1	Has anyone been a victim of red pill ideologies? My ex was extremely covertly malicious but play it off as 'jokes' or that I'm sensitive. He would almost try to observe the things that would hurt me in order to do those things at a later date. He would use these as "punishments". He liked to disappear and ghost and used the silence treatment to gain control of friendship and relationship dynamics. This would create a traumabond. He's 24 now. due to being in circles with older men, family members who talked about red pill from aged 12 he's gotten more and more covert with his tactics which is scary.
