Created it years ago, would definitely not be my first choice now

Sometimes I thank God that I found TRP because if not, I probably would have been one of the beta orbiters you're describing at the age of 40+ lmao

Exactly. All girls would do bisexual shit if they're able to hamster that "the circumstances are right". A lot of guys don't realise this.

Memes aside, I think there may actually be some truth in this thinking about it, there'll usually be more complaining accompanied by my name. Nice post James

You have some serious issues if you lost frame so quickly over one single Reddit comment from a guy who actually took time out of his day to offer you advice. Forget the girl, work on not being triggered by a tiny little remark first

See the thing is, way back in the days before I had any idea what TRP was, I knew a girl once who had all these qualities you're describing now. Female friend, I wasn't fucking her. From the outside not knowing any better, you would think she was the perfect LTR, like you said, affectionate to her bf, loyal despite bf's BP behaviour, HB8, horny for him etc. She cheated on him with two different guys for months, and the bf only found out after someone else snitched. She would tell me about the sl…

A lot could be written about this topic but it can all be summed up by: lift and master frame. It's TRP but in extra hard mode. More shit tests and potentially more rejections, but that's all there really is to it. Don't sweat over it.

Yea exactly, that's why I feel like the standard advice of A&A / laugh it off / make a joke out of it isn't always the best way to go about it especially for Asians, cos that just perpetuates the stereotype of the meek smiley Asian who never fights back. But at the same time, getting aggressive/defensive every single time someone makes an Asian joke is an easy way to make yourself look like an emotional bitch (something I've learnt the hard way), so it's hard to strike a good balance.

A Chinese ripoff of Tinder has worked for me. It's basically full of 1) Asian girls and 2) white girls who have a fetish for Asian dudes. I think I've had success because RP Asian men are rarer than unicorns, and I have an attractive face (the words of women and acquaintances, not mine). So I guess I'm lucky that I fit into a "niche" category. But for average guys, I'd agree that they would be better off irl gaming girls and meeting them at social events.
/r/askTRP28/01/19 01:38 AM

Agreed, mostly. When I was younger and someone made an Asian joke and I got aggressive (e.g. square up and try to fight) I'd look like a fool afterwards. Then one time when someone called me a chink I literally laughed in his face and said the equivalent of "yeah I'm a chink, what you gonna do about it" and he was the one who looked like an idiot. So I learnt from that experience. What I will say though to OP and other people in similar situations is that you can't laugh everything off all the t…

Nice one, I'll be looking out for your article too, I've always debated what the best response to someone calling me a chink is due to the relative social powerlessness of Asians in the West

Thanks for the advice man, I'll try writing stuff down. Interesting point with the lifting, had never really considered that, but as it is I'm gonna continue lifting along with trying to get better at meditation , see how it goes

Thanks for taking the time to comment bro, really detailed and helpful stuff here, saved your comment for later reference. I have heard of CBT actually, wasn't convinced that it was for me but I guess there's no harm in giving it a go. Also will give Headspace a go, I've heard good things about it but never properly got around to using it. And thanks for the book recommendation, I'll check it out for sure. As someone who, at a young age was taken from a typical working class neighbourhood and thrust into a top 1% environment (not figuratively, literally the top 1%, these motherfuckers all had daddies who were big CEOs, bankers, surgeons etc, wearing Rolexes to school etc), I learnt that trying to fit in by emulating their behaviour will only work for a while on a superficial, unsatisfying level. At the end of the day, your upbringing shapes who you are, and there's a roughness about people who gre…

This would happen to me when I was younger back in my BP days. This doesn't have to be a blow at all if you don't dwell on it and hold frame accordingly in the future, especially if your drunkenness becomes a topic of conversation. Don't get blackout drunk again. It's completely counterproductive and has no benefit to you, as well as potentially putting you in dangerous situations.

Because the vast majority of men are BP. They only know about society's idea of a relationship so that's what they try to emulate.

