I’ve heard dudes humble brag like this.

If you truly love someone the price of the ring doesn’t matter which is exactly why anyone should go above and beyond and spend a shit ton on it. Women are worth every damn penny!

Agreed. Get in the habit of communicating that you need at least 3 days notice if he wants to make a plan to do anything. I’m making that a habit with everyone tbh. You’re a busy woman.

She’s 18. She’s not a woman, she’s a child. Even if she was. . . Your comment is harsh. Have some empathy.

If he’s “fudging it a bit” he’s lying to you, and probably shouldn’t be trusted. No promising partner and no partner that meets your general requirements—I’m assuming—would be bothered by that question. You should just ask, cause you can’t control a man’s perception of you. The right potential partner will be unbothered.

Anytime a guy uses pet names I cringe. Mostly, cause it feels so fake. I’ll never be comfortable with forced intimacy.

You’re absolutely right. “Weirdo”was way too kind. Your analysis is spot on. It’s crazy cause I’m almost certain he’s doing a weird kind of projection when throwing around the pedo accusation. It’s just so ass backward but exactly what you would expect. I didn’t check out his posts or anything, but he did come in my inbox. Just blocked him. I don’t have time for that.

He’s a weirdo. He knows you can’t even mention bananas, popsicles, or eggplants when in convo with men without them acting like sick-minded imps. Women didn’t make the rules, we just happen to know what they are.

I live in LA and have only met 2 decent men here in my entire life I’m 27. One is gay, and the other is from Harlem.

I would say that under any other set of circumstances—i.e. platonic friendship, work colleague, familial relation—you wouldn’t trust someone who is entitled, rude, or inappropriate. So, under dating circumstances you definitely shouldn’t trust them or their perception of you at all. If one of you close girlfriends had written this post in your place, you’d probably be able to tell her that too. You wouldn’t let her believe or internalize a self perception made up of the opinions and attitudes of…

The energy that you’re putting into the convo is misplaced because you’re a little more than beside the point. Nowhere was this post concerned about grown women who look like children, you brought that up but it really had nothing to do with the issue at hand. The fundamental intervention being made here is concerned with addressing pedophilia which only children are direct victims of. So, young looking adult women, we’re not talking about y’all right now. Unless your purpose is in-fact to compl…

Tbh men should stop engaging in casual sex and one night stands if they feel like they have the ability to put themselves in this position, or if they feel like this is likely. But the story is most likely a lie. It’s hard enough to get men charged under the “perfect” circumstances let alone all of that mess above.

Kudos sis. The existence of young looking adults, doesn’t change the fact that 15-year-olds look like children. If you look how you described yourself then adult men should feel hesitant about approaching you.

You shouldn't have to play games. If we gotta resort to what feels like playing games then the person probably isn't the right person for you. We shouldn't want to be with anyone who we feel like we're getting mixed signals from.

She probably likes you too. Ask her out on a real date for when you are able to do so safely, pick a day time and place, communicate the details to her when you ask, pay for the date, could also be a picnic date where you plan it well. Done. If you aren’t weird it’ll probably go well.

This sounds like a pretty normal dating experience, everyone has to keep dating until they find their person. Keep your standards high, don’t settle, and when you person comes along y’all will be on the same page.

If you are having those thoughts, feel like snooping, don’t feel like you can trust him then trust yourself and intuition and leave him. Don’t even waste your time on the heartache.

Goes deeper in BDSM spaces they refer to it as “breath play” and hitting as “impact play,” why not call it what it is? What you call it doesn’t change what it is.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
