Try interval speed running once or twice a week. That will build your endurance and give you a faster pace on your regular runs. Every Sunday, I like to do 8 hard running sets of 200 meters with a 1 minute jog in between. By the 8th set, you should be sprinting as fast as an old man walks. You are doing it correctly when you absolutely hate it.. If that makes any sense.. Lol Those intervals kill me evey time, but it works, and does improve timing. Good luck, bro!

Yeah it's getting worse.. I started leading volunteer programs there and then got hired after two years. Even the staff there is totally fucked.
