You can use it with anything, i only take creatine and protein powder. Best creatine is monohydrate. There are 2 ways of taking it, 5g/day for a month or 20g/day for a week and then after you sustain with 5g/day. When doing 20g/day you wanna do 5g 4x/day all spaced out.
