This is the thing that can happen in any time in any relationships. Either in the first 3 years or after 15 years. You took responsibility and she is carrying your baby now. Long relationships are not about being in love for 80 years, but about your choice and working on your relationship constantly.

I have the same situation. They don’t even understand what they are doing.

First you should do (from my experience) is to become less afraid of living without her. Visualize your life without her, make some plans. For example, in my case I felt much better once I realized how would I live alone, prepare food, try new things, and travel more as an example. After you are not afraid of living alone it will be much easier to you to make decisions. Even in case if divorce doesn’t happen you will become much stronger and mature.

I believe that you can do it. And I believe that you will be very happy soon.

Try to do something alone. Go to trip, find friends in a new city/country, or just organize a dinner just for yourself.

You don't really need to forget, but change the way how you look at the situation.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
