions — without applying knowledge and critically reflecting on the outcome — will not lead to better results. You can instead inadvertently reinforce bad habits this way. Secondly, it is more important to aim for sustainable progress than sporadic achievement. The diet that works the best is the one that is both practical and s…

"The catch-22 of this situation is that it is easy to act with the confidence required to attract women when you are in abundance. But how do you initially obtain this confidence when you currently lack even a single woman in your life? Confidence is created by having successful past reference experiences to draw from. If you have beaten almost everyone you know at chess, then you probably are confident about winning a game against a new opponent. Imagine that you have dated multiple supermodels…

If she sees other girls flirting with you, then she will likely be more attracted to you. If she just sees you running around hitting on every female present, then she will likely be less attracted to you. "Pre-selection can save a woman both time and energy when looking for a mate. If a man is already surrounded by other women, especially ones that are signaling interest in him, then these other women have most likely already screened the man for having attractive traits. Along the same line of thought: "You must show a woman that you understand and can relate to her on a personal level. The best way of becoming relatable is by being comfortable with showing your own vulnerabilities. Being vulnerable does not mean being weak or soft, but rather that you are strong enough to deal with the repercussions that may result from exposing your true self. There is no need for trying to always appear perfect. Women do not want to be with a man who is perfect. A woman does …

"Dead on asking these types of interview questions without injecting any type of emotion or relevance is actually a subtle way of taking value from a woman. Instead of providing the woman with fun or intrigue, you are instead asking for her attention and then trying to further leach approval from her as you commend her on her answers to your questions. You are more interested in keeping the conversation going then you are to what she says. This is a form of forcing rapport. Upon meeting a strang…

Yeah that's how the majority of all cold approaches will start for anyone, even professional PUAs. Unless shes already interested in you or you have demonstrated social proof or have status in a given environment. What do you expect her to do? Be like "Hello complete stranger, I will be happy to entertain you, and supply all the conversation until its closing time and we leave together." “Confidently, unapologetically and assertively show your honest intent to a woman while simultaneously remaining outcome independent.” Fundamentals of Female Dynamics The whole key to attraction is showing a girl your true interest in her, while not appearing needy about her liking you back. You run out of words because you are concerned that what you say next is either good enough, appropriate, or the right thing. This problem is addressed in the book below. Fundamentals of Female Dynamics "Since a woman is giving you attention, you may feel that in return it is your duty to carry the conversation. This is the wrong mind frame to have. You should feel the same as when you are talking with your friends, and not be worried that only certain things are good enough to say ... The abili…

I agree with this, but if I was forced to answer, I would say eye contact. Does she have Bambi eyes and stare at you while you are speaking to a group that she is a part of? If you are talking about a girl that you just cold approached, its normal for her to be initially disinterested until you give her a reason to be otherwise.
/r/seduction11/07/16 10:13 PM

Yep, I have read the way of the superior man. There is some good stuff in it about being on your purpose in life and being grounded as a man. But as an overall guide to be used as an introduction to "pick-up" or getting good with women, I think its writing style can push an inexperienced reader towards the more misogynistic "red pill" kind of thinking, if they don't know to take its advice with a grain of salt. Thus I would recommend starting with Fundamentals of Female Dynamics. If not that boo…

I recommend this: https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=fundamentals+of+female+dynamics But would definitely pick Models over The Manual. I would also start with either the book above or Models before anything else. Then continue with No More Mr Nice Guy, especially if you have long term self-esteem issues. These two aforementioned books are less "red pill" and will put you on a path to building a healthy lifestyle and relationships, and not just viewing…

Yep. I was an CE major and had the same problem during my studies. Luckily with a changed mindset and new environments I no longer have any issues. The book will explain in a technical way how to solve the scarcity issue, in addition to explaining how to become someone whose behaviors attract women.
/r/seduction05/06/16 06:54 PM

