Sorry. Call the cops, I promise it will only be once. Make sure you get a copy of that police report in case you need it later. What will happen is they will inform her that she HAS NO RIGHTS in your time with your kid. Your wife if forcing your hand. Later when you son asks you about it you can say, I will do anything to be with you and no one is keeping you from me.

Get a new bank account, change the direct deposit. Then she has to go through the court to get at your money. Beware though, you could be on the hook if she wins.

You need to file an adjustment to your settlement. BUT FIRST, log the dates/times/duration of your custody of the children. Make sure to be truthful. Then contact a lawyer and have the child support waived (or better switched) for you. I looked it up, in Georgia, if you have joint custody, your wife would have to make 50% less than you to still receive child support.

Usually what happens if both parties cannot agree on who retains the home, the court will order a sale. The only way she can keep the house is if she buys you out.
