Any man can build the physique of Arnold Schwarzenegger naturally given a great deal of time and effort. Eh, not sure I agree with that. I'm 6-1 and weighed 250lbs (i.e. 1 inch SHORTER and 20lbs HEAVER than prime Arnie) in this picture: http://imgur.com/JGOlKf8 Yet, somehow he LOOKS 50+ lbs heavier. I work out at a very hardcore gym in Central Texas and there's a definite difference in how muscles look & pop when a guy is juicing. And it's not "bad genetics" or anything laughable like that, I ha…

I've been a stay-at-home Dad. It is an incredibly difficult job. The difference would be you abided by the unspoken but agreed rule of actually doing shit around the home. If I leave work at lunch to go buy groceries at Sam's Club, the food mart there (and they only sell pizza, pretzels and some kind of ice cream) is littered with women on their phones and kids chomping on those shit foods. If they can so lazily sit there, what makes you think they're actually doing anything at home?

I lift for 20 hours every single week, with the only exception being severe illness. Jesus, I fucking cringed. LOL @ spending more than 5-7 hours a week at the gym. Rest assured, anything above that is not only unnecessary but also probably more damaging than helpful.

Raised by a single mom who was far more of a father than the bastard I share half my genes with ever could have been. And yes, I realize "No More Mr. Nice Guy" all but expunges terrible fatherly behavior because "he's a man" and promotes masculinity. That's pretty much the only concept I disagree with in the book. Masculinity is derived from inner-confidence in yourself - that's not something you need another man for. You just need a different mindset. Real talk, my mother forego getting her per…

I get what you're saying, but what are the chances someone would go out of the way to do that for him?

He can't change the losers Blue Pill mentality. Chances are, the husband would blame himself and do everything in his power to 'fix' the problem. OP doesn't owe anyone anything, FYI.

Watching sports is definitely something that should be limited to a very small portion of your life. Justify it how you want, but the fact is 90% of the time there's something better you could be doing: reading, going out and meeting new people, learning to cook, playing guitar, etc. Basically, developing or improving a skill. I watch NBA games maybe once every 2 weeks (reppin' Minnesota Timberwolves straight out of Illinois! wassup...) and the funny thing is, I actually played it at a competiti…

I'm not sure why I was downvoted? I was joking about the guy cheating - just couldn't imagine a scenario where a guy gets that screwed over. What's the fucking point of living if you give 60% of your income to someone else?

First of all, I'm having a hard time understanding how an ex-spouse can claim more than 50% of your income. Secondly, she also gets the house. This sounds like a case where the guy must have been cheating on wife with a new girl every day or some shit. lol However, practice controlling your emotions 1independentmale.

Ah! That's fine - I was merely implying in a situation where a couple is "happily married" and everything seems perfect to the outside world.

the only Here's what I wrote in my OP: I couldn't imagine telling my kids as they grow up how I was a coward and ran to save my own life. How do you go about explaining to your kids you ran away instead of trying to save their mom?

No way, dude. Isn't the general consensus that the minute you can see abs, you're ~10%?

I'd say 13-15% (and that's taking into account the +4% real-life accuracy). Can I PM you a photo with a question on genetics/insertions?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
