Once I learned to recognize the predictive programming in TV / film, my ability to enjoy movies as a form of entertainment quickly dwindled away to nothing. The endless fount of comic book movies are the WORST.

First Amendment doesn't apply to you if you aren't a pre-1933 Private American National Citizen as defined by Section 1 of the 14th Amendment. If you aren't, your status is defined by Section 5(b) of Trading With the Enemy and is statutory (in nature) rather than de jure. File a release with a local court & have your status restored and THEN you can rightfully claim Constitutional protection / unalienable rights.
