You have to lower the bar. Women aren’t as good as men.

This makes sense if it’s a physical thing, but to lower the bar is a mental thing for this.

They rationalize like this ,...since women are smarter than men they will pass the exams anyway so better lower the standards in order for them to not get bothered too much with trivial things.Geniuses don't need to take exams they will pass automatically.

This is why affirmative action doesn't work. The bar is lowered, they fail because they're in an academic setting they're not prepared for, and the stereotype that minorities are dumb is solidified in drop out statistics.

That's the very definition of INEQUALITY. Having different standards for one sex vs the other sex. What if we lowered the bar for female surgeons to get more of them in the medical field? Would you allow a female surgeon to operate on you knowing she was held to a lower standard? Engineers build shit, would you want to drive across a bridge engineered to a woman knowing that she was held to a lower standard? Fucking bullshit.

The problem with this is two fold. A, girls that want to do engineering do engineering. Girls that don’t, don’t. B, engineering degrees involve a lot of group work. To be in a group with someone who isn’t as clever as you means the rest of you pick up the slack.
