Am.. Am I the only one that finds those gaps in the original messages are a little suspect? For all we know there could've been some actual conversation there, but the chick deleted it for the sake of drama, I've seen that happen before, and I know someone else has to be thinking the same.

Good, with that attitude you're already on the right track. As for gym stuff, Stronglifts is always a good routine, Starting Strength too, both promise decent gains. If you need diet advice, I'd head over to folks at /r/Keto, they'll set you straight, maybe even /r/leangains And stay at it, if the gains aren't coming as fast as you had hoped, just grab some supplements or juices and keep at it.

You delt with the situation a little poorly, you basically handed her control of your frame by saying "If you can get your shit together we can have a happy future", that came off extremely BP. Nope, I wasn't putting my name on anything until after the paternity test, which I guess is now in the courts hands. And yeah, she's extremely unstable, she's a known cutter, with parental issues... And is currently running from homeless shelter to shelter... I'm sure there's a grounds for a custody battle if I really want to go that route...

Well... I'll level, I've been too into working, building my own personal finances and other forms of self improvement, I haven't been bothered to go to any appointments or anything, went to the sonogram, that's it, my "SO" handled all of that. I pretty much already have it set in stone that I'm not signing anything until I know it's my kid or not.
