2	Landlordship - Brick and mortar cash machines (Buy & Hold rentals) - part 2 - 12 months later My brother is a landlord, its an easy life for him. One day, if I stay in one place for long enough I will do the same. It's also very lucrative to get into the land trade. I know he buys up plots of land and holds on to them, only to resale them to devs at a later date (land has the advantage of very little overhead costs) Sounds like you're doing good.