You'll hear a lot of the time that TRP is merely a toolbox and that's also my understanding of it. TRP tells you how the world is, and it tells you ways to make yourself a better man. What you do with that knowledge and information is up to you. So if you wanna use that information to prioritise getting as much sex as possible, by all means go for it.

You got this man. The fact that you know that this is a bad situation and that you need to ghost is a good thing, at least on a subconscious level you still have your wits about you even if you do have oneitis. Picture yourself being hated by this woman and having to cut her a check out of your hard earned money every single month for child support. Now ghost her.

No ripped guy has an unattractive body, that's a fact. Honestly, if short guys wanna get swole then why not? But like someone else has already said, frame and confidence is by far the most important asset to have, especially for short guys.

Oh trust me, I made my comment because I read your post and I read your other comments. You approach other girls, that's great, but you have oneitis for this girl. The two aren't mutually exclusive. Save yourself time and effort, stop pursuing this friend and actually learn the basics of TRP. You can't claim to be redpill but seriously consider telling her your feelings or getting drunk to be a strategy for gaming her.
/r/askTRP15/01/19 10:56 PM
2

You have oneitis and you lack any sort of understanding of the basic fundamentals of TRP. Good news though, in time you'll realise how beta you are now. For now, read the sidebar, that's the minimum requirement and you clearly haven't done that.

100%. When you're always available and will reply back to a message instantly 24/7, your presence is taken for granted, you become predictable and therefore you're boring. Absence makes the heart fonder.

Similar stuff to what you said; girls saying they are attracted to guys who are never available and guys who "aren't nice" and are "tough". And it's not just what girls say either, this shit really does work in real life.

No. But at first, yes. Some women will mistake arrogance for confidence, and they'll be drawn to your brashness. So it can be a tool to stand out from the crowd, but I really would not recommend it at all. They'll soon recognise arrogance for what it is, and it will turn them off, because arrogance is self-delusion. "Them" being both men and women. I learnt this the hard way, I've destroyed friendships and relationships because of my arrogance and narcissism. Long story short, you can never be t…

Not the guy you asked but in my experience as an Asian (but British born and raised) who's spent a lot of time in Europe and China it's like this; Chinese people are as racist to non-Chinese people as European people (especially France and Spain from firsthand experience) are racist to non-white people. It all just stems from ignorance towards people of outside races and cultures and people who visibly look different, nothing more than that. In lots of places in Europe they'll slant their eyes a…

Lots of different ways; meditation (train your mind to be more grateful) lift / sports (gives you a sense of accomplishment while bettering yourself) reading non fiction books to give you knowledge eating healthily talking to people about it (family or friends) setting small goals that you meet, can be anything simple making a routine and sticking to it (wake up early everyday)

Dude isn't Chad; no alpha goes around physically abusing women. A real alpha, i.e. Chad, has control of his emotions and acts rationally. Women beaters - and people who initiate fights with other men - are insecure bitches who live in the frame of others, and they probably have some sort of mental disorder too.

In a similar boat to you but I've been working on it and have improved people's perception of me, if only by a little bit so far. Basically what seems to be working for me is: being more assertive, knowing what you want and not being afraid to tell people what you want. Improved posture / body language. Making more sarcastic / teasing jokes (careful not to overdo this one and come across as an asshole though). Personally I don't think smiling too much is an issue or anything that you need to spe…

It's an act, usually. The vast majority of society is beta, so presidents and candidates have to show beta qualities to relate to them. You can't become POTUS, arguably the most powerful man in the world, without having some sort of alpha quality.

I'm also from the UK; don't do it. At your age, stick to other 17 year olds. Then when you're 18, stick to 18s and over. Yes it's unlikely that anything will actually happen, but there's no need to risk fucking your life up before it's even begun. Abundance mentality.

TRP is about recognising reality for what it is, and becoming a responsible man. Whatever you do with that information politically is up to you, believe in whatever the fuck you want to.
