Exactly. A buddy of mine gets really rosy cheeks when he blushes or drinks and girls love it. I would totally steal that from him if I could. I used to hate my freckles when I was a kid, and girls absolutely love them. I wished I had more.

I'm actually in really good shape. The last two girls that I have went out with both commented that I was fit guy. I also dress well, I was complimented on that by the last girl I went out with. And to answer your other question, I have had a gf that lasted about a year and a half. Granted that ended like 5 years ago, which I do agree makes me a lot more anxious when I started seeing a girl I am really into. I'm do well enough in the short term. Short as in the girls will seem pretty into me dur…

I feel you, I have been there more times than I like to count. I fall into this rut where after being turned down by a woman who I thought I had something going with, I just feel like giving up. That feeling that you put in so much effort for nothing. Usually I stay in this rut for a couple weeks. But then I try to look at what happened and figure out what I did wrong. I have a lot of friends that have always seem to be in good relationships with awesome woman and I think why can't that be me. W…

I definitely remember watching a video where he said something along the lines that he doesn't like to workout because it makes him feel inferior being in the gym around a bunch of muscular fit guys. Which I kind of get, but I 100% agree that is bad advice. You shouldn't shun your own physical self because there are better looking, more fit guys out there. However I do think the guy does give mostly good advice on the whole. I think that he mostly preaches about energy, personality and being con…

Sure, walking up to a girl and saying "My favorite movie is shrek 3 on blu ray" will get a good response way more often than 2x a year. But interactions with women are much more than one line. And you're right something is up, that's the point op was trying to make. You can do a million approaches, but 999,999 of them will end exactly the same way if you aren't learning from them. If you do the same thing over and over again, you are basically doing approach one ad infinitum. But if after each a…

I should also give a story where I did the opposite of this a couple months later after I changed. Matched with a girl, talked for a couple days and then she disappears. I don't care at all, life happens, I don't let it get it to me. Maybe 2 or 3 months later she sends me a message out the blue. Turns out she had a couple shitty dates in a row with some guys and decided to just take a break for a while. Understandable, I take breaks every once in a while also. I dated that girl for 3 months. Had…

My worse was actually in person with a girl that I had been on like 4 dates with already. We were suppose to meet up a little later in the night because we both had plans with friends earlier. I'm super excited because I am really into this girl I show up and it's her and a couple of her friends. I'm sorting through all kinds of negative thoughts because I thought it was just going to be the two of us. I was certain I was getting played and this girl had absolutely no respect for me. The first t…

Man I'm 30 and I just realized it this year. I don't know why I thought in the past that sending that text was in some weird way standing my ground and being honest. Like the girl actually having a life and not being at my beck and call was unacceptable. I look back every once in while as a reminder in what not to do. It's funny I didn't see it before either. It's one of two things, she's not really feeling it anymore and sending that text isn't going to bring her back, it just re-enforces her o…

Go out and do something. Head out to watch a football game, go workout, hit up a local brewery and chat up a girl. The worse thing you can be doing right now is sitting around waiting for her to text you back.

Don't act based on negative emotions This right here. I've messed up plenty of times because I decided to act on an impulse caused by some type of negative emotion, whether it be it through text or in person. Even when I know it's against my better judgment. It absolutely solves nothing by letting your insecurities get the better of you and sending that negative alienating text.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
