-3	What are the odds of me getting 50/50 custody of my daughters? Too young. Most hearing officers and judges will not agree with you simply do to age. Psychology supports the mothers point of view. That young a frequently changing routine and schedule with not be beneficial for them. If they were older you’d have a way better shot. You’d have to really prove the 50/50 is the best case scenario for your children. The child development aspect is not on your side.
