Im currently going down in body fat from about 24% to my goal of 11%. Im at about 17% now, and my face is definitely becoming more defined. The more defined face, the jaw, the cheekbones, the increased definition of the face overall just makes a guy much more attractive. Im noticing it in how girls look at me now. Previously they just looked at me and then away to what they were doing. Now every now and then ill get one that looks at me, and then looks me up and down. Just the smiles and eye con…

I had a very low lean body mass. I'm pretty sure when i was 165, i had a body fat percentage of ~25%. That's technically obese for a guy. Want to hear something scary? One of my work friends who is a bit taller than me is very lean. He's 103lbs.

In the next two months, yeah. Im just losing fat while trying to maintain muscle mass. I've essentially been skinny-fat most of my life, with a short period of fat-fat. I'll find out what my abs look like sometime next month as they start coming in. Right now im 17.5% body fat at 147lbs. I know 132lbs seems very low, and it is, but i actually wanna know what i look like when im fit, and enjoy it on my vacation. It's also true what they say, that you look bigger when you're leaner. Size-wise, i l…

I am kinda putting them on hold for a bit. Im going on vacation in October, so im leaning out for that. Ill get my goal weight i think in august, then maintain till October, and start bulking when i come back from vacation.

How long did it take you to reach your current fitness level? Im 5'8'' and my goal is pretty much to be lean at 175. Im currently leaning out so i can see my abs for the first time. Less than 2 months to go and ill be 11% at 132 lbs... So quite a ways away from 175. I figure it will take me at least 2 years of effort to get to lean 175 when i start bulking in November.

I had mine done at UT Southwestern. Sucks to hear that man. Im not really sure there is anything significant that can be done to resolve rib flare. The only things I've seen online involve cutting away a part of the cartilage to reduce the appearance of it. As far as i know, there is no way to move flared ribs to their normal location. Im in a somewhat similar position, in that my chest depresses again after the sternum ends and the ribs flare out to either side a bit. It's not too bad for me, s…

Unnecessary. You should be getting everything you need from the various food you eat. But it wont hurt, so if you want to take em, go nuts.

The cut/bulk cycle is the fastest way to go. You can do it other ways, but it's just slower, so why do it another way? You bulk by eating a lot of food, usually 500 calories above your maintenance. The reason is because your muscles grow much faster when you're in a calorie surplus. As a consequence, you also build up some fat. Once you've reached some weight/body fat % goal, you start the cut part of the cycle. You keep lifting to preserve as much of that muscle that you've built as you can (yo…

Admirable level is where you have visibly defined abs and musculature on your arms/legs/back and a well defined jawline due to low body fat. To do that you need to lean out/build muscle in cycles. Although you can lean out some just by working out and eating at maintenance, you cant really lean out to 11% body fat without properly dieting and lifting. To lean out, im eating 1500 calories a day and keep lifting an hour a day 5-6 times a week. Ive lost 12 pounds of fat so far, and im aiming for 11…

I see what you mean. There was actually a study done that more or less confirmed what you said. Women find men who are lean and have above average musculature to be more attractive than men who are more "brawny" from a distance. Although it also added, that if those men approach those women, they will find them just as attractive.
/r/TheRedPill27/05/16 04:14 AM

That makes absolutely no sense. Plenty of men have gym literally as their profession and are attractive.

Not sure if we have the same understanding of the term, "empathic." Because empathy would provide you with awareness of how to read people and make educated guess at intentions, etc. Probably not. I would be able to tell if someone was sad or happy, or frustrated or any other emotion or feeling if they were wearing it on their face, but in the case, of, say, they were softly rejecting me with a white lie, i could not tell that they were lying, and would take what they said at face value, instead…

Our culture values the idea that "real men" don't develop empathy or care about it. What does that lead to? Toxic masculinity. Women are part of that culture that values it. They date and have sex with these men. They verify and validate that it is what is attractive to them. I just looked up toxic masculinity. A whole bunch of the examples are ones i specifically picked up because I saw other men who had these characteristics be sexually successful, I then tested it, and started having similar …

Point me to the research showing that "more muscular" is something you can generalize to every girl. Well, I cant generalize it to every girl, but I can tell you that you will be more successful as a sexual male if you are ripped or toned or both. Hell, I'm simply tone and I've had girls cheat on their more muscular boyfriends with me. Which would be impossible under the model of attraction you seem to be presenting. According to the above study: In the study, the women rated "toned"guys — the p…

