MGTOW is more about living your life independent of considering women. Some MGTOW are married, some are in LTR, but MGTOW is about self improvement and living your life for yourself. /TheRedPill is a self proclaimed sexual strategy. MGTOW is all the parts of self improvement, and self discovery, without the end goal of bedding ladies. Edit: There's posts about women on MGTOW, but those are guys that are just waking up, similar to the hate posts here on TRP.

The true MGTOW message isn't hate. The true MGTOW message is complete indifference to women. I'm more focused on my life, and accomplishing my goals, and my personal achievement. I'm not defined by a patriarchal role as a provider or husband. I don't need to bed tons of chicks to feel satisfied or accomplished. If I choose to have some FWB, then they have to respect my independent identity. The true MGTOW message is for a man to get the most out of his life, independent of all others.

Another thing to take into account is REST. Make sure to get adequate sleep, you grow when you sleep. I had stalled in my progress a few months back and someone pointed out to me that I wasn't getting enough sleep for my body to rebuild.
