I am currently working on this, my friend. Thanks for the kind words. I went skydiving recently. Saw five finger death punch last night with friends, and I'm planning a white water rafting trip. I have been co-dependent in my relationship. I set myself aside for too long. Now I'm heading to the beach with my family. It's been tough, but it's getting better every day.

You don't have to hang out with people to get out. Take yourself to lunch. Go see a movie alone. Go fishing, etc. It takes some willpower.