This is not entirely right. You're not trading one group for another. Contrary to popular belief, girls do prefer guys to look like they are more muscular as opposed to less, up to the point right before they look like a bodybuilder, when it also becomes intimidating from afar, but still beneficial if the guy approaches. Take a girlfriend, then take her pudgy boyfriend to the gym for 6 months, and when he comes out having more lean muscle mass, she will be more sexually attracted to him, regardl…

Sometimes people get stuck in one of the phases because they don't know how to get to the next one. Personally, my anger lasted for a few weeks, until it slowly began to dissipate into acceptance as I learned how to use what I know to my benefit, and how all those things that made me angry actually made sense in the greater whole of things. This inspired change in me. Some guys get stuck on anger. They cant come to terms with reality or how to manage it, so all it can ever do is make them angry.…

I mean... it's sidebar material. Once i found it, I spent probably almost a month just reading through ALL of it before actually regularly visiting the subreddit. I've found this to be the case as well. Taking care of yourself however isn't just taking a shower and picking out decent clothes to wear. It means progressively and actively doing things to make yourself better, the best you can get, and keeping yourself there. You can get away with less, but it will detract from your appeal.

You want to avoid asking. Tell her. Seriously, just pull your phone out with the contacts page open, hand it to her while saying something like "Hey, give me your number" And provide something you two can do when you do meet up after. I have always had smiles and good eye contact and never a bad reaction to this.

Honestly, the whole creepy thing is literally the result of being fugly while approaching. Even if you're not good looking, as long as you take care of yourself, while working to max out what your genes gave you with lifting/fashion/medical intervention (like braces)/lies (like thick heeled shoes with shoe lifts) you should be good to go and screw up as often as you like without developing a reputation. Also, listen to some nice party music before you go out, get hyped up, sing to it, down a 5-hour energy. Lifting before you go out, as in 1-3 hours before you go out helps a lot. Lifting actually releases bound testosterone and makes you more aggressive. The key is to stimulate as many muscle fibers as possible.

Are you saying then that women have absolutely no need to be supportive and, dare I say, helpful to their partners? I can see it, but at the same time I cant help but think of this woman when she has children, and her 6 year old son comes to her sad because of some problem, and she reacts to him just like she did to her husband. In that sense, I consider an in-compassionate woman to not simply be a bad person, but a woman who is fundamentally flawed as well. Or maybe this is why men from single …

Yes, game is the most essential. But you have also pointed out the problem. Looks only make a greater number of women receptive to your game. Depending on your looks, it can greatly affect the opportunities available to you. There is no game you can really play on a girl, if she simply sees you as below her standard. She will not engage with you flirtatiously. She will not laugh at your jokes, she will not care about your push pull, she will not bother to even shit test you, and she will excuse …

There are many parts to your face. Some can be improved or completely fixed inexpensively. Others can still be fixed or improved by applying more money. You can treat it like a shit test, if she says "Yes", just smile slyly and say "But no, do you really and I mean really want me to stop, or are you just enjoying this too much." Gauge her reaction at that point. If you get a nice smile, you're good to go, otherwise back off.

The medium is the message. She isn't replying because she either cant or doesn't want to. The best thing to do in terms of messaging is nothing. She will reply if she wants to or if some problem that is preventing her from doing it goes away. The best thing to do is to go find another girl to talk to. The more the merrier. This one is making her message clear by not communicating. The message is she's not interested (assuming a day or two have gone by).

I have actually seen a few. They were sitting by themselves on the benches playing with their phones on facebook.. at a nightclub. I don't know why either. I tried to get one of them to dance with me, and she just didn't understand why.. it was weird. People don't go to nightclubs for relationships. They go to have fun with their friends or with other people and possibly hook up. It is possible to have a relationship with a person who does these things, but only once they're ready. In my mind this is in a nightclub or bar environment. If you're going to escalate to intimate things, the more isolated you are, the better. As always, gauge her reactions. If she was not comfortable with a kiss, she would not have reacted well to the previous escalation. And this whole thing does not happen in 2 minutes. It takes some time. Ranging from 20 minutes, to across a nice 2 - 3 hour date at multiple places. And don't be naive. If you've had a good time with a guy, and things were goin…

You don't need to know what she likes. She's a woman and they have a lot of things in common as far as physical things go. Just escalate as if she were any other girl. I kinda have my own escalation ladder for the initial parts of the interaction. It should go without saying that she needs to react positively to each thing in order to go on to the next. 1) During conversation touch her arm, or shoulder, or some other not really intimate body part. This is basic kino. 2) Escalate to more intimate…

