you realize that all this league non-sense can be washed away in a second? Take this scenario, you are at a train station, bus stop, wherever. You see a super hot chick, say a 10 on your scale, and she is alone. Unbeknownst to you she is actually lonely in her life because all her (girl)friends and other women are jealous because she is an absolute stunner (model-esque lets say but shes just a normal everyday working girl). She gets these snide, catty, passive-aggressive remarks all the time and…

Alot of text here which I didnt read. You are way over-analyzing. And trust me im not judging as I've been here too. But after endless spinning of the wheels and you feel tired from it all, you, hopefully, come to realize its all so simple. Listen man, its about stripping away more than adding on. When you strip away any shame around your sexuality coupled with a solid and unwavering realization of the truth that women want and need sex just as much as men do, if not more (and I would argue they…

So tell me then, how do you gain experience? Or do you even want to? Or do you want to just sit around and complain? We all got problems man, either go and fix them (get help if you need to), OR SHUT UP. Whats the point of complaining man? Seriously, I dont want an answer. Ask yourself.

The only reason you are shy and anxious around women is that you dont feel you are good enough for her. Harsh, but true. Really look inside yourself. Do you truly feel you deserve everything you say you want and im not just talking about women.

One of the only sensible replies and you get downvoted? These dudes are lost.

Body Odor by You. Stop using soap, its unnecessary and even harmful as it strips beneficial natural oils from your skin. No lie I havent used soap since April and I dont smell (confirmed by asking others) and havent had any adverse skin effects. I guess this is supposed to emit a naturally unique masculine smell, because well...you are unique and you are a man. But to really answer the question. For cooler weather, London by Burberry and Dark Rebel by John Varvatos. For spring and summer, Versac…

This is exactly right. Everyone is a natural, naturally you that is. If you allow it.

I agree, but only if they can sense some power in you as well. The Charisma Myth by Olivia Fox Cabane talks about this.

"But he connects with women." Sadly hardly any one will pay attention. They are too busy making excuses and arent willing to be real about their own bullshit lies they are telling themselves to protect their fragile egos. I say this as someone battling the same issue.

good one on Bill Burr; its time I listen to that dude again. Timberlake is the man. I'll have to check out Ramsey but he seems like a massive asshole. Deida...his seminal work has influenced my masculinity more than anything... Deangelo? no idea.

that last line..."just don't be a dick about it." Problem is, with this sort of attitude you tend to do just that.

You're making me think here. Lately I've been asking myself "whats my purpose?" Maybe this is it. To be the being that you described on a consistent basis. Maybe, I dont know. Not sure how it will fit into my core personality. Or maybe I need to lose my Self. Either way, it made me feel good to read your experience. Thanks.

Instagram these days is like low level porn. If you are serious about nofap I would stay away entirely. I used to go look for "hot chicks" on instagram and an hour or two would pass in the blink of an eye. But I deleted it from my phone because if you think about it, its very much like porn: Endless novelty, trains brain to only view women as objects to satisfy your perverted desires, massive waste of time. I mean....its just.... f***** stupid. There are much better ways to hit on girls. Dont as…

attractive to who? are you indian and thus have a limiting belief about your attractiveness because of this? can you have a race change surgery? these are questions that will better serve you. but even these questions are pointless because being indian is not under your control. so why pay even a smidgeon of attention. ONLY be concerned with what you can change.

This explains it very nicely. Because it really is hard to figure out the difference and the balance. In one sentence it is this If you have a positive, unaffected attitude then nobody ever really controls you.

Just 'be'...i know, i know what you're saying. So much information at our fingertips. Its intoxicating quite honestly. Sometimes we gotta step back, allow ourselves to digest everything and just 'be.' A friend of mine is not into self-help at all. I was talking to him a while ago about Psycho-Cybernetics and he said to me...."all this self-help stuff you are reading is already inside of you." At the time I kinda laughed him off but I dont know anymore. I think theres some truth to that. I wouldn…

Yea but how? Makes sense and I've known this for a while. But to actually be like this is incredibly difficult. Im more naturally empathetic and compassionate. When I try embody the bulleted points I tend to take it too far and people can tell im not "being myself" i.e. not being genuine and that never is a good thing. Plus it just doesnt feel right on me, like a very bad fitting suit. I would like to learn how to be these other ways in addition to my natural core. BUT HOW do you find this balan…
