Cool, so she turned you into a man on a mission. Now, she is with this guy . Then after him, she will get with another one. Then probably another one. and then a dozen others will follow. So you plan to keep tracking her down, and let every single one know how F***ed she is ? How does it sound to you ?

I did that for a while because it simply worked best this way. WHatever makes you comfortable. As far as i'm concerned, same couple bars, first one as a feel out, see how/if we click, second 5 minutes from first, cosier, where we get to sit closer to each other, and where the closing eventually happens before we hit to my place (Or hers).

The vast majority of guys here do not a fuck 2 plates a week lol Not sure if you're humble bragging, but for what it's worth, you're doing fine.

Unless it happens more often than not when you go on dates, then you have no reasons to take it personal. Sometimes it has nothing to do with game or you. It could be her mood, her having another option waiting in line the same night or next day or whatever. Take the L, and don't let it hinder your own self esteem, you're not as irresistible than you think, no one is.

You want it to be a shit test so bad but it is not lol Also who do want to hard next ? Are you together already ? If not then she is the one hard nexting you. Her interest isn't high, maybe not even there, otherwise she would at least answer with a "why". She doesn't even care to ask that. Take your L it is fine and learn to be more assertive, don't ask a woman if she is free, read the side bar carefully and throughly and apply it next time.

I don't enjoy it more, actually it gets worse at times as i get a better sense of reality and what life is about. All the cheesy stuff like "you're special", "You can do anything you want", all the success stories we are fed and believe we absolutely can do, we become more and more in tune with reality as far as what we can ACTUALLY do (It is all about finding out what you're really into). You learn that you are not special, everyone likes to think that, but only a very few are, and the funny th…

Porn is a major issue bro. I did it for quite sometime and it absolutely leads to low self esteem issues where you end banging chick you wouldn't have been into in the first place if it wasn't for porn (IE: You being with a fat 5, and feeling One-itis for her post break up, who does that but a low value guy ? ). A lot of guys hop onto new relationships, or the idea of spining plates as if it is a one size fits all solution for everyone to be successful with women or in life. Often times they fai…

First things first : She is gone, you fucked up, get over it and do better next time. Now one critical question, think about it and answer as honestly as possible : Do you have a porn consumption problem ? If so, you wanna deal with that first because getting back to banging chicks, because the problem will always stay as long as you keep jerking off to virtual chicks on the regular. Porn isn't a problem for some, but for most guys today high speed internet porn is a huge issue. And i speak from…

You're right on one point. "She was so into you", 100% because she is an alpha widow and you more than likely were her rebound guy. She used you to move on from her past relationship. Now that you gave all the attention she needed to move on, she did so. Does she still hope to have a baby sooner than later ? Probably. You are simply not the candidate for that, since she only needed you for attention. You also mentioned that she doesn't have a high body count, you are way too wrong brother. You w…

The medium is the message, you never ask women for their feedback, it will take you nowhere. Never listen to what they say, rather watch what they do (Or get better at it). Even if you ask them, women are incapable of explaining clearly to you why they do what they do and you will always end up falling in their frame by doing so, by showing that you care. I don't know the nature of your relationship, but it probably has to do with her perception of you, being not alpha enough (Alpha fucks) in or…

Frame is always important. Never let her drag you to hers, she kinda did that and laid out her terms as a take it or leave it, and bounced getting the last word. It is fine though, don't overthink it. Make sure you get better at getting them hooked, and submissive to your own terms next time. I disagree with those saying that she is just looking for a relationship. I believe she is still probably fine keeping a fuck buddy (While still chasing for the relationship), it is just that she felt that …

This one is the most important one. It is tied to my first point. It happened to me a couple of times, i gave them benefit of the doubt, and it end i was 100% right. Not gonna ignore this feeling ever again.

Well this one is a little bit tricky and is less frequent. They only do this when they want to stay in the relationship rather than a way out, or at least temporarily before eventually branchswinging. It is usually right after cheating or on the first stages of cheating where they use it to ease the guilt, or to gain your trust further and make you feel like "There is nothing to worry about it". Eventually if they want out of the relationship and they are about to branchswing, this doesn't happe…

These are not necessary red flags, but rather signs to watch for : - Odd behavioral changes. If you're dating/seeing a woman for a significant amount of time, you start picking on her habits and patterns. If something sounds different all of a sudden, better be careful. - They pick on new habits like going to the gym, and similar habits like going on a diet, changing their haircut... - Girls nights out all of a sudden, or more frequently. They finish work later than usual. - They start arguments…

I give you that, as in most cases when we feel there is something wrong, There IS something wrong. Now our curious nature is hard to manage something especially on LTR, we're humans after all. If it is easy to check or confirm then it is fine, if you have to come out of your way to confirm if you're gf is cheating, then it is probably not worth it, better just move on.
/r/askTRP31/08/20 10:20 AM

You should never ask a woman if she is cheating, the outcome will always bite you in the ass, you have nothing to gain from doing that. Now if you have a history of paranoia (or "overthinking"), then that is something else. The Issue is you and probably it has to do with your scarcity mindset (IE I can't lose her, if i do i am fucked and alone). You gotta work on that, girls cheating or not isn't your problem.