The best advice i have found is in how you interpret their interest. Most guys will make a move, see her not reciprocate, and interpret it as disinterest. This is wrong. Reciprocation is not required (although it is nice). You make a move and gauge her reaction. If you see good eye contact and/or a smile then you're good. Her positive reaction is her accepting your escalation and giving you permission to attempt the next escalation. If she does not give good body language, or visibly recoils at …

So what. She was with another guy, great. Good for her. Is he gonna go on the date you invite her to too? I doubt it, unless he's a really jealous boyfriend. She is not lost. She is simply living a social life that includes the opposite sex, just as you should be. Proceed as normal. Don't let this faze you. Just advance on her as you would have otherwise. Lastly, don't make her the center of your girl attention. Your post is smelling on oneitis. Don't get fixated on one girl. Pursue all availabl…

a woman can go to any bar and shove guy's hands up her shirt or down her pants until one agrees to go home (doesn't take long usually) and have guaranteed sex any night of the week if she wants it. Even outside TRP we all know this is how it is, IT IS A FACT. I have never actually met a woman capable of doing this. The vast majority of women do not actually have the initiative needed to do something this proactive. In fact, I would argue that most women are incapable of sleeping with any guy the…

The biggest problem I have with what you said is regarding the idea of deserving. If you're losing a chess game, it's not because you don't deserve to win, it's simply because you don't know how to play the game as well as your opponent. Deserve is irrelevant here as an idea. In this mating game, you have your looks, assets, and game. All are evaluated whenever possible to determine your SMV relative to your opponent. What i disagree with is the idea that if you have to utilize game (which is wh…

Oh. Well that I can totally agree with. I guess the problem is that we interpret the following ideas differently: Likewise, there is no need for you to "win" a girl over. Your need to win her over is simply your tacit admission of all she doesn't get by being with you and your efforts are your attempt to make up the difference. If you need to work to get her it's because you know you don't deserve her. Maybe it's because I've swallowed the red pill, but when I think of the ideas of winning the g…

If you need to work to get her it's because you know you don't deserve her. This is bullshit. If you didn't need to do any work, women would be walking up and talking to you. If you want to get anywhere in life, women included, you will need to put in the work. Brad Pitt and David Beckham put in the work in themselves and in their game, and come out on top because of it. There is nothing wrong with hitting on girls... or asking them out... it is not creepy. It is only creepy if you do it in a creepy way. Be direct. Own it. Understand that you're doing nothing wrong. As for how to do it.. That's a lot of material to cover, but the concepts are: Approach (do it confidently and directly) Attract Connect Establish Comfort/Trust Once you do that, you can close in the way you deem most appropriate to the situation.
/r/seduction03/12/15 05:42 AM
3

You also have to take into account the shy factor. Some girls are really shy and actually dont know how to react in that situation and reciprocate. I would say no reaction is okay as long as it is not accompanied by any visibly bad reaction, but you should have already been able to judge if the girl you're with is shy or not, so calibrate accordingly.

The first problem is that you think there is something wrong with going to a bar/club on your own. You are not a lunatic if you do it. The only way you look like a little odd is if you awkwardly stand there staring at one person the whole time while looking like you really don't want to be there, and don't talk to anybody the whole time. I did that the first few times (except the staring) I went out, and it sucked. Was at a bar for 3 hours and talked to nobody because I was scared of it. You hav…

It depends entirely on the wing and on how comfortable you are going alone. A good wing can make things happen that you cant do when alone, but that requires that you two actually have a plan and know what you're doing. Going on your own, everything depends on you. In terms of success/scenarios, wings can generally prolong an interaction and fill gaps until you come up with something to move the conversation in the intended direction. Otherwise, it is easier to have dull moments as you try to co…

You're on the right track with sharing personal experience, as that is definitely the way to trigger someone sharing something about themselves. Once they do that, just keep that rolling. Expand on what they said and see if there is something else related you can share. Fundamentally, we all had similar failures and successes when growing up, so that is a point in common we can all connect on. So a good story to be able to share is of a good/funny success or failure when you were growing up. Sta…