Scarcity is your number one issue. This is brought about from you lack of experience with women (mental scarcity) and probably the CS environment you are in (physical scarcity). Plus if you are describing yourself as depressed and having a low image of yourself (having low self esteem), then women probably sense this as well. "Scarcity is linked to what we perceive as being available to us. Thus if you have a scarcity of women in your life, then this is going to drastically affect your behavior.…

“Confidently, unapologetically and assertively show your honest intent to a woman while simultaneously remaining outcome independent.” It already seems that you have successfully showed unapologetic desire and intent. "Most importantly, being outcome independent allows a woman to feel comfortable around you. He is not accusing the friends of anything, he is just preemptively addressing the elephant in the room. So later if the date goes well and they end up dating, and then they are all together at a party, the girl will know what's up if the others start acting bitchy about it.

Because she already knows that all the other guys like her. And you calling out the situation, and showing your honest interest for her is what she will respect over the other guys. That being said, you should not be confessing your feelings in some disgusting gut spilling moment, and be saying: "oh you are so popular, all the guys like you, but maybe you would be interested in giving me a chance." WAY TO MUCH OVER ANALYSIS HERE. HERE IS THE ONLY MOVE THAT YOU SHOULD MAKE: Call the girl, and tell her the truth. Say that you would like her to go out somewhere with you in the next week. Say: I heard through the grape vine that all our friends are already secretly in love with you, and thus I think they may be trying to influence you against seeing me. But if you are available and want to get together for a coffee, let's do it. Being the bigger man and standing up and calling out all the beta…

I learned game primarily by going out alone. In the cases when I was with friends, they would freeze up so much in the presence of women, that it was almost the equivalent of being alone. I would recommend starting to build "social momentum" as soon as possible during the day/evening. Standing in a club corner for 2 hours mustering up the courage to do your first approach is not ideal. Perhaps first try to befriend some guys in a bar, and then head together with them to a club. The key is to pro…

I would recommend leveraging the fear of the consequences of deciding not to improve in this area of your life over the immediate fear of actually performing an approach. I remember looking around my engineering lecture hall and thinking: fuck, do I want keep having the same results as all these people? I traveled and taught with some of the top guys in the industry. I can verify that what you see online is mostly real, however its more like a highlight reel. The vast majority of their interactions with women are much more "chill" and "normal." But this would be too boring for Youtube. What makes it worth taking a program, is your willingness to keep applying yourself afterwords. I met a professional pick-up artist who was homeless when starting out with his business. He literally did not have any of the conventional things that you are so convinced are prerequisites to attracting women, and yet he had no trouble picking them up. So first of all, you need to get rid of those limiting beliefs. If you personally think that you are not good enough for a women to get to know you, women won't doubt you on it. This is very close to the key truth. "Perhaps by now you have realized that the same core beliefs it takes to be successful with women mirror those needed to be successful in life. All the attractive traits and behaviors mentioned in this book are beneficial to you regardless of your interest in attracting women. Your attractiveness to women comes as a consequence of improving yourself as a man. You become an attractive man by living a life of authenticity and integrity. You become authentic whe…

The first step to naturally dramatizing a conversation is by honestly expressing yourself and not needing approval for every word you speak. Additionally, you can work on speaking more descriptively and expressing emotion. A good story teller paints pictures in the listener’s minds and makes them feel the emotions of those in their story. The majority of attraction in a conversation is generated not by what you logically say, but by what you emotionally convey. It is not what you say that matter…

I would also recommend "Models" as a starting point. There is way too much stuff online which completely misses the mark, and you could end up going down the wrong path. Also realize that your feelings and fears are normal, and that they are nothing to be ashamed of. Another point is that people give the standard answers which they have been conditioned to respond with, as well as give the answers that they want to believe are true. This is in addition to being unaware of what is actually triggering their emotions. Obviously this is not absolute, and a woman could potentially provide good advice. It's just that the standard social narrative programmed into most women will lead to you hearing commonly recited unhelpful responses. Just like how most men will t…

I have been apart of such groups. The majority of these guys originally find each other while initially traveling solo.