The reason why you're making a fuss about this, her feelingw, and how to handle a soft next, next or whatever is because you have a scarcity mindset. Obviously she is your only plate, sex is good, and because of these two points you care too much. Get yourself at least another plate, and you will see that you will start caring less. The more plates/options you have the less shit you'll give about her feelings or what kind of "next" you should apply.

""I call them out and they eventually apologize and hope that fixes everything."" In most cases i don't believe in apologies. It is either something people do when they get caught (Or when they are called out), or they try to ease the guilt or shame they feel on themselves. Either way it is a senseless and selfish feeling that has nothing to do with you. F*** apologies. People do what they do for a reason. They should own up to it, or abstain from doing it.

You gotta adress this issue and embrace the suck my man. I discovered Nofap since 6 years now (multiple relapses within), and only now i start seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, and i am just at the beginning of turning my life around, and pick it to where it should have been have i not been attracted to Porn. Gut feeling. Gut feeling doesn't come out of nowhere, especially when involved in a relationship.By hanging out with a person for a certain amount of time, a year, 2 or more, we pick on each others habits and cues, little details that seem insignificant, each others verbal language, body language, and all this happens on a subconscious level. Then we get used to this, and we feel a certain balance. When things get out of balance for whatever reason, we have the feeling that there is something wr…

This. You have a general idea of the redpill mindset, look at the big picture rather than the little details, be in the moment rather than trying to analyze everything. Go with zero pressure. Get that experience, it will be fine, have fun !

Go get your experiences, don't worry it will get better and you'll be fine. And i second what someone else said, quit porn cold turkey, none of it. No masturbation either, you will build up so much sexual energy that your past problems will disapear along with a newfound perception.

I have a different take on this based on a personal experience. I got ghosted once when back from a 3 day trip with a plate. Not getting too much into details, but that trip along with previous occurences (my mistakes) got us a little closer than we should, and she started getting a little too comfortable and disrespectful, which got us into a sort of argument, while up to that point she was extrememely submissive and alway game to show up anytime to my place for sex. There was no way that she w…

Demote to plate. jk I mean seriously i hear a whole lot about friends for life, bros before hoes and all that, i am not sure about that, but i know for sure just as much as love between a man and a woman is always conditional, so is the case between friends. I don't believe in the idea of "best friend" anymore. At the end of the day, whoever cares less wins.

It doesn't matter. You can tell her to pay for dinner or let her decide, you can tell her to be creative ;) (as long as you keep if playful and fun). Just by asking her that question, you will already make the point that that she ows you and it shouldn't be a recurrence. Wheter she does it or not is up to her.

You shouldn't have a girlfriend at 23. You're not even in scarcity (IE : "Single and crushing it"). You don't even want that. On top of it you have a promising career, and you're still wondering what to do at this point ?

If you were planning that you will spend the night together, then there is no valid reason for you to reschedule. It will only make you look bitter and incoherent. Tell her rather, what will she do to make up for it (in a playful way).

1/ It should be a plate, at best. Why did you make her your girlfriend ? 2/ You say she is your girlfriend, but does she even consider you as her boyfriend ? Kick her out or stop caring. Why ? She is not your girlfriend.

ONe thing at a time. Worry not about women for now. Find a community to join. Find a martial arts gym, or any sport you fancy. Some kind of art club, impro, any communities you can adhere to, and go from there. I talk specifically about martial arts because i've been there since a few years spefically brazilian jiu jitsu and in years of practicing at different gyms, i've seen several guys (and girls), coming like the silent type, insecure, and transforming into beasts or at least much more secur…

She is telling you she is keep sex vid of her as if she is collecting trophies, letting you know how her ex was great in bed... this girl should be no more than a plate. What made her worthy of being your gf ? Your consider her being your gf, i am pretty sure she doesn't feel the same regarding you. You're her plate.

Looks at guys attracted a obese chicks. Looks at guys attracted to tatooed gothic girls, see them commenting on their instagrams. You'll notice a clear pattern that the vast majority of them are low value men, thirsty betas with not many options for the most part, like a survival thing.

Starting fights out of nowhere, becoming suddenly aggressive, bitchy = she is either preparing to branch swing or is seeing someone else and you are standing on the way of it. And i mean things getting physical, her making damage in the house, this shit is unacceptable. Next. Just next or suffer bad consequences.

