Are you talking about the women wanting relationships or about you and her entering into a relationship? Cause there is a huge difference between her looking for one and her actually being a potential partner for me. I generally don't meet any women, that I would consider a potential life partner

I hear you, and I'm with you in theory. I would even say that I mostly follow that advice. The outcome is usually no answer after the fourth text and one date per year if I'm lucky. Not sure if your experience from 4,5 years ago still applies.

I'm talking about their answers - not mine. I try to add something to every response and give multiple options for follow-up questions. I'm talking about my matches responding with single word answers. If all I get is "good", "yeah", or my personal favorite "haha" without any context, what then?

instead make a joke or witty observation about on of her photos (examples in article) This only works, if there's actually something to comment on. Most profiles I see are just good photos. No Hobbys, no activities, just 3 pics of their face and/or buddy. Would you just use "hey trouble" or another copy/paste text in those cases? Guy: Hey trouble Girl: That's me ;) Guy: How's your day going Girl: Pretty good, just at the beach. Hbu? Guy: Ah getting nice & tan for our date I'd love something like…

I like the approach. But the "work" in this case is more about being in the right places. I don't see those opportunities in my everyday life. But my work life and free time is also mostly dominated by men.

However, with time you get good at it and start getting more positive reactions and less negative ones. Women stay longer to talk to you. You go on more dates with more interesting women. And you start to fall in love with the game and with the process. So what would be the suggestion for someone actually looking for a relationship?

How do you even find any motivation to chat or initiate conversations? Is it just about getting laid? I match with good-looking women whose profiles are just filled with photos of their face or them presenting themselves. No Hobbys, no interests, and nothing to start a conversation with. How do you usually find common ground for an interesting chat?

16-19: I was a complete nerd. Didn't really get attention from the girls around me. Somehow, I found a gf with 16 and lost my virginity. 20-23: starting university and suddenly getting attention (puberty did me good). I was always open to finding a long term partner, but it never really fit. So I just had fun. 23-27: long term gf 28-31 (now): nothing. Yes, I meet someone from time to time, I get attention, but I haven't had a single date in this time where I thought, "She would be a great wife."…

For me, it's the exact opposite 😂 no luck with texting, and talking during the first date is usually dry. But the moment I'm touching them in any way, I have a huge success rate. It has gotten to the point where I'm actually asking myself, if there's something wrong, if there's no Physical touch. For example while watching Netflix I like her to lay on my lap or chest. If she's not looking for Physical touch in any form, I kinda feel uneasy.

That is so stupid, sad, pathetic, and wrong at the same time. Everything you say in this post lets me believe that you're simply not happy with yourself. Your emotional reaction to the rejection just boils down to the women rejecting you for the same reason you dislike yourself. Your rant about not being able to open up to women is also bullshit. Of course, men can open up. It's about the reason. If misfortune happens to you and you have a negative emotion, no one will blame you. But whining abo…

Most common is are classes, where you learn all of the popular classical and Latin dances - that's what I did: walz, foxtrot, discofox, rock'n'roll, jyve, salsa, Samba, tango. Then there are specialized classes for just one dance. Country isn't a thing in Europe. No one wears cowboy boots here. And like I said, most people who know how to dance, took dance classes in their teens or maybe a basic course right before graduation. That's why it's not linked to their style or personal preferences.

Online dating doesn't work at all for me.

If I think about my experience and my friends, all of them either - never learned any partner dance - took lessons in their teens - took lessons with their partner If I think about different events, where people danced, I wasn't really able to connect any type of woman to the types of dancing. They either like it or they don't. So when I try to think about my type of woman, I don't think she would visit singles dance classes in her 20s

What do you mean by "you have to socialize"? I'm perfectly able to sit alone in peace while being in a bar or restaurant. When I moved here, I actually searched for a part of the city that mainly contains young professionals. My thought was to find a nice small lunch spot where I could meet other people working from home. Hasn't really worked out as none of the parts fit this description. As it stands now, if I want to eat something really tasty, I make it myself. If I want a really good coffee,…

I notice the social climate changing. But I don't feel like it's as drastic as you describe. Maybe depends on the city and country.