But I think power, physical power, is still an issue here. What if a woman pulls out a handgun and the man wrests it away from her? What if he has a gun too? Doesn't it seem unrealistic to expect every woman to carry a handgun or take self-defense lessons? There are women who aren't comfortable carrying guns, there are women who doesn't have access to guns...they shouldn't have to always be ready to use deadly force just as a prerequisite of dating This is an argument that is true for both men a…

This is not an argument against being assertive with women, and it should not be an argument for women to not reject unwanted advances and unwanted physical escalation. Women need to physically stop things they don't want from happening.. from happening. You don't stop protecting yourself just because of the threat of further harm. If you feel that further harm is a possibility, you need to either reconsider what you're doing, and where you're doing it, or become actually capable of handling the…

There are rare cases where you should ask, but they are rare. It is best to always be able to read someone to tell what they want. You should only ask when you really seriously cant tell. Not that I know of.. you can pretty much do it right off the bat, and unless you're dealing with a really shy, insecure girl, it should work well.

One of the things required to be attractive is that you must have a fun, outgoing, lifestyle. That does not mean be outside all the time having fun. I play video games, I'm a Trekkie, with models and a few framed posters in my apartment of spaceships. But I also go outside and do things for fun there. You have to own the parts of your personality that you like that have to do with hobbies that are socially acceptable to the group of women you're trying to attract, and even when they aren't, you …

Being outcome independent is not the same thing as aiming for a certain outcome. You need to know what you want and keep it in mind in order to be able to take the steps to get to it. Outcome independent is that it wont bother you if you don't get the intended outcome with a certain girl.

What!!?? Presenting to a group of people is a skill. You don't tell someone who sucks at presenting to just be themselves to solve their problem. You teach them how to do it. This involves resources and steps. Once you're comfortable with those, it becomes natural and easy. The same is true for story telling. You will suck until you get better, and no amount of being yourself is going to change that if you put the punchline in the beginning and fumble all your words in between, you will fail bad…

Connection comes after you have attracted them. This can be as soon as you meet them, or 5-10 minutes later (for the easy shallow stuff). You have to judge if they are interested in you based on the indicators of interest they are showing you. The deeper stuff comes later. Probably on the second date, or whenever you actually feel like it's time to share and get closer, so can be sooner or later, but is best done when you are already having a private conversation about a non-trivial topic, in a …

Are you familiar with how connecting works? If not, it's really important. The easy stuff is the stuff you have in common and that people easily share. Find out what her hobbies are, movies she watches, favorite foods, political/philosophical beliefs, passions, where she has and wants to travel. Expand on that stuff, and tell her about yours. 6 women a month is a lot for a guy who works full time. That is bringing back a new girl home every weekend, and 50% of the time doing it Friday and Saturday. Is that actually possible? I'm kinda budding now myself, and I just turned 26. Though I agree that the age is actually a bonus in that you should have your life together and that is a plus to all women. Men also increase in attractiveness up till their mid thirties, and most women date up anyway.

This is why these dont really work as openers.. You need to take it very small steps at a time. Figure out what you will say when you get there first, and how you will physically get there. Then you need to go. Quit using terms like kino that are easily replaced with less confusing terms. Secondly don't take everything you hear in a book about attracting women as fact. Kino is just a replacement term for touching. It sounds less weird than saying "Go touch her" and it also describes the intent behind it. Sure, if you're at a club or a bar, it might work to immediately initiate physical contact. OP hasn't offered his situation but based on his pout history he likes a girl at school. unless I'm already comfortable enough around them, I find it a bit unsettling, I don't particularly like that. It has to be done correctly. For a guy, confidently, and reassuringly. especially if I want to ask for her number in class and I don't want to get joked on for looking to pick her up or something. Don't hide the fact that you're trying to pick her up. You are. You know it, she knows it. Be proud of it and that you're doing it. People only joke about it to relieve their own tension, and just for their own fun. So what. Let them. It doesn't matter. That last part I know. I've been depressed before myself, but the definite cause for me in that case was that a girl I really cared for and I had to break off contact. I did not think depression was an actual thing before then, and so I was very confused for a year or so as I struggled to understand why I could not feel anything, anywhere, for almost any reason. I guess there can be people that can't trace their depression to a cause, but it was worth a shot to ask.

You need to provide more context. "haha" is a perfectly acceptable response to an infinite number of things. Just keep pushing things to meet a girl in person. Once you do, do all your best work there. Texting is only for the purpose of arranging a meeting, and conveying quick simple things, because texts are really easy to misunderstand by people, yourself included. It is a good idea to keep them short.
