The obvious problem is the state. Women just choose the easiest path. Get rid of the states ability to stand in as a pseudo parent. Women will be forced to rely on their partners. There's a reason the nuclear family has dissolved and its largely because of the state. It won't stop AWALT, but it will likely deter it further so instead of whoring around everyone has to think twice. Men should still improve themselves.

That's typically a good thing. Men should pay less for Healthcare because the stays show they use less. Women pay less for insurance because they have less accidents. Discounts are good. They incentivize good behavior. The stupid thing would be making male health insurance more expensive (which they did)