Sadly dating apps don't work at all for me. I don't get a lot of matches and struggle to build any kind of interest or attraction over text. I'd say, I'm good at reading people and would recognize a woman that suits me. But her profession or Hobbys aren't really any indicators for me. I don't have the slightest idea where to look. Otherwise I wouldn't have made this post XD

I was I a LTR from 23 to 27. Apart from that I never had a real girlfriend. Since I've been single, I had 2 longer situationships (each approximately 6 months) that started with the intention of long-term dating, but I ended both and since been kind of underwhelmed by the women I'm meeting.

I actually danced from 14 to 17😅 Have been to 2 additional courses with ex girlfriends and already thought about what you said. Most of the singles courses here are either targeted at beginners or people older than me. 20 to 30 year old women would most likely join a dance course at the University where I don't have access.

What kind of spots are you talking about? Cafés? What kind of online events are you talking about? Cold approaching depends on the circumstances. I'm simply not interested enough in any female based on her appearance. Completely different in any kind of social event, where I'm able to see her interact with others, or I'm able to approach with the intention of a nice chat instead of dating.

I've been trying that with the sports team I joined. Apart from organisations and clubs, germany doesn't really have these 'scenes'. People usually organize themselves with their friends. And even if something like this existed, there's no way to look for it. It more or less happens by chance. In my uni city, there was a beach volleyball spot over the summer, where most people would be super welcoming and you could join. But I only knew, because friends of mine went there regularly. Haven't seen…

I'm definitely looking for a wife to have kids with. My relationships in my 20s just didn't work out.

Not sure why you are concentrating on the age gap. I'm 30. I've not had any problems yet when mentioning my age. I'm also well aware that I won't be able to replicate my dating life in my early 20s. Just looking for ways to improve in the right direction

I tried and failed. Was in a LTR from 23 to 27. alot of times, it takes being invited to the right parties I never get invited to parties here. From time to time, I'm visiting friends in another town when they have a party, but that doesn't really help. Also tried to get the ball rolling by organizing 2 big house parties myself last year. But none of the people organized anything themselves and didn't even manage to bring interesting acquaintances.

I've been putting in the effort and would also say that in general, women are more attracted to me compared to my 20s. There are simply fewer and less females around me.
/r/seduction15/02/24 05:21 PM
1

when it comes to confidence, that is usually for females that you see all the time, then they can become attracted to your confidence over time This is more or less what helped me in my 20s and what I was looking for. A social circle with single females or activities that help me meet single females.

I was looking for advice to meet women naturally, like in my 20s. But you're basically saying that there is no way apart from cold approaching?
/r/seduction15/02/24 05:09 PM

Are you talking about cold approach? I definitely have way more game compared to my younger self. It's the meeting part that doesn't work out. In my 20s I met women effortlessly. And now that's simply not the case anymore.

Don't get me wrong. I'm using the apps and I'm going out. Just haven't had the same results as in my 20s. So I'm looking for new things to try.

I get what you mean, but it doesn't really align with my personal experience. I actually get quite positive feedback from females, definitely carry myself more comfortably and confidently. What I'm missing is females that I'm interested in.

I definitely feel like a more desirable partner now. I took my past dating experiences and learned from them, plus everything else you mentioned. But that doesn't help if I'm not meeting suitable women.

Dating apps don't really work for me. And I don't enjoy nightlife without the right people. At 22, I used to visit my main clubs and met at least a dozen people I know. Now it's just not the same. Plus, I don't feel like I meet decent women there.

This! I've been trying to educate myself on dating in general and the advice given to men and women couldn't be more different. The burden of bettering yourself, initiating, actively looking for opportunities definitely is put on the men. The common advice for women is less about finding someone, but portraying yourself a certain way on dates. Also the whole concept of "don't think about dating and it will happen by itself" is an advice for women. And while there are certainly single women out t…

As a German, that travelled most of Europe and have the same height, let me tell you: the only people, calling me short are my taller male friends - while we are drinking, joking around and teasing eachother. No woman ever had a problem with my hight. My ex was 174.

