I have recently been to a lecture about psychological problems. One of which is depression. I will summarize it for you: Everyone in this world stands on two legs. "I am" and "I do". The first, means that you have accepted yourself and believe you deserve a place on this world the way you are(self esteem). The second, means that you are productive. Now, these legs become vulnerable because of so called "risk factors". These all stem from childhood, for example: not being appreciated, never being…

Never apologize. You told the truth, she should be grateful you did. The ball is in her court, she will bring it up at some point, when she does, you need to keep frame.

True enough. To answer your question, youre the one who decides the hierarchy. If you value intelligence over baggage or what not, its up to you.

I don't care what careerpath she chose, thats her choice and I won't influence it. I do care about her intelligence though. I hate having to explain something, as if I'm talking to a child. For me, any girl that wants to be a plate, should be able to follow whatever topic I'd like to talk about. For example, I lately met two girls in public traffic, (HB8 &HB9). I chose the HB8, because the HB9 was too stupid for me.

No fucking, no dinner. Why would he sink to her level. He can either tell her to her face they're done, or text her. She isn't worth the time and investment, plus, its much better for his reputation.

This is your friends business, not yours. Don't interfere.

This book works like its intended. If you want to pick up a girl, don't read this one because you'll fail. However, its intention is to make sure you make a connection with people. The goal of the book was never to become "redpill". Biggest piece of crap book No its not, its useful but you read it expecting a different result. that teaches you how to be a nice guy emotional tampon No it doesn't, it teaches you how to influence people, how to make friends. Emotions are part of a good connection, …

If youre an endorsed contributor and you're telling people to stay angry, I don't know where TRP is going.

I know you don't want to hear this, but I pity you. "Stay angry, but be happy"? You are mad at the world, you think its unjust, that the system sucks. Well here is something you might not want to hear: you're not going to change it. On the Youtubechannel Illacertus, you should take away at least this: make the system work for you. Youre mad at a system because you think its doing you harm. Learn to make it work for you. Maybe you haven't noticed, but more than 90% of the worlds leaders are males…

As I told /u/pumpwhale007 it can be your drive, but it isn't the best form of motivation. Motivation should come from within, not from others.

You can resort to anger as your motivation. I think its not an optimal form of motivation, I'd say wanting to improve yourself should be the drive. Anger isn't needed, I have only gotten angry once in the last two years. Yet every morning I wake up and I try to make my goals. I have a drive to improve my life, myself and get to my ideal selfportrait. My motivation isn't depending on others to do me wrong/make me angry, my motivation comes from within myself. Yours should come from there too, not…

If they want to do something and you can't you say: 'I can't, I'm busy.' Thats it. If they ask you what you're doing, you reply: 'Are you always this curious?' Make it a game, you should do the same when you're with them. When they ask something about you, tease them for it. It gives you an air of mystery and it keeps them interested.

You probably have a reputation now, nothing people verbally communicate, but when you get insulted, no one expects you to reply. You've built up a pattern, and when you break it, people will notice. Change is always resisted by people, so some might react badly. The trick is to slowly change your pattern. Change it slowly so that no one notices. First, learn to laugh at yourself. When someone insults you, be it benign or malignant, laugh. This should not last long though, maybe twice. The next s…

You need to make a realization. You have your internal values, your standards. Whenever someone acts in a way that transgresses our own values, we feel anger. You hold other people to your own standards. So when your inner value is to always tell the truth, and someone lies to you, you feel anger at said person, because he/she transgressed our standards. This is why you feel anger for women, you see them acting in ways you deem amoral and therefore you are angry with them. You can stop this ange…

You can become a happy, awesome person. You cannot become that by simply being stone faced, cold and distant. Humans are emotional beings, we are made to live in packs. If you are alone, you will not be happy, you can try to experience it for yourself or just take my word for it. I don't need anyone in my life, but I am still grateful that there are people in it. Others make life so much more interesting, friends, family, co-workers. They make it complete. My advice: Become the best version of y…

I can admire fucking someone over if its planned delicately and played out well. This is so blunt I cannot admire it. You fuck someone over for something so trivial as money? I find it a bit pathetic...

