Stay strong bro, sometimes shitty things happen to nice ppl, just don't feel bad bcos you're not guilty of anything. Last time when I was in a similar kinda hell, following helped, give it a shot if you will: 1. Cold shower. 2. Carnivore diet. 3. Exercise. 4. Oh i was trying to learn german by watching some German Media. I must say, there's this emasculating men is such a norm in Media and well accepted in the society. am actually trying "Babel" app, even here there is a lot of LGBT shoved down your through, in most of the examples they show the marriages that are either Gays or Lesbos.... again, am personally not against, gays, I think they are cool, but why force it on almost all examples, i find it odd. in examples about jobs, off-course it looks like all cool jobs like software-engineers, Doctors etc,. in Germany is done by ladies and in story like scenario examples the funny/cool once are women(obviously)…

There's a good reason why India has such a high level of "brain drain". It's not just with reservations (aka "equity" shit in the West) for gender it's also based on the cast( casts that were supposedly suppressed in the past(There are casts in Hindu religion)).
