In all honesty if I didn't need it I would get rid of Facebook altogether. However it is necessary to stay in touch with old friends and keep up to date with academia, so I have to have it. Also you need it for things like tinder. Personally my Facebook has too much of my past life as a loser on it and would probably scare off most girls pre date. The way I see it there's two ways to deal with the lack of confidence issue. A top down approach where you just start approaching girls with a lack of confidence and get used to an abundance of rejection which in turn builds up your confidence over time but only through external validation.
