Don't dismiss lifting until you put a serious effort into it. Once you start lifting and watching what you eat you will care much less about not having or having women. I once thought the way you did shortly after swallowing the pill.

Become obsessed with yourself. That will make things easier. At the very least focusing on yourself will distract you from your dry spell.

If you want to lose 15 lbs eat a caloric deficit. Get the My fitness pal app to track your calories. Lifting weights is not necessary to do this. The others are up to you.