Its no big deal. Respond to her actions, not her words. Act like nothing happend, and do not apologize for anything.

Hamstering. She herself cannot take blame for anything that happens in her life. So she shoves it onto you, its basic female "logic". You couldve just said "ok" and be done with it. She'll either come back, or not. It isn't a big deal.

Talk. If you dont like it, make it a game. Try to picture your coworkers as onions with many layers. Talking about the game is the outer layer, finding out the reason they watch football is the next. The game is simple, you try to get through as many layers as you can. Throughout this, you will find common ground, work with that.

You make friends. Observe them while talking, try to get a complete image from each person in the class. In order to do so, you'll need to use machiavellian skills, pretending to be interested in them. Make it a game. That way you learn to persuade people, you learn how to create an image of yourself (let them know what you want them to know). This way it'll be both productive and fun, and you'll actually enjoy it.

It shows ambition. When they ask you in future job interviews, tell them why you changed companies so often. Tell them youre ambitious etc. Itll actually demonstrate your superiority in that way. You become highvalue, since you can find another company in mere weeks.

Vision > Mindset > Emotions > Behavior Work on your vision, where do you see yourself in 10, 20 or 30 years? What are the changes between future-you and current-you? What do you have to do, in order to minimize those differences and make future-you a reality? When you decide your vision, you know where you need to go. This will change your mindset in certain situations. You'll become more productive and more persistent. When you experience a minor setback, you get back stronger. Think of it as c…

You are not too stoic, youre not a stoic at all. One of the biggest parts of stoicism is compassion, appreciating others. Have you ever read Meditations by Marcus Aurelius? Youre not TOO stoic, youre not stoic ENOUGH.

You can start by reading the wikipedia page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mindfulness If that isn't enough information, or if you like to know more, there are plently of youtube videos on the matter.

I personally do a mindfulness meditation, twice a day, 30 minutes each. There is plenty of material about this kind of meditation available online. Here is a picture of my notes on the subject. I hope you can read it, if not, then google is your best friend. (The bottom is in my first language, dutch, so you wont be able to read it) "Note" means you note a perceived stimulus. "Label" means you give it a label, through what sense it came to you. "Savor" means you enjoy it for about 10 seconds.

Always act like its a comfort test, but keep the fact that she might be trying to manipulate you in the back of your head. Im not very emotional myself, but I find that women don't expect much of men in the "comfort-department". Just being there is enough, if she can hold on to you and feel safe, thats all she'll need. If you become too cuddly with her, you will get a shit test, since she will unconciously assume youre going beta. Youre probably better at those, so I'd advice you to be a little …

There is more about the law than that, I recommend either reading the book, or watching "illacertus" on youtube. Ill summarize this one for you: Dont outshine the master, because of jealousy. Put your master in the spotlight. Try to analyze his personality and become a person he likes. (This one is a bit machiavellian) So for example, make sure you ask him questions every now and then, that show you are interested in his classes, and give him a chance to show off his knowledge.

I have no idea how your professor will react. I would advice you to send him an email notifying him of what is going to happen, and ask him if he can clear about 30 minutes in his schedule to talk with you. You tell him almost what you told us, however, you leave some stuff out. These two are necessary to tell him: She is not motivated anymore. I already talked with her, but she doesn't change her behaviour. I already did 90% of the work, Im sure I can do this alone. Besides these, you can tell …

I have the exact same issue you have, however it doesnt manifest itself when Im doing something I find interesting. For other things I have medication, which is called Ritalin(Methyle Fenidate), this is basically Speed. However it does work wonders. If I were you Id go see a doctor and try to get a prescription.

No one really expects you to cry, or show a lot of emotion. When my uncle died, I was there for my niece, when she cried, I comforted her. People later responded by telling me that it was "hearthwarming" to see me take care of my niece. So, Id suggest you be the rock, listen to what is said, show that you care, but dont show too much emotion.
