The legal definition of rape is penetration of the anus, vagina or mouth by a penis. So no, men can't be raped, least not in the UK whereas this case pertains too so the UK law is what matters here. I seen them make the front page today and wanted to comment so badly but, we can't. About how we had to invent religion and stories of witches to kill them and keep them down. Just wanted to point out especially in mainland Europe it was mostly men killed during witch trials. I live in Scotland, where, as cliche as it sounds, us men do wear kilts quite often. Spot on, exact same rhetoric I see a lot on here, unfortunately. It's important to remember however, that it swings both ways.
