Thanks for the really informative post; it's exactly what I was hoping for (and then some). Being a backpacker, I'm keeping it minimalistic on the clothes front (only taking 1 set of smart-ish clothes, a pair of jeans and a shirt, with the rest just t-shirts and shorts). I think therefore that upscale bars and clubs may not be open to me as an option. This this advice applicable to lower-scale bars and lounges, or do these kinds of places typically have more conservative locals in them?

Hold up, the whole reason I asked this question was because I wanted to make sure I was sensitive to local culture and practices when I go over there. If you think she'd be 'humiliated' if she's seen with a guy... isn't that her choice to make?

I think she (and her friends) see it as "cheating" though, which is my concern. Usually I wouldn't care too much, but I see these people often around high school, hence my worry about the fallout from this.

Don't sweat the small things. Honestly, it's not a huge deal. Since you're at college I'm guessing there are ample buses and trains. Can you even play it out as a joke, e.g. "What time are you going to pick me up and buy me nice things? ;-)"

I (personally) disagree with number three. If you have her on Facebook, you're one of 500 people who she's friends with. If you get your number, you're one of say, 50. By all means, don't avoid getting her Facebook, but her mobile allows for arranging for meets much easier, as well as delaying replies (since Facebook has the whole 'seen at x time' feature) if you're playing that game as well. Good list though. Well done :)

Hmm, honestly, I think it'd be easier just to use the mobile version of Reddit, and use the sidebar links to find whatever you're looking for. Plus, you wouldn't use it when actually on your game, surely?

How should I gauge this, HB 8 is sending several strong signals, but when I try to arrange something, she avoids the question. Asked on Twitter DM, ignored the question and concentrated on answering the other part. I asked over text the next day, here's a transcript - Me: Friday, my place, drinks, you game? Her: Omg have you seen that advert where the guy says that? I found it hilarious!

Sure. This is the perfect oppertunity (in my humble opinion) to make use of TofuTofu's first post in his Above the Game Series (http://www.reddit.com/r/seduction/comments/11piau/above_the_game_part_1_primer_on_who_you_will/), although if you haven't read all of them yet, I highly recommend it. Do the exercise described at the bottom, that's the person you want to be for your final year of high school. Be out-going, sign up for some different things, be friendly, confident albeit not arrogant (know where to the draw the line). Be genuine and fun, the people in your classes are people you're going to be with for a while, make the most of that. Don't memorise a dozen pick-up lines, instead, read some inner game material, or some of the top posts. Feel free to PM me if you want to chat more about this (am a year up on you).