First it was "maybe once a week", now it is twice, you get my point ? Do yourself a favor : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wSF82AwSDiU&t=3s Do some extensive research on what porn does to your brain, desentization, erectyle disfunction etc It is all there.
/r/askTRP22/08/20 09:39 PM

How long do you indulge in porn during that once a week ? As a matter of fact once a week of High speed internet porn is enough to make you feel desensitized after years of use, most porn users who suffers from it do not necessarily watch as much on a daily basis. You seem to be downplaying it, but maybe you wanna look further into that.

It means that you are getting more mature, and it is time for you to level up. We often hear that we are the average of the 5 people we hang out with. I believe it is true as we feed from each others energy. High vibration attracts high vibration. The opposite is also true. Remember that you are alone most of the time, and that your journey on this earth is yours only. What you allow to enter your life is what could potentially make you or break you, you grow and you learn. Not saying that you s…

I'll speak from a personal experience. The vast majority of women i've been with, wheter they had predetermined slutty tendencies, or seemingly rather "conservative" ones were actually into rough sex over slow/romantic sex. As a matter of fact it is not so much about the rough sex, but the idea of being sexually dominated if it makes sense. Most women like men in charge overall, it applies to everything. Then there is obviously a proper way to handle it with proper escalation and calibration.
/r/askTRP22/08/20 06:48 PM

Read "the rational male" of Rollo Tomassi. There is pretty much everything you need to know about women's patterns from a sociological stand point.

By integrating the idea that she's not yours and it is just your turn. Always assume there are others before you and most likely others after you. Looks to me like you need to reassess your view about women, and aknowledge them for what they really are (Hypergamous nature, monkey branching etc... You have a whole lot of reading and education ahead of you ====> read the sidebar

Well sorry OP, but there is nothing much than embracing the suck for a while, until its gets better. Being cheated on for the 1st time i assume is not easy on anyone. Numbing your pain will not do you a favor, quite the opposite actually. On the bright side of things, you have a valuable first hand experience on how women operate. Don't take it personal, her cheating has nothing much to do with you, but her nature. Think introspectively on this relationship, and grow from it. Never attach to wom…

Indeed. What is more to it, is that you are literally sending your brain a false message that YOU are inseminating a woman while you are obviously not. Which takes a huge toll on your energy levels, and you end up left with nothing but anxiety and a form of escapism that will not take you anywhere. Sexual energy is litterally huge, technically it is made to create another human being. We all know how we feel after blowing our nuts, whether it is through sex or fapping, now blowing that energy wa…

Nofap is about not masturbating to porn mostly. Jerking off to porn is weak as f***. Think about it, isn't it kind of lame ? Watching 2 people behind a computer screen fucking while you're jerking off to them and being left with less energy that you could use for actual productive stuff or chasing REAL women if that's what you are into ? Now is it necessary ? It depends. If you're goal is excellence at whatever productive thing you're putting yourself it is ABSOLUTELY necessary. The more you fap…

That you do not need women. It is not absolutely necessary to you. Get on your purpose, find your own balance, work, finances, gym, personal achievements, traveling, learning from admirable people. Women may or may not compliment that.

All she wanted from you was attention/validation, and you gave it to her for free. By telling her "Let me know when you are free", you are telling her, "I'm kindly lining up with your other orbiters, please let me know when my turn comes". How does it sound to you ?

Weird strategy imo. It seems to appeal more to her mercy than truly holding frame from your side. I understand that she is your LTR, and it could very well be a shit test, but you gotta remember that "Women make rules for betas, and break them for alphas". Not saying you are an alpha or beta, but if your LTR is withdrawing sex from you, it says something of how she perceives you at the moment. LTR of year and half, asked for a break after me having to come back to my home country where it was supposed to be temporary and where i still am since 7 months (Covid tales...). i told her that there is no such thing as a break but rather a breakup, we proceeded to do so. You can only keep one focus during this tough period. Either you wanna focus on her, or focus on healing yourself. I understand your current position, but if she is aware of what is going on for you and is the right person who cares about you, she will support you. At 20 years old, i would assume that you are still looking for your own identity or purpose in life, that you are struggling to determine, therefore seeking the validation from others. You need to make sure you work on that first, what you want to do in life, what you want to be, write down your goals and commit to the process getting you there. Put boundaries where you need to. Who are the people you wanna hang out with, where you wanna get, and again work to get there. This way you'll probably…

You need to keep the frame with your friends as well. Not exactly the same way it is done with women, but still you gotta be clear of what is acceptable and what is not. Don't expect or demand apologies, they should respect you from the start and not to get there in the first place if they are truly your friends. Now nobody is perfect. If it rarely happens, don't pay too much attention to it, don't take it personal, don't aknowledge it by showing a strong negative emotion to it, just ignore and …