As a general rule: Men should be the ones to initiate the next stage and be the first one to say it out loud - but only of the female gives the right hint. Smashing from time to time is not the right hint. Lol.

Mostly for validation in a time, where I'm not as lucky with women as I'd hope to be. And the whole "value" thing doesn't apply, if noone knows, you did it.

Okay, didn't get that impression. Sry. From the few examples you had, I would strongly suggest martial arts. In my experience many women use the classes similar to a normal fitness class. And usually before and after each class it's easy to start conversations.

Don't exclusively go for activities with females. You could also meet new guy friends that have single female friends. You should try anything, that you are interested in. If meeting a partner is the sole purpose of a hobby, it shows and you'll come off as creepy.

There are flirty women out there. I have some female friends that (especially while drunk) get very sexual and touchy without having any intentions and most of the time not even realizing how their actions can be perceived. Regarding her preference on men: she clearly likes jerks/bad boys. It's the typical fantasy of getting a jerk, that will change for her. Not getting a nice guy and being happy that he treats her right. Finally: she's your flatmate. Don't touch that. Maybe try to get to know s…

You have to realize that a different social circle can snowball. Don't compare yourself with him interms of appearances. He probably has a few more girls in get to know him, and build up a certain confidence that attracted more. I also know both sides. I think there are definitely some good observations in your post and everyone should try to think about it. But to be honest, I'm currently (in my opinion) doing most of what you're suggesting and it's not really working. It might be because I'm stuck in a social circle with too many people in relationships, but for the last 2 years I haven't gotten a single date in real life. Maybe 2 girls that caught my eye at first glance but definitely not meeting any, that really spark my interest.

"Work on yourself" - This is negative thinking because it always assumes there's something wrong with you. It is a neg used to undercut someone's confidence in order to sell them something. There is a healthy mindset I learned from lifting that can be applied here. You can be proud of your accomplishments and still strive for more. Recognizing, that there potential for more doesn't imply in any way, that there is anything wrong with you. It just means, you have the potential to be better.

I (M28) personally slept with 36 women and for me it's kind of fulfilling and degrading at the same time. To be able to get a girl into bed usually boosts your ego. But I had multiple encounters, where I was open to the idea of making it a casual thing or even more and not getting a reply or anything else afterwards was hard sometimes. Right now, when I hear that someone slept with many women, I'm simply asking myself, why none of them want to see him again (yes, there are also different situati…

I usually don't have a Problem to kiss-close or f-close. Can't remember the last bad date I had... but seriously: how do you get so many dates? 10 dates in 10 days with replacements in case someone flakes? Meanwhile I'm sitting here not even getting matches or chats

When I'm at the gym I exclusively lift heavy weights. I also do my warmup with a barbell. But like I said earlier, I'm also an athlete. So not training to gain mass but to get stronger. And yes, I use protein and other supplements. People notice. I'm by far the fittest guy in my circle of friends, I notice girls looking at me and last time someone drunk guy showed some aggressive behavior, he said something like "yeah, I see you're lifting and strong, but don't think you can take me"...

And I know, I can't expect a lot of dates or hookups without stepping up. But just let me give you an example. I was at a party a few weeks ago. "White" party at a beach club. So a typical event for people, that like to "see and be seen". Afterwards a friend of a friend organized an after party at his house. Yes I lift, but also training for sport. I'm a semi-pro athlete. In total around 10h of activity per week. In my everyday life I there aren't really any opportunities to do so. In the past (8-6 years ago, was around 20 at that time), I used to meet a lot of people trough friends. I was also kinda shocked, when I read the post. And thanks. For everybody else, who is inexperienced but would like to try: sometimes it's enough, to just put your hand around the neck, not really applying pressure at all. And if you are scared to hurt someone, just try it on yourself. Even if you don't like it, you can try, what hurts and what doesn't.

NEVER PUSH AGAINST THE FRONT OF THE NECK. You should put your hand on the front und apply pressure with your fingers to the side near the carotid artery. The pleasure from choking comes either psychological from the feeling of being dominated or physical from the dizziness by reducing the blood flow. You never want to be apply pressure to the larynx and prevent them from breathing.

You're just not the type of person, that likes clubs and that's okay.
